00:06in the woods stares down a terrifying creature I'm all freaking spooked right
00:11now in the woods I felt like I was being stalked like something was
00:17intentionally watching me a homeowner in Memphis in the actual hill reckons with
00:24a visitor who's a ghost there's literally I was very confused and I got
00:33chilled up and down my arms a couple in Iowa drive miles in the middle of the
00:38night to confront an only partially visible entity it is essential yeah I
00:48just kind of froze because I can see it on the camera on my phone but I can't see
00:53it in front of me through the windshield and even more paranormal footage you
00:58have to see I mean that's unmistakable that is a UFO to believe
01:19haunted houses are one of the most common themes in paranormal lore and while most
01:26people may assume the ghosts who dwell there are from those who once lived and
01:31died inside one theory posits that it could sometimes be simply a case of
01:39wandering spirits waiting at the front door for the opportunity to slip in one
01:55man in Memphis knows this all too well because he may have just recently opened
02:03his door for his new invisible roommate July 2025 in Memphis Tennessee
02:25Hunter Mathis is walking to his kitchen preparing to clean up after cooking dinner when he spots
02:33something through the frosted glass of his front door that freaks him out so much he arms himself and
02:40starts recording there is what appears to be the shadow of a person at his door not knocking or ringing
02:50the
02:51bell but seemingly just standing there with any actual handle so hunter opts to
03:00investigate there's literally literally no one I'm Hunter Mathis and I filmed this video I saw it at the end
03:23of my hallway legit thought it was just somebody on my front porch and so I walked back around the
03:29corner and I actually got a kitchen
03:30knife just a knife just slide in my pocket prior to walking down I had even checked my camera and
03:35it was not working and so when I opened the door
03:43I was kind of
03:44I was kind of baffled because there was literally nothing there and I like started looking around and I realized
03:50I did not see anybody across the street at the front of the street and I walked back in the
03:53house and I was like I know I didn't make this up and when I rewatched the video that was
04:00actually when I noticed the lights go through it and I realized okay if somebody was on my front porch
04:05their physical body would have blocked out these lights
04:07and then if they were across the street the car would have blocked out their shadow too I was very
04:15confused and I got chilled up and down my arms and I got I got a little spooked after that
04:21for sure
04:24this was pretty unnerving it appears to be a rather tall man and also a man wearing a hat so
04:30you're kind of thinking okay well maybe this is just somebody you know knocking on the door maybe it's a
04:34neighbor maybe it's somebody that they know
04:38it's not like it's stationary and kind of locked in position it's moving and as a person you do at
04:44the front door of any home
04:46with any actual halo
04:53when he opens the door it's not as if somebody could have run away there's nowhere to go there's a
04:57yard with a fence and a gate and there's nobody in sight
05:01and it's not just that there's no one there
05:04there's nothing that could have made so obviously a human silhouette against that fogged glass there's no one on the
05:15far side of the street under the street lamp there's no one to the left or to the right
05:21and no one on the doorbell camera
05:24I did find it incredibly weird that our front door camera in that specific moment did not work and then
05:31it just shows no video
05:32um whereas if we had deleted the video that video itself would not even show up so it was just
05:38showing this camera was not working in this moment
05:41it could have been that potentially it had been siphoning the energy from your front door camera for a whole
05:4630 minutes and you only captured that one moment where you decided to confront whatever that was on the opposite
05:55end of your door
05:57allowing whatever it may have been
06:03there are countless tales throughout folklore and paranormal theory about more malevolent entities that linger by doors or seek to
06:21gain entrance by being invited in
06:25think demons vampires that type of thing
06:30um I have never heard the lure that if you open up your door you're inviting something in
06:36I guess for me
06:37I read up on the lure
06:39but I wouldn't allow it to scare me
06:41I mean I have faith
06:44and living in this house
06:47that faith
06:48comes in very handy
06:50for our house it's not uncommon to have sounds to hear footsteps
06:56to hear just weird different things
06:59it's been a home for about three or four families
07:02it's also been a lawyer's office
07:04it was a brothel at one point
07:05and we do live across from the forensic center as well
07:08so I do think that the house
07:11if there's anywhere that's possible to be haunted
07:15our house is probably a good candidate for that
07:17I think there's a possibility
07:19that the spirits that are attached to these bodies
07:23have the capability
07:24of like leaving the forensic center
07:28and kind of roaming around the neighborhood
07:30looking for answers
07:31or feeling kind of in a daze
07:33or not really realizing that they have
07:37in fact actually died from a traumatic event
07:41and so a part of me thinks that that's the reason why we saw this shadow on the doorstep
07:47a realization that despite his faith
07:50has caused hunter
07:52to rethink how he might react to any future
07:56unannounced visits
07:58I'm going to be more cautious opening the front door
08:01I don't think I'm going to jump to that anymore
08:03for me I guess it's reignited my curiosity
08:08it's re-reminded me about
08:11there is the afterlife
08:13and it's made me more curious if anything
08:15but in the actual hell

