01:30episode, but here he is, and wow, wow, wow.
01:33And why don't we start with a little Rhode Island talk, and then we're going to get into
01:39everything.
01:39I guess when you watched tonight's episode, what struck you the most about what was happening
01:45that you didn't realize with the women?
01:48I didn't realize how much the women were actually sort of backing Joellen with this perpetuating
01:57stuff, and I didn't really realize how much Joellen was going back and forth and engaging
02:02with the former mistress about everything.
02:06It hurt.
02:08So here's a big question.
02:10You admitted yourself that your husband was cheating, so why are you mad at Joellen?
02:14She told you the truth.
02:15Yeah.
02:16So I think the misconception is that I was and had been mad at Joellen.
02:20I was actually very grateful when Joellen had shown me the photos, and I think that's
02:24something that has been misunderstood.
02:26What I didn't like is the fact that she engaged with the mistress and kept coming back with more
02:32and trying to come back with more.
02:33And the fact that she shared all the news, Andy, with not only everybody in town and every
02:39hair salon and every gossip queen, but the entire state of Rhode Island.
02:43And a lot of that was before the word had even gotten to me.
02:47August H said, what do you think about Joellen saying she doesn't think Brian is a good person,
02:51but she thinks you're smart and you don't deserve to be put through all this?
02:56So I appreciate that she thinks I'm smart and this and that.
03:00I really do.
03:01And I have no malice toward her.
03:04I don't think that Brian is a bad person.
03:06I think he's good to the core, but has made some grave mistakes and bad series of choices.
03:13Brian, what was your reaction seeing tonight's episode?
03:17It was a few things.
03:18I think that what happened is a lot of stuff was edited out, but what I saw about it that
03:25I hated is to see the past come back
03:28because that was a while ago, that was before, and I was a different person then than I am now.
03:34I realized what an amazing woman my wife is, and the only thing that matters to me now is my
03:39wife and children just want to move forward.
03:41So at the time of the polo event, you were not still engaged with this woman?
03:45I was not engaged.
03:47She, not as a relationship.
03:50Got it.
03:50It was more she, you know, was bitter probably that I was on the show or that I was trying
03:55to make my marriage work,
03:57and it was like hate texts and things like that, you know, not engaging.

04:01Okay, Pinky, got to talk to you about what an emotional end to tonight's episode,
04:07and I love your vulnerability and honesty about this whole bankruptcy situation.
04:13What made you wait to tell your husband?
04:17Um, because I ain't want no problems, Andy.

04:24Um, and the reality of it is, is I'm just so independent, right?
04:28Like, before I met Derek, I had my own.
04:30While I'm with him, I got my own, and I just didn't want to be his burden.

04:35There were headlines recently about, um, your home and about a whole bunch of stuff.
04:42What can you tell us that's going on now?
04:44Well, first of all, that was not my primary home.

04:47It was a rental property, okay, because I have something called a portfolio.

04:52And, um, that property, uh, it was abandoned, so, you know, they deemed it abandoned.

04:57Maybe Angela will use it as an investment property.

07:52I have to assume that the reason that you were so headstrong about staying in your marriage
07:57is because of your culture, your Lebanese culture, and your keeping the family together.
08:03You know, I'm all about keeping the family together, but I'm not stupid at the same time.

08:54So no matter what was said, what was done, here we are almost a year later, and I'm here,
08:58and we're together, and we're stronger than ever.
