00:31Memorial Day weekend!
00:42What's the code to this safe?
00:45Hey!
00:45Dog!
00:46Dog, dog, dog!
00:48I know you're having a bad day.
00:50Are you going to talk to me at all?
00:51Where's your gun at?
00:52Driver!
00:53Open your door and walk backwards!
00:55Stop!
00:56Get on the ground!
00:58It's a good girl.
01:00Look at his little paw.
01:02Go for it!
01:03Go for it!
01:04It was good playing with you, man.
01:05You too.
01:05That's a win.
01:06That's what makes the job worth it.
01:08I appreciate you.
01:09Yep, no problem.
01:09Love you, bye.
01:10Bye.
01:28So this is Labor Day weekend, which is one of the busiest weekends we have at Lake of the Ozarks.
01:39This is one of those holidays where we're going to be crazy outnumbered.
01:44Just the traffic is insane.
01:52A lot of people are trying to party and let loose and leave it all on the strip before
01:56they go back to their normal, everyday jobs or schools.
02:02Chances are we're going to have to break up a couple fights.
02:04We're going to have to take some people to jail.
02:08Never a dull moment.
02:09Let go of the Ozark on Labor Day weekend.
02:18Oh, we got, we got something.
02:19Hold on.
02:23Hey!
02:25He pushed my shirt.
02:26Go on.
02:27Let's go.
02:29Let's go.
02:30He pushed my shirt.
02:31Don't, I'm not the one.
02:33Come on.
02:36Security.
02:36Security?
02:37I don't care what's security.
02:38I'm cops.
02:39Don't type my shirt.
02:40I'm leaving the bar.
02:42Oh, you hit my brother.
02:44No, you push it first.
02:46Hey, can you go find out with him what's going on?
02:48I'm security.
02:49He pushed it first.
02:50All right.
02:53Idiot.
02:58So he was standing here.
02:59We were told multiple times he couldn't get in because we were shutting it down.
03:02They were on their way out.
03:03He got to grab it on and poke it at him.
03:05So we started this.
03:06Yes.
03:08100% I walked away.
03:10He started it.
03:10He started pushing on him.
03:12They wouldn't let him in.
03:12So shut it down.
03:14No.
03:14That's been by dealing with an altercation right now.
03:18All right.
03:19So here's, here's the situation.
03:20You're highly intoxicated.
03:21I'm not saying you're.
03:22Yeah, absolutely I am.
03:23I'm not saying you're lying to me.
03:24I'm not saying you're telling me the truth.
03:25I have to go off of what security tells me, right?
03:27Yeah, right.
03:28Security told me you started it.
03:29We need to get you out of here.
03:31Yeah.
03:32You got an Uber coming.
03:33What's going on?
03:34Yeah, I can get a room from my house, man.
03:36But the guy who started all this is going on.
03:39OK.
03:40Security said you started it.
03:42No, I'm .
03:42OK.
03:43I, I, once again, I can only go off of what they're telling me, right?
03:46Because I'm .
03:47I'm .
03:47I'm .
03:48They don't have a $14 million or a company like I do, right?
03:52You agree?
03:52I don't know.
03:54But please don't put your hand in front of my face.
03:56OK.
03:56OK.
03:56Put your hand down.
03:57Yes, sir.
03:58Yes, sir.
03:59Right now, we're trying to calm down the situation to get you out of here.
04:02Go ahead.
04:02Try.
04:03Try.
04:04My train's been on the roof.
04:06OK.
04:07Order an Uber and get home, or you can go sober up in County.
04:11Those are, those are your options right now.
04:16I don't call it .
04:17OK, do it.
04:19I have a bad ass attorney.
04:21OK.
04:22I got a lot of money.
04:23So, but I'm not understanding where you're going with all this.
04:26Yeah.
04:27I don't care about the money.
04:28I care about your well-being.
04:29You know, if you know me, then you know, if you know me, then you also know a lot of
04:33attorneys
04:33know me.
04:35100%.
04:35OK.
04:35They know me really well.
04:37So.
04:38I do.
04:39If I'm in trouble.
04:41You're not in trouble.
04:42We're trying to get you right home.
04:44Get the phone and get an Uber.
04:45I'm here for you.
04:46Get the phone and get an Uber.
04:47I will call you.
04:48OK.
04:49Do you want the cuffs, or do you want to order an Uber?
04:51Those are your two choices.
04:53Don't put me in cuffs.
04:54OK.
04:54It's your best choice.
04:56I can take it.
05:01That was just stupid, dude.
05:03We're trying to help you out, and you're just being dumb.