08:29a mysterious beast

09:15will most often be a harmless creature

10:09in a home he has rented
10:11with his family
10:13but when he walks out
10:14onto the back patio
10:15and looks into the woods
10:17behind the rental property
10:19things take a turn
10:20for the bizarre
10:28in the darkness
10:32glowing red eyes
10:35followed by
10:40footsteps
10:40I'm not going to lie
10:43I'm a little freaking spooked right now
10:48then
10:49only a couple of minutes later
10:54the eyes are back
10:55only this time
10:57a different color
10:59followed again
11:04by footsteps
11:07what on earth
11:09is out there

11:19most animals in the wild
11:21when they hear human being
11:23they run the opposite way
11:25the fact that this thing
11:26was coming at me
11:28why is it coming closer
11:31that sent you know
11:33shivers up my spine
11:35and then it stopped
11:37and I just kept the camera rolling
11:38and then the eyes
11:41pop up again
11:42except they're white
11:43this time
11:43and then
11:45they dematerialize
11:46and I hear
11:47this sudden rush
11:49of footsteps
11:49running right towards me
11:54I felt like
11:55I was being stalked
11:56like something
11:57was intentionally
11:58watching me
11:59and I don't like
12:01that feeling
12:01especially when
12:02I can't see
12:03what it is
12:05I'm not gonna lie
12:06I'm a little
12:08freaking spooked

12:09this one
12:10is peak weirdness
12:12and has
12:13100%
12:14cryptid energy
12:17I mean
12:18there's something
12:19out there
12:20very clearly
12:22we see
12:22these glowing eyes
12:23they disappear
12:24they move
12:24they show up
12:25somewhere else again
12:25I could hear
12:27footsteps
12:28of this creature
12:32seeming to approach
12:33though we don't
12:33see
12:34it ever emerge
12:35into the light
12:36that is around
12:37the deck
12:38that the person
12:39holding the camera
12:40is standing on
12:41and while Robert
12:42never gets a clear
12:43view of the creature
12:45he takes his best
12:46guess
12:47at what he believes
12:48it is
12:50I labeled this
12:51skinwalker
12:54because I didn't know
12:56what else to label it
12:58now in the area
13:00of Williamsburg
13:01Virginia
13:01there were
13:02many Native Americans
13:04before the colonists
13:06came there
13:06so it has a great
13:08Native history
13:09there with many
13:10legends and lore
13:12and it's very possible
13:14that it could have been
13:15something connected
13:16to that
13:17very much
13:17like the skinwalker
13:21could it be a skinwalker
13:22well I mean
13:23it certainly does
13:24fall in line
13:25with some of the lore
13:27trying to mimic
13:28an animal
13:29something that's
13:30local to the area
13:31but obviously
13:32can't mimic it
13:33all the way
13:33being up in a tree
13:35and next thing you know
13:36it's screwing around
13:37on foot
13:38and making sounds
13:39and then it's far back
13:40eyes changing
13:41colors again
13:43but given the creature's
13:44behavior
13:45and the location
13:46of the capture
13:48might it actually be
13:50another cryptid
13:54I think what we're
13:55looking at here
13:55is a genuine
13:56Bigfoot
13:58when it comes to
13:59Bigfoot
14:00they're not necessarily
14:01solitary
14:03we found that
14:04they move in
14:05larger groups
14:06and so sometimes
14:07someone may see
14:08these bright glowing eyes
14:10that are 7, 8, 9 feet
14:11off the ground
14:13they blink out
14:14and then they're seeing
14:15eyes appear somewhere else
14:16and so there's theories
14:17that these things
14:18could be interdimensional
14:19they have the ability
14:20to cloak
14:20they can move
14:22really fast
14:22I've experienced this
14:23where they can move
14:24within seconds
14:25across a distance
14:27without making a sound
14:28there are multiple
14:30cryptid sightings
14:31throughout Virginia
14:32on the western part
14:33of the state
14:34in Appalachia
14:35we have the wood booger
14:36which is essentially
14:37a Sasquatch
14:38type of creature
14:40but my favorite
14:41is the Goochland
14:43devil monkey
14:46and this is said
14:48to be
14:48this monkey
14:50wolf hybrid
14:51that is covered
14:53in black hair
14:54has a flat snout
14:56pointy ears
14:58is muscular
14:59but sinewy
15:00and has glowing
15:01red eyes
15:03whatever it is
15:06it's definitely
15:06outside
15:07the realms
15:08of our normal reality
15:11one thing's for certain
15:12it's driven Robert
15:14to dig into mysteries
15:16like this
15:16a little deeper
15:20when you actually
15:21encounter something
15:22paranormal
15:23you're left with
15:24more questions

