00:07a petrol station in Stowbridge. Wolverhampton Crown Court heard Joan Barrick, who is 95,
00:13hit Linda Wareham as she walked her dog across the forecourt entrance on Hagley Road.
00:18The court was told Mrs Wareham, who was 77, suffered catastrophic head injuries
00:23and died in hospital the next day. Barrick from Dudley admitted causing death by dangerous driving.
00:30She was given a 16-month prison sentence, suspended for two years and was banned from driving for 10 years.
00:38The judge said Mrs Wareham was blameless and had right of way when she was hit by Barrick.
