01:53y obviamente mantener la institucionalidad.
01:58Minutos antes del anuncio del Registrador,
02:01el presidente Iván Duque también había escrito en su cuenta de Twitter
02:04que recomendaba que el Consejo Nacional Electoral hiciera el reconteo.
