Check out this heartwarming moment a group of wild raccoons gently approach a human for a fruity treat in a lush mangrove setting.
Esteban Berendsen, from Sunny Isles, Florida, captured the charming interaction while feeding the curious animals by hand.
The video shows a small “nursery” of raccoons wading through shallow, crystal-clear water and carefully navigating tangled mangrove roots as they make their way closer.
From the footage, the animals appear calm and patient, displaying surprisingly social behavior as they wait their turn to receive fresh fruit.
Using their nimble paws, the raccoons delicately grab grapes and plums directly from Esteban's hand, creating an almost storybook-like moment in the wild.
Esteban said: “They were all behaving very well and being patient.”
