00:00It's my first time making Cincinnati chili.
00:02That is good.
00:02Start with ground beef and water in the pot.
00:04Bring it to a boil, mash it, and cook it
00:06until it's well crumbled.
00:07Then add in onion, garlic, tomato sauce, vinegar,
00:10Worcestershire, and chocolate, just a little bit.
00:12Next, stir in all the spices.
00:13Chili powder, salt, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne,
00:16allspice, and cloves.
00:17Finally, go in with a bay leaf and let it simmer
00:19for at least a couple hours.
00:20Now, we're gonna serve it up two ways.
00:24That is good.
00:25The whole experience plays with my Italian brain,
00:27but definitely better than the can.
00:29I feel like I'm gonna like this more than the spaghetti.
00:32Mm-hmm.
00:32I guess I'm a Cincinnati chili fan now.