05:11Can I handle my vape before I go in?
05:14No.
05:14My vape, please.
05:15Step back.
05:16Yes.
05:17Yes, ma'am.
05:20Watch your head.
05:27We had a guy that was getting into a fight.
05:32When we got there, obviously, we tried to separate the situation.
05:35Once we figured out who the main aggressor was, we were trying to literally get him out of
05:39here.
05:39He's so intoxicated.
05:41Honestly, I just want the guy to get home safe.
05:44We got to transport him and get him out of here.
05:46I'm going to talk to him one more time, see if he can't get an Uber or a ride.
05:51Sit up.
05:52Can we have a normal conversation?
05:54Yeah.
05:54Okay, do you have an Uber on here?
05:56Yeah, I have an Uber on here.
05:57Okay.
05:58I've got unlimited money.
06:01Unlimited money.
06:02That must be nice.
06:03$35.90.
06:04Is that okay?
06:05Send me an invoice.
06:06Well, it's on your phone, honey.
06:08See?
06:08I've got more money than that.
06:11You've mentioned how much money you have a few times.
06:14It's a lot.
06:14It's a lot.
06:15It's a lot?
06:15It's a lot.
06:16Usually, people with a lot of money don't have to say they have a lot of money.
06:19Are you married?
06:21You see a black Hyundai Elantra over there?
06:25Anywhere.
06:28I ordered him an Uber that didn't show up, so.
06:31Cordial is going to drive him home.
06:33He's calmed down a lot.
06:36You are the bus stop on the...
06:40He deserves a race.
06:42Dead serious.
06:44Get to him.
06:44Get you, buddy.
06:46All right.
06:48We're going to be giving this gentleman a ride, so that way he can get home and sleep it off
06:53and come back and do it again tomorrow.
07:14We're going to be giving this one.
07:16We're going to be giving this company a lot of insurance.
07:18We're going to be giving this one, so we're going to be giving it back.
07:18We're taking it off the distress.
07:26We have an assault in progress or something on Passover Road.
07:37920 OB.
07:39Subject is denied medical.
07:43He is actively bleeding over his right eyebrow.
07:50I just need my car, that's it.
07:52You were hit by a car?
07:54No, no, I just need my truck.
07:59Somebody you knew?
08:05Someone stole your truck?
08:06Yes or no, man?
08:09920 OB, be advised.
08:10That white truck is stolen and belongs to the victim.
08:15Did you know the guy?
08:17No.
08:18Would you tell me if he did?
08:23Do you want to prosecute?
08:25No.
08:26The subject is saying he does not want to prosecute.
08:30He does know the person in the truck refused to identify him.
08:36Copy.
08:41920 OB.
08:43Well, that sucks.
08:47So we had an assault that occurred somewhere on Passover Road.
08:52The guy assaulted the victim and then apparently stole the vehicle.
08:58He knew the person that took the truck and would not identify him.
09:02So that leaves our hands tied to where we can't really do anything with it.
09:07So that is it.
09:11920 and 930 respond to Cornula Boats for an accident with entry.
09:17RP stated they are behind the first building on the right on Cornula Road.
09:34There's an unresponsive person here at Cornula Drive.
09:38I don't know what happened.
09:39I assume a traffic accident.
09:41Is there a car over there?
09:42Yeah, it's my husband's truck.
09:44What happened?
09:45Come out here.
09:46I'll go in there.
09:46Is he in it?
09:47No, my husband's at the hospital.
09:49By the way, his friend is if you're still.
09:5229, I've got the truck we were looking for.
09:55It's gone.
09:55Someone stole your truck?
09:57Yes or no, man?
09:58Yes.
10:01Was there someone unresponsive?
10:03Yeah, we got somebody in the truck still.
10:05I have an AD right here.
10:07Reiner's back there.
10:08Copy.
10:09I'm on scene.
10:10We're going to have to get him out through the back.
10:12Out through the back.
10:13Copy.
10:17Trees are blocking the front doors.
10:21Hey, buddy.
10:22I need you to move your legs for the sound of my voice.
10:24Can you do that?
10:25All right, go ahead.
10:27Hey, buddy.
10:27I don't know.
10:28Good night.
10:29Give me your hand.
10:31Try to sit up, okay?
10:35Keep trying, buddy.
10:38Come on, buddy.
10:42I got you.
10:43You're okay.
10:45Yeah, we're going to get you out of here.
10:52Come on, buddy.
10:53I got you.
10:54You're okay.
10:55Yeah, we're going to get you out of here.
10:59Yeah, there you go.
11:00Come on.
11:01There you go.
11:02Keep coming.
