00:10Welcome to Voces Reimaginemos. Today we have Tatiana Saavedra, artist and cultural gestor.
00:15What is the urban art for you? Why are we talking about urban art as a tool that can
00:21have social transformation? The urban art is the art that is developed in the street,
00:26it has a direct relationship where the dialogue is multicultural, we work from the sensible,
00:33we work from the sensible experience. The art is a generator of questions from a place of criticism,
00:43and also from a place of understanding of the context and plurality of voices. When you
00:49come to the city as a place where it is transmitted, it is the aesthetic, sensitive, that connects
00:54with emotions and that connects with the ability to reimagine. What is the difference that
00:59can have the art treated from collective art and not from an individual artist? The force
01:05of more hands, more voices, to achieve more powerful experiences, more large experiences. I think there is
01:13something very important between the collective and the diversity. The potential of the art and the art
01:21work of a collective collective, to build no only equity and union, as you already know, but also to build
01:28peace.
01:29So we are a country that has to reconstruct those processes, to find the difference in a
01:34way pacific and also to make an exercise of memory and healing and reconciliation community.
01:41And that all these exercises of collective memory are to reach to the no repetition, but it also has to
01:47do with a
01:48exercise of repetition, to repeat the psyche, to the inconsistency, to the collective memory
01:53colombian like, hey, we can't forget our history, this happened, this happened, this happened, this happened.
01:59We are in the end of this discourse of the hope, because we want to transform the country.
02:04We want to help us to heal ourselves, to find ourselves, to find ourselves, to re-entend ourselves and
02:09to re-imagin ourselves, to build equidad, to build paz, which are two big challenges that we have in Colombia.
02:14Voces is a quincenal program where we hear voices of people who are re-imaginating
02:21the inequality in Colombia.
02:23For you, the art that is like a social transformation.
