40:21calms my nerves but she is being a little bit bossy i mean i don't know how much she's really

40:38you but her telling me that there was numbness and tingling on all of her body kind of alerted me

40:44it could be like possible signs of a stroke so right that's why i come here with her and i
40:49want to
40:49i want to hear what you have to say because sometimes she'll leave here and she just says
40:54like the bare minimum or like broadly what you said so some of the stuff that we've done we ran
41:00what we call a sed rate and so it gives us an indicator if if your body has any type
41:06of inflammation
41:07because june always explains that she feels like her body's inflamed swollen that type of thing
41:13okay um and so that right so that indicator was positive okay
41:20and then we did a an a panel on her so that indicates autoimmune disorders yeah and so
41:26basically that's going to tell us if you have some type of process that's attacking your body
41:32like your body is attacking itself right yeah it could indicate rheumatoid arthritis it could indicate
41:38lupus and june yours was positive
41:44it doesn't specifically tell us what type you have what i suggest from that point is that we send you
41:51to a rheumatologist to kind of have them narrow down maybe exactly what is going on with your body
41:57i knew all this pain was not from my like hysterectomy but the fact of the matter that i could
42:01possibly
42:02have a lupus i mean that is a scary thing can it kill me no can it depilitate me most
42:09definitely i
42:10already am blind so like it could take more of my independency away than ever it is concerning