11:03Keep coming.
11:06Big step.
11:07Lean on me.
11:08Lean on me.
11:10Big step.
11:16Easy, buddy.
11:17Can you walk?
11:19Yeah, I'm good, bro.
11:25I'm good.
11:26No, you're good.
11:27No, buddy.
11:27You're not good.
11:31Yeah.
11:32We're going to get on a curb.
11:33I'm going to have you sit down on it, buddy.
11:34Wait for the ambulance, all right?
11:35Yeah.
11:36Cool.
11:37Cool.
11:38Cool.
11:39Let's see you right here.
11:40My leg, my leg is, what happened?
11:45Straighten out this leg.
11:49All right.
11:51Okay.
11:52I'm going to start pulse.
11:54All right.
11:55Okay.
11:56Can you do me a favor?
11:57Yeah.
11:58Who's your business?
11:59The victim from the assault.
12:01The victim's wife used an app on her phone to find him and found the accident and called
12:05us.
12:06Let's secure his head.
12:08Make sure it doesn't move.
12:09Get your knees on both sides of his head.
12:11Yep.
12:12919 will be.
12:13Hey.
12:14Come on down.
12:18Just keep holding that head still.
12:20He's got his head secure.
12:21Traffic accident.
12:22No ejection.
12:24What's happening?
12:26You're right, partner.
12:27I don't know if he's locked up.
12:29Here's a saw on the tenant vehicle.
12:33Copy.
12:35Yeah.
12:36We're in 20s.
12:38Okay.
12:3928.
12:404.
12:425.
12:445.
12:455.
12:455.
12:485.
12:495.
12:525.
12:545.
12:555.
12:565.
12:575.
12:576.
12:585.
13:015.
13:01Are you the one that called it?
13:02Yes, I am.
13:04Okay.
13:04Were you behind him, or?
13:05No, I've been home this whole time.
13:07Okay.
13:08I literally just picked up the pen because they sent me a text message that there was a collision.
13:13Okay.
13:13Off of my 360.
13:14So is the one that was in it your husband?
13:16You know, my husband is already in the hospital.
13:19Okay.
13:20That's his friend.
13:21Okay.
13:22Corporal Reiner's going to want to talk to you, okay?
13:24He's going to be investigating this, okay?
13:28So that was her husband's truck.
13:30It was her husband's friend that stole it.
13:33The husband was the one that reported the vehicle initially stolen, but then did not want to prosecute.
13:38She got a crash alert on her phone because her husband's phone was in the vehicle.
13:44So that's how she was able to find where he crashed.
13:47So she called us about the crash.
13:50Truck's getting towed, so there's going to be a DWI investigation.
13:53I did smell some intoxicating odors coming from his breath as we carried him up, but we got him to
13:58care pretty quickly.
14:00So I'd say this was best case scenario for that traffic accident.
14:28It's Labor Day weekend.
14:30Said a little prayer early for all of us.
14:32Keep us safe.
14:46We are going to back up Sergeant Cordula on a traffic stop.
14:49712, can you start heading my way?
14:5210 turn route from 54 and connector.
14:57We are going to back up Sergeant Cordula on a traffic stop.
15:08Can you give me a minute?
15:09I'm getting a hold of my attorney right now.
15:11Okay, well, that's fine.
15:12I observed the vehicle come to a stop sign, turn onto oncoming traffic, and start driving in my direction, and
15:19then turned in here.
15:20So I want to make sure that it wasn't somebody that was intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics.
15:26I started dying.
15:27I just went up here.
15:29It was working outside.
15:30So I am very hot.
15:31Oh, yeah, it was a hot one today.
15:33Okay.
15:35All right.
15:36I apologize.
15:37Oh, you're fine.
15:38I did something wrong against the law or whatever.
15:40I don't see that being against the law because I didn't go out to the middle of traffic to pull
15:44in here.
15:45I was just going, like, from right around the curb, right in front of this car.
15:49He let me go ahead of him.
15:51So you left out the street, right?
15:54Yes.
15:54You drove down the wrong side of the road.
15:57I wasn't out in the main highway part.
15:58Yes, you were going straight towards me.
16:00That's why I turned in here.
16:02Are you under the influence of anything?
16:03No, I'm not.
16:04That's why I'm saying, no, I pulled right out of the side road right here and pulled right into this
16:08parking lot.
16:09Yeah.
16:09I don't understand that.
16:11It's been very hot today.
16:13I just got done with the job, that's all.
16:15And I'm really thirsty and dehydrated.
16:17Okay.
16:17Is there anything illegal in this car?
16:19No, there's not.
