37:54This was just a freak accident, some sort of mechanical issue with the bike.
37:58According to witnesses on scene, the driver of the motorcycle was not doing anything reckless.
38:03He was just driving down the road, and the bike started wobbling.

41:53And really looking back, I mean, what we pulled off with 13 officers is nothing short of spectacular.
