00:01A small passenger plane crashed southwest of South Sudan's capital, Juba, on Monday,

00:17was flying from Ye to Juba International Airport when it lost contact with air traffic control.
00:23The plane, carrying 13 passengers and one pilot, took off at 9.15 a.m. local time and went off
00:30radar at 9.43 a.m.
00:33Those killed included two Kenyan nationals and 12 South Sudanese nationals.
00:38Preliminary reports suggest the aircraft may have gone down due to poor weather conditions, including low visibility.
00:45The South Sudan Red Cross said recovery efforts were challenging and time-consuming.