15:30could have been

19:23don't stop there
19:25my dad's
19:27signature outfit
19:28was the

19:29blue jeans
19:31and so I was
19:33sold
19:33100%
19:34that it was
19:34my dad's
19:35spirit
19:35and it changed
19:36everything for me
19:37because then I knew
19:38in that moment

19:46we see a shadowy

19:50that looks very much
19:51like the form
19:53of a man

19:55the head
19:56and the shoulders
19:57not only does it
19:59look like a man
19:59it looks specifically

20:02that the grieving woman
20:03shows us
20:04of her own father
20:09but if it is her father
20:11why did he appear
20:13at that very moment
20:16I think that he
20:17you know
20:18was there to comfort me
20:19for sure
20:19I mean
20:20we don't know
20:21what happens
20:21exactly to your spirit
20:22when it exits
20:23your physical form
20:25but
20:26yeah I definitely think

20:30that I seen him
20:33when spirits
20:34first transition
20:36there may definitely
20:37be some sort of veil
20:38that's being crossed
20:39it may be in that moment
20:42you are allowed

20:50those that are living

23:44and Grant Lawman

23:47are at Lexi's mother's house
23:49drifting off to sleep
23:52when Lexi's phone
23:55receives repeated notifications
23:57from the security cameras
23:58at Grant's family's home
23:59which is miles away
24:03that motion
24:04is being detected
24:05on the property
24:08so Lexi checks the app
24:11and sees this
24:16a small collection
24:18of strange floating lights
24:20by the garage
24:21seemingly
24:24acting on their own accord
24:31freaked out
24:32Lexi and Grant
24:34rush to their car
24:35and drive 25 minutes
24:37to Grant's family home
24:40but when they get there
24:41and shine their car's headlights
24:43toward the area
24:44of the activity
24:48they see nothing
24:52and yet
24:56according to the feed
24:58from the home security camera
25:03something
25:06is still there
25:10I'm Lexi
25:11I'm Grant
25:12and this is our video
25:14I thought it was
25:16a possum
25:16or a raccoon
25:17at first
25:18because to us
25:19it looked like
25:19blowing eyes
25:20in the dark
25:21but it didn't move
25:22like an animal should
25:24when they would move
25:25it was almost like
25:27they were too fast
25:28for the camera
25:29to pick it up
25:31if that makes sense
25:37I was just confused
25:39because
25:40when we pulled
25:41in the driveway
25:41there was nothing
25:43physically there
25:44but then
25:45Lexi looked at the camera
25:47and you could still see
25:48these things
25:49moving around
25:54I found this
25:56really intriguing
25:57because of the
25:58multiple views
26:00that we had
26:02and they're picking up
26:03these three anomalies
26:05that looks like
26:06three different lights
26:07but almost they have
26:08some sort of form
26:09almost like they're walking
26:10and we're not completely
26:11seeing the reveal
26:13I can tell you
26:14clearly off the bat
26:15it's not cobwebs
26:17spider webs
26:17it's not insects
26:18you can tell that
26:19right away
26:19I don't really know
26:21what it is
26:21we're looking at here
26:23very unusual
26:25and apparently
26:26unusual enough
26:28for a half hour
26:29middle of the night
26:30car ride
26:31what makes this story
26:33credible is
26:34how compelled
26:35these people were
26:36to get up
26:37in the middle of the night
26:38and actually drive
26:39to the location
