00:17going to die like from the time i joined the show at some point she was going to die because
00:21eric kripke really wanted to explore the the meme or the trope or what have you of the leopards
00:25won't eat my face with her um and in order to make that point the leopard must eat one's face

00:33i knew that she was going to meet her demise and probably at homelander's hand at some point um i
00:39was surprised she lasted as long as she did because she was looking pretty unwell by the end of season
00:44four but i was you know i was grateful that her death came out of this very character-based arc
00:51you know shooting that scene was great because i was lucky in that we shot my scenes for episode
00:58five sequentially so i really got to experience the arc or the devolution of firecracker and how
01:08broken she is by the time she enters that room and the sort of devastation after the truth bomb show
01:15scene which is what she's literally she's coming in hot from that when um when the death scene happens
01:23and that informs you know everything
