00:00Bravo. Bravo. And honestly, I got to give credit where credit is due. Listen, I would get rid of the
00:07lottery system. I'm on record saying that I would have the worst team draft first and so on and so
00:12forth. I think this is a stroke of genius by Adam Silver. I counted on shine time 12 teams in
00:22the NBA this year that would rather lose than win. Now, based upon this idea,
00:30makes no sense to lose. You're not guaranteed or gifted anything. In fact, if you end up having the worst
00:37record, second worst record, third worst record, you have a less likely chance in terms of lottery balls of winning
00:45the lottery. So this is genius and this is radical and it's wild in some ways, but they have to
00:52be radical and they have to be wild because the league just had the least sizzling season.
01:00in the history of the NBA, least buzz, worst games, worst teams. No one was paying attention. Fans weren't into
01:07it. They weren't watching on TV. They weren't going to games. They didn't know who was going to play, who
01:13was going to be in, who was going to be out. If teams cared about winning and teams were actively
01:19trying to lose, they were playing to lose the game. So this would go
01:26a long way. This would be tremendous for the NBA. It's going to happen and I think it's going to
01:34be amazing for everyone involved, starting with us, the fans.