26:41to find out
26:42what's going on
26:44by confronting it
26:46and trying to explain it
26:47trying to debunk it
26:49it's kind of like
26:50you're trying to maintain
26:52your own sanity
26:53in the face
26:55of absolute
26:58weirdness
26:59and in fact
27:00when Lexi
27:02used to live
27:02at this house
27:03with Grant
27:03a short while ago
27:07she experienced
27:08this type of
27:09absolute weirdness
27:11on the regular
27:13I couldn't sleep
27:15in the bedroom
27:15because it felt
27:16weird
27:17like
27:18not something
27:19watching you
27:20but something's
27:21there with you
27:21type of thing
27:22so I would go
27:23to the living room
27:24and sleep on the couch
27:25and I would lay there
27:26for a couple minutes
27:27and it would sound
27:28like someone
27:29was walking
27:31through the hallway
27:34and I'd get up
27:36and look
27:36and I would text him
27:37and say
27:39someone's in the house
27:40I'm getting out
27:41and then
27:42I moved out
27:43the next week
27:44after that
27:47going to investigate
27:49to see what it is
27:50that these string of lights
27:51are in front of this garage
27:53I think is the first step
27:54to like gaining power
27:55over the situation
27:57especially if it's something
27:58that's really uncomfortable
27:59like having to put yourself
28:01in the space
28:03of that phenomena
28:03gives you more insight
28:05on like
28:06what that energy wants
28:07why it's even there
28:09and how you could
28:10set a boundary with it
28:12and so
28:13taking the steps
28:14to investigate this
28:15is the first step
28:16of like
28:16kind of freeing yourself
28:18from the fear
28:19of the phenomena
28:21and that approach
28:22seems to have worked
28:24because these days
28:25as far as
28:27Lexi and Grant
28:27are concerned
28:28whatever they spotted
28:30that night
28:30by the garage
28:32is welcome to stay
28:35as long as it likes
28:38sometimes I still get
28:39that weird
28:40creepy feeling
28:41that something's here
28:42but it doesn't bother me anymore
28:44it doesn't really seem
28:45like whatever this is
28:46is out to get anybody
28:48it's almost like
28:49this is
28:51it's home
28:52and we're just
28:53living in its world
28:54and we're there
28:56with it
28:58and it's there with us
29:04coming up
29:05is this mysterious figure

29:09a specter
29:11from the past
29:23if one believes
29:25that the spirit

30:49to take a quick photo
30:53the family then
30:55continues on their hike
30:56not giving their photo op
30:58a second thought
31:00until the next day
31:02as the family
31:03reviews their pictures
31:05from the hike
31:06and Desmond's daughter
31:07Rose
31:09spots something
31:12chilling
31:15in the distance
31:17an unfamiliar figure
31:19nearly blending
31:22with the woods
31:24and appearing
31:25to stare directly
31:26at the camera

31:32and we captured
31:32this photo
31:35I thought it might be
31:36like a meat shaped
31:37stump
31:38or like a tree
31:39but then it just
31:40looked way too odd
31:41to do that
31:42the figure
31:43appears to me
31:44to be
31:45a woman
31:46wearing a long
31:46black dress
31:47that doesn't really
31:48suit the time
31:49or the place
31:50because we're in the
31:51middle of a long
31:52bushwalk
31:52and I don't know
31:54what the expression
31:55is on her face
31:56but she looks a little bit
31:57disturbed by our presence