16:20Do you mind if we check?
16:21I do not mind if you check in this car or anything.
16:24Okay.
16:24There's nothing illegal.
16:25All right, go ahead and step out of the vehicle for me, okay?
16:28Would you mind if I got me something to drink?
16:31I'm about to die, sir.
16:33Oh, good.
16:34712, Mellie County.
16:35Show me how I came to send her to the vehicle.
16:46What the F?
16:55What the F?
17:05Ask her what those are.
17:07I don't know what's in that, so.
17:12The officer, what these are, they live in there.
17:16They are mine, they're...
17:21That's it.
17:22They paint them all.
17:24Gotcha.
17:27Plastic razor blades in there.
17:29Plastic razor blades?
17:30What's that going to cut?
17:31It's for cleaning paint.
17:33Oh.
17:34So it doesn't, like, cut it, actual cut it.
17:42I'm going to give you a warning.
17:44I mean, like I said, the only thing that made me stop you to spread it on the wrong side
17:47of the room.
17:47That's it.
17:47I apologize.
17:48I didn't know.
17:50So am I good to go?
17:54Nothing found, which is always good.
17:56That means she's being responsible, and it's how we like to see it, so.
18:21There we go, 83.
18:23There's the guy blown by everybody else.
18:27933 OB traffic.
18:29Being a black Cadillac Escalade.
18:30Highway 54, westbound.
18:40Hello.
18:41Hi.
18:41I'm Corporal Chapman with the OCHB's police department.
18:43You want to stop you today?
18:44Why is it going a little fast?
18:4683 to 65.
18:49I thought it was 70.
18:51Okay, but I was going to 80.
18:53Yes, you were.
18:5483.
18:55I'm just not very familiar with it.
18:58Driver's license and insurance with you?
18:59Oh, yes.
19:01All right, hang tight.
19:02Be back with you in just a minute.
19:05So she's going to get a citation today for her speed, and hopefully that'll slow her down.
19:10That's just way too fast.
19:15Now, did write your citation for the speed today, okay?
19:17Take care.
19:21She seemed to be accepting of that.
19:23I think she's going to hopefully change her behavior and slow it down some.
19:30When we're doing a stop in an area like this, there's not really a great spot to stand when dealing
19:35with a highway and a guardrail to your passenger side.
19:38So I waited until we got past that guardrail, giving me a little more room to operate.
19:42I've had some bad experiences with that.
19:45We had an incident back in April of 2015.
19:49It happened with one of my trainees.
19:51He's just gotten into his car on his own and was making his own traffic stop, responding on his own.
19:56Basically, my job at the time was to shadow and follow him around, make sure he's doing all right.
20:01He did a traffic stop, called out a traffic stop on the bridge.
20:05So I go there to back him up, and I get there, and he's just past the bridge where basically
20:10he's over land now, but he's parked next to a guardrail.
20:14So it's kind of tight right there.
20:16So as I pulled up, I parked kind of offset to him to give him a better safety zone to
20:23get in and out of his vehicle.
20:33A truck hit the back left corner of my vehicle.
20:36He bounced off my car and then plowed right into the suspect vehicle, and he took the full brunt of
20:41that hit.
20:43I ran up there to my partner.
20:45He landed several feet away from the area of the impact.
20:49I was praying, Lord, don't take him.
20:51He's only 27.
20:52He was a young guy.
20:54It's a strange feeling to see somebody that you're friends with, that you work with, to go through something like
21:00that, because that day I felt it.
21:02It's like my heart just ripped out of my chest.
21:04I thought I just saw my partner.
21:07I thought I just saw him die.
21:08I grabbed my radio as quick as I could and got ambulance en route.
21:11We ended up doing CPR on him, and he came back.
21:14I still don't know how he survived other than God just said it wasn't his time.
21:18So his recovery, it was a long one.
21:20It was a year long.
21:20He came back to the department for a while, and then he moved on from here and did some active
21:26duty time in the military, and he's living the married life and raising kids.
21:30So if you're a driver out there, you see an officer coming to stop you, don't just pull over wherever
21:34you want to stop.
21:36Pull over when the officer signals you with his red and blues.
21:487-0-7, there was a car accident at Oak Ridge Drive and Twin Oaks Drive.
21:57It is a silver Chevy SUV.
22:00It hit a ditch, and it blew tires.
22:0210-4.
22:037 in route.
22:047 in 9.
22:05Go ahead and head down this way.
22:0710-4 in route.
22:09The anonymous caller called in a vehicle had hit the ditches up here.
22:16So, yep, he's in the ditch.
22:20All right.
