Watch as a routine moment turns into a painful mishap when a woman gets her tongue stuck in her braces.
Effendy Wijaya, from Indonesia, captured the unusual incident after visiting a coffee shop. The video explains how she tried to clean food from her teeth using her tongue, only for it to become caught in the metal brackets.
After struggling to free it herself, she heads to a nearby dental clinic for help. Dentists carefully work to release her tongue from the braces.
The clip was shared online and Effendy said: "I was eating at coffeeshop, then when I want to clean up my food residue in my mouth and between my braces, my tongue suddenly stuck in my braces."
"Then I went to the nearest dental clinic to help me, I was trying to fix it by myself but I couldn't do it."
