01:50Leaders also endorsed President Kassim Jumar Tokayev's proposal to establish an international water organization under the UN alongside an international
01:59biodiversity fund and a program of the Caspian Sea.
02:02A five-year regional environmental action plan developed in partnership with the UN was also approved, including a joint climate
02:09investment portfolio.
02:10A five-year regional economic development program was provided for an international security management.
02:44Central Asian states are now looking to factor in the growing climate burden across the region
02:49as they move to implement the new action plan.

03:39The summit also unlocked major green investment deals.
03:42During the International Exhibition of Green Technologies, 17 agreements worth nearly €2 billion were signed,
03:49covering renewable energy, waste management, industrial decarbonization and fertilizer production.
03:55Kazakhstan's new energy transition platform, Kajet, launched with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development,
04:01aims to deliver at least 10 GW of renewable capacity by 2035, helping cut over 20 million tons of emissions.
