00:15In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
00:18peace be with you.
00:20We acknowledge our sins, but more importantly,
00:23the compassion, the mercy and the love of God.
00:28Lord have mercy, Christ have mercy, Lord have mercy.
00:34May Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins and lead us into healing and life everlasting.
00:43Let us pray.
00:49O God, perfect light of the blessed,
00:53by whose gift we celebrate the paschal mysteries on earth.
00:57Bring us, we pray, to rejoice in the full measure of your grace for ages unending.
01:04Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
01:07who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
01:11God forever and ever. Amen.
01:26A reading from the Acts of the Apostles.
01:30The Apostles and the brothers in Judea heard that the pagans too had accepted the word of God.
01:39And when Peter came up to Jerusalem, the people criticized him and said,
01:46So you have been visiting the uncircumcised and eating with them, have you?
01:52Peter, in reply, gave them the details point by point.
01:57One day, when I was in the town of Jaffa, he began, I fell into a trance as I was
02:05praying,
02:06and had a vision of something like a big sheet being let down from heaven by its four corners.
02:13This sheet reached the ground quite close to me.
02:17I watched it intently and saw all sorts of animals and wild beasts,
02:23everything possible that could walk, crawl, or fly.
02:28Then I heard a voice that said to me,
02:31Now, Peter, kill and eat.
02:34But I answered, Certainly not, Lord.
02:37Nothing profane or unclean has ever crossed my lips.
02:41And the second time, the voice spoke from heaven,
02:45What God has made clean, you have no right to call profane.
02:51This was repeated three times, before the whole of it was drawn up to heaven again.
02:57Just at that moment, three men stopped outside the house where we were staying.
03:03They had been sent from Caesarea to fetch me,
03:07and the Spirit told me to go to have no hesitation about going back with them.
03:13The six brothers here came with me as well, and we entered the man's house.
03:20He told us he had seen an angel standing in his house, who said,
03:25Send to Jaffa and fetch Simon, known as Peter.
03:29He has a message for you that will save you and your entire household.
03:34I had scarcely began to speak when the Holy Spirit came down on them,
03:40in the same way as it came on us at the beginning.
03:45And I remembered that the Lord had said,
03:48John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.
03:54I realized then that God was giving them the identical thing he gave to us,
04:00when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ.
04:04And who was I to stand in God's way?
04:07This account satisfied them, and they gave glory to God.
04:11God, they said, can evidently grant even the pagans the repentance that leads to life.
04:18The word of the Lord.
04:20Thanks be to God.
04:23My soul is thirsting for the living God.
04:30Like the deer that yearns for running streams, so my soul is yearning for you, my God.
04:37My soul is thirsting for the living God.
04:41My soul is thirsting for God, the God of my life.
04:45When can I enter and see the face of God?
04:48My soul is thirsting for the living God.
04:52O send forth your light and your truth, let these be my guide.
04:56Let them bring me to your holy mountain, to the place where you dwell.
05:01My soul is thirsting for the living God.
05:05And I will come to the altar of God, the God of my joy.
05:09My Redeemer, I will thank you on the heart, O God, my God.
05:14My soul is thirsting for the living God.
05:19Alleluia, alleluia.
05:21I am the good shepherd, says the Lord.
05:23I know my sheep and mine know me.
05:25Alleluia.
05:29The Lord be with you.
05:32A reading from the Holy Gospel according to John.
05:36Glory to you, O Lord.
05:38Jesus said, I tell you most solemnly, anyone who does not enter the sheep port to the gate,
05:44but gets in some other way, is a thief and a brigand.
05:48The one who enters through the gate is the shepherd of the flock.
05:52The gatekeeper lets him in.
05:55The sheep hear his voice one by one.
05:57He calls his own sheep and leads them out.
06:00When he has brought out his flock, he goes ahead of them.
06:06And the sheep follow because they know his voice.
06:10They never follow a stranger, but run away from him.
06:14They do not recognize the voice of strangers.
06:18Jesus told them this parable, but they failed to understand what he meant by telling it to them.
06:24So Jesus spoke to them again.
06:27I tell you solemnly, I am the gate of the sheepfold.
06:30All others who have come are thieves and brigands, but the sheep took no notice of them.
06:37I am the gate.
06:39Anyone who enters through me will be saved.
06:41They will go freely in and out and be sure of finding pasture.
06:46The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.
06:50I have come so they may have life and have it to the full.
06:57The Gospel of the Lord.
06:59Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.
07:03I have come so they may have life and have it to the full.
07:08Jesus is our way to the fullness of life.
07:12Jesus is our shepherd, our guide.
07:16A reminder that we bring everything to him.
07:19Our worries, our anxieties, our fears, our doubts.
07:23He is with us and he walks with us.
07:26And he keeps giving us the courage and sustaining us so that we can live full lives in him.
07:32To keep reaching out to each other.
07:35To keep loving.
07:36Not to get locked up and trapped in our fears and insecurities.
07:40But to know that we find ourselves when we give ourselves with his grace.
08:04Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation.
08:07For to your goodness we have this bread to offer.
08:10Which earth has given human hands have made.
08:12It will become for us the bread of life.
08:16Blessed be God forever.
08:41Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation.
08:44For to your goodness we have this wine to offer.
08:46The fruit of divine work of human hands.
08:49It will become our spiritual dream.
08:52Blessed be God forever.
08:54Lord God, we ask you to receive us.
08:56We pray for the sacrifice.
08:57We pray for you.
08:57We pray for them.