32:01is about the best
32:03word I have
32:04I mean
32:04if I was reviewing
32:05photos
32:06and I saw that
32:07that would definitely
32:08chill me to the core
32:11zooming in slowly
32:12to this photo
32:13it is undeniable
32:15there is a woman
32:16in a dress
32:17standing in the middle
32:18of the forest
32:19and the way
32:19she's standing
32:20I mean
32:20her posture
32:21and her manner
32:22and what you can see
32:23of what might be
32:24her facial expression
32:25looks almost
32:27stoic
32:28or proud
32:29I don't even know
32:30how to put it
32:31the color scheme
32:32of the photograph
32:33has a lot of warmth
32:34to it right
32:35it's got greens
32:36and browns
32:37and skin tone colors
32:38and all of those things
32:39but then you get
32:39to this entity
32:40and it almost seems
32:42like it has been
32:43completely sucked
32:44of any color
32:45and that's usually
32:46a telltale sign
32:47that you captured
32:48some sort of apparition
32:49because it doesn't seem
32:50to quite fit
32:51within the environment
32:53I was really scared
32:55and I had goosebumps
32:56and down my arms
32:58we were shocked
32:59because we were so sure
33:01that there was nobody
33:01on that track with us
33:03all of us had chills
33:04I think the kids
33:04even screamed
33:05at the time
33:07so
33:07if the apparent woman
33:09wasn't there
33:10when they took the photo
33:12does that mean
33:13she was a ghost
33:15and if so
33:16what was she doing there
33:18there's a high probability
33:20of intelligence
33:22going on with this apparition
33:23caught in this photograph
33:25I mainly say that
33:26because she's looking
33:27directly at the person
33:29taking the photo
33:30eyes essentially
33:32locked toward the camera
33:33maybe she feels
33:34that they're trespassing
33:36or infringing on her space
33:38or her territory
33:40I would say that
33:41this is some kind of
33:42place memory
33:44or residual type of phenomena
33:46that they witnessed
33:47it was just
33:48the right time
33:49right place
33:50the conditions were correct
33:51and you had the right people there
33:53when you can witness something
33:55that has happened in the past
33:58and after some research
34:00on the area
34:01Desmond thinks
34:02he might have a clue
34:03as to what specifically
34:05the woman could have been doing there
34:08in the past
34:09one thing that I find interesting
34:11about the Bunya Mountains
34:12it was a meeting place
34:13for all the different
34:14Aboriginal tribes
34:15from around the area
34:16because there's a tree
34:18it's named after
34:18the Bunya Pine Tree
34:20and these trees
34:21get big pine nuts on them
34:23and the Aboriginal tribes
34:25would all come and meet there
34:26so that they could
34:27participate in a feast
34:28on the Bunya Nuts
34:29during the season each year
34:31perhaps this image
34:33of this person
34:34that we see
34:35is just repeating
34:36that ritual
34:37that yearly pilgrimage
34:39to this area
34:40for the specific reason
34:42of gathering those nuts
34:45perhaps
34:46but regardless of its reason
34:48for being there
34:48the family is just happy
34:50to have captured it
34:52on camera
34:54and is now
34:55on the lookout
34:57for more
34:58having this experience

35:02a lot more about
35:04the history of the places
35:05that we visit
35:06I feel like this

38:35but whatever this object is
38:37it's definitely

38:41from the ground
38:43you can tell
38:44within three seconds
38:45that these aren't planes
38:50that they're not
38:51helicopters
38:52and that they're stationary
38:53and they are
38:55somewhat still
38:56transparent
38:57or hidden
39:01they may be hidden
39:02but they're present enough
39:04for Brett to formulate
39:05a working theory
39:06about what they might be
39:08it seemed like
39:09we were looking
39:10at the bottom
39:11of something
39:12that was huge
39:14above us
39:15and that the lights
39:16were underneath
39:18the ship
39:22that's what I was thinking
39:23that it was some type
39:24of ship up there
39:29it definitely had the look
39:31of one giant ship
39:33with like multiple
39:34components
39:37the different lights
39:39and the different parts
39:40of it suggested
39:41like a complex
39:42massive
39:43sort of craft
39:47and those aren't
39:49the only elements
39:50that suggest
39:52one massive craft
39:54when our lights
39:55would shine up there
39:56it actually
39:57there was a reflection
40:02what ends up being
40:03what ends up being
40:04really interesting
40:04is when the
40:05spotlights from the club
40:06end up kind of
40:07pinging
40:10this metallic object
40:11in the clouds
40:12now that's what
40:13gets interesting
40:17was that metal
40:18was that some kind of material
40:19that can reflect light
40:20because it tells us
40:22that there is something
40:23up there that
40:24seems to be solid
40:27whatever that something
40:28was
40:29it brought pretty much
40:31everyone
40:31out of the club
40:33we were just
40:34mesmerized
40:35I mean I walked
40:36out there
40:36into a sea of people
40:38just looking
40:39straight up into the sky
40:41and it was clearly a moment
