00:38He was arrested the following day after another alleged shoplifting attempt.
00:44A 24-year-old woman was arrested following a drug search.
00:48A driver was fined when a vehicle was intercepted on the corner of Chapel Street and Dandenong Road.
00:55It's alleged he was using a mobile phone while behind the wheel.
01:00Checks revealed he was also suspended from driving and was driving an unregistered vehicle.