08:58We pray for them.
08:59We pray for them.
09:00We pray for you.
09:04Let us pray, brothers and sisters, that my sacrifice and yours may be acceptable to God,
09:10our Almighty Father.
09:11May the Lord accept this sacrifice at our hands.
09:14To the praise and glory of God's name for our good and the good of God's Holy Church.
09:20Amen.
09:23Amen.
09:23Receive, O Lord, we pray, these offerings of your exalted Church.
09:28And as you have given her cause for such great greatness.
09:32Grant also that the gifts we bring may bear fruit in perpetual happiness.
09:38Through Christ our Lord.
09:40Amen.
09:40Amen.
09:42The Lord be with you.
09:45Lift up your hearts.
09:47Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
09:50It is truly right and just, our duty and our salvation, at all times to acclaim you, O Lord.
09:57But in this time above all, the Lord you yet more gloriously, when Christ our Passover has been sacrificed.
10:04For, with the old order destroyed, the universe cast down is renewed, and the integrity of life is restored to
10:12us in Christ.
10:13Therefore, overcome with paschal joy, every land, every people exalts in your praise.
10:22And even the heavenly powers, with the angelic hosts, sing together the unending hymn of your glory, as they acclaim,
10:30holy, holy, holy, holy Lord, God of hosts.
10:34Heaven and earth are full of your glory.
10:37Hosanna in the highest.
10:39Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
10:42Hosanna in the highest.
10:47You are indeed holy, O Lord, the fount of all holiness.
10:52Make holy, therefore, these gifts, we pray, by sending down your Spirit upon them like the dewfall,
10:57so they may become for us the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
11:02At the time he was betrayed and entered willingly into his passion,
11:06he took bread, and giving thanks, broke it and gave it to his disciples,
11:12saying, Take this, all of you, and eat of it, for this is my body, which will be given up
11:18for you.
11:24In a similar way, when supper was ended, he took the chalice, and once more giving thanks,
11:31he gave it to his disciples, saying, Take this, all of you, and drink from it,
11:35for this is the chalice of my blood, the blood of the new and eternal covenant,
11:40which will be poured out for you, and for many, for the forgiveness of sins.
11:46Do this in memory of me.
11:55The mystery of faith.
11:58We proclaim your death, O Lord, and profess your resurrection until you come again.
12:11Therefore, as we celebrate the memorial of his death and resurrection,
12:15we offer you, Lord, the bread of life and the chalice of salvation,
12:19giving thanks that you've held us worthy to be in your presence and minister to you.
12:24Humbly we pray that, partaking of the body and blood of Christ,
12:28we may be gathered into one by the Holy Spirit.
12:32Remember, Lord, your Church, spread throughout the world,
12:35and bring her to the fullness of charity,
12:37together with Leo, our Pope, Miguel and Worthy servant, and all the clergy.
12:43Remember also our brothers and sisters who have fallen asleep in the hope of the resurrection,
12:48and all who have died in your mercy.
12:50Welcome them into the light of your face.
12:54Have mercy on us all, we pray,
12:56that with the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, Blessed Joseph, her spouse,
13:00with the blessed apostles and all the saints,
13:03who have pleased you throughout the ages,
13:05we may marriage to be coerced to eternal life,
13:09and may praise and glorify you through your Son, Jesus Christ.
13:17Through him and with him and in him, O God Almighty Father,
13:21in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
13:23all glory and honor is yours forever and ever. Amen.
13:28At the Saviour's command and former divine teaching, we dare to say,
13:33Our Father, who art in heaven,
13:35hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come,
13:38thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
13:42Give us this day our daily bread,
13:44and forgive us our trespasses,
13:46as we forgive those who trespass against us,
13:49and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
13:53Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil,
13:57graciously grant peace in our days,
13:59that by the help of your mercy,
14:01we may be always free from sin,
14:03and safe from all distress,
14:05as we await the blessed hope
14:07and the coming of our Saviour, Jesus Christ.
14:10For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours,
14:14now and forever.
14:16Lord Jesus Christ, who said to your apostles,
14:19Peace I leave you, my peace I give you,
14:21look not on our sins, but on the faith of your church,
14:24and graciously grant her peace and unity in accordance with your will,
14:28who live and reign forever and ever. Amen.
14:31The peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always.
14:35Let us offer each other a sign of peace.
14:38Peace be with you all.
14:40Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world,
14:44have mercy on us.
14:46Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world,
14:50have mercy on us.
14:52Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world,
14:56grant us peace.
15:12Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world,
15:16happy are those who are called to the supper of the Lamb.
15:19Lord, I am not worried you should enter under my roof,
15:22but only say the word, and my soul shall be healed.
15:27My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most blessed sacrament.
15:31I love you above all things, and I desire to receive you into my soul.
15:36Since I cannot now receive you sacramentally,
15:40come at least spiritually into my heart,
15:42I embrace you as if you were already there,
15:45and unite myself wholly to you.
15:48Never permit me to be separated from you.
15:51Amen.
15:52Let us pray.
15:57Look with kindness upon your people, O Lord,
16:00and grant, we pray, that those you have preached to renew
16:03by eternal mysteries may obtain in their flesh
16:06the incorruptible glory of the resurrection.
16:09Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
16:11The Lord be with you.
16:13And may the peace and the blessing of the Father,
16:15and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit
16:17come upon you and remain always with you.
16:19Let us go and proclaim the Gospel by our lives.
16:23Thanks be to God, and God bless your day.
16:33God bless you.