22:25Hey, man, police.
22:26What's going on?
22:27Throw me away.
22:28What's that?
22:30Just throw me away.
22:31Throw you away?
22:33What happened?
22:35Oh, the car blew.
22:37I thought I only live right down the street.
22:41I thought, surely I can make it.
22:46How much alcohol have you had tonight, man?
22:51Where at?
22:53Do you remember hitting some signs over there on Bagnell Dam Boulevard?
22:57Yeah.
22:58How come you didn't stop and call 911 or let the cops know?
23:03Look right here at the tip of my finger.
23:06Do you have any recent head injuries or brain traumas?
23:09Yeah.
23:10What'd you have?
23:12I don't have a right eye.
23:16You don't have a right eye?
23:17I'm looking at your right eye.
23:19Yeah.
23:20Easy now.
23:21Easy now.
23:22It's, uh...
23:23Easy.
23:24Let's go up here next to my car, okay?
23:26Yeah.
23:28You guys know better what to do.
23:31Yep, yep.
23:31Let's go right up here.
23:33Let's go.
23:37Right.
23:38No, no.
23:55I'm sorry.
23:57Come on up.
23:58Let me help you up, bud.
24:02That car's coming.
24:03All right.
24:04Yep.
24:04Let's go right over here next to my car, okay?
24:06Mm-hmm.
24:07He grabbed my PBT.
24:09Have you ever blown into a PBT before?
24:11Okay.
24:12You seem really intoxicated to me right now.
24:15Okay.
24:15So what I'd like you to do is wrap your lips around the end of this, take a deep breath,
24:18and blow until I tell you to stop.
24:20I'll hold on to it for you.
24:22I'll hold on to it.
24:22Deep breath.
24:23Deep breath.
24:25Blow into it.
24:25Keep going.
24:26Keep going.
24:26It's got to be a long, steady breath, okay?
24:29Give me another straw, partner.
24:31I'll demonstrate for you.
24:34You're going to take a deep breath, wrap your lips around the end of the straw, and just
24:36blow.
24:39See how hard he's blowing?
24:41Hear how hard he's blowing?
24:42Just like that.
24:43How many cigarettes do you smoke today?
24:45I don't smoke, sir.
24:47Four packs a day for me.
24:49Four packs a day?
24:50Good Lord.
24:54Keep going, keep going, keep going, Pat.
24:57All right, I'm going to try one more time, okay?
24:59All right.
24:59Deep, deep breath.
25:01Blow hard.
25:02Keep going, keep going.
25:02There you go.
25:03Keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going.
25:05It's got to be a long, consistent blow, okay?
25:08All right.
25:09Well, right now, I believe you're under the influence of alcohol, okay?
25:13So you are under arrest.
25:14Yes, sir.
25:14You're under arrest for driving while intoxicated, okay?
25:17Yeah.
25:17Turn around for me and place your hands by your back.
25:19There you go.
25:22Well, first time ever, ever before, have I ever.
25:28Well, I know.
25:30He admitted to hitting the street signs on Bagnell Dam Boulevard, so he's been placed under arrest right now for
25:37driving while intoxicated.
25:40He's a four-pack-a-day smoker, so he's not able to provide a valid chemical test of his breath.
25:47So my next option is to get a blood draw, so we're going to take him to the hospital, get
25:51a blood draw, and he's going to be issued some tickets and booked and released, assuming he doesn't have prior
25:58convictions for DWI.
26:01Luckily, this is all that happened.
26:03We're just pretty lucky no one got killed.
26:34We're just lucky no one got killed.
26:34You guys need any assistance on that Sunrise Beach Call?
26:3872-10-3.
26:4110-3, Camden, I'll be en route.
26:43702-778, you copy?
26:4610-3, I'll also be en route.
26:49So Camden County has missing persons, so we're going to respond over there to assist.
26:56She says he went missing on the dock.
26:59If somebody is underwater and drowning, we have to be quick at finding them.
27:04Fire department beat us on scene.
27:06Every missing person's case is usually a multi-agency situation because it does take a lot of resources to search
27:14a large area.
27:16There's a dock to the right and a dock to the left.
27:18I don't know what dock it is, Cale.
27:23There they are.
27:24On that middle dock.
27:33We got information from dispatch that the fiancé stated that her fiancé has disappeared from the dock and she believes
27:46him to be in the water.
28:02Some of the deputies were trying to get her off the dock into a safer environment.
28:07I'm going to go down there.
28:07I'm going to go start looking, but I can't have you on the dock, okay?
28:10We can't have you go in the water.
28:12We can't have you go in the water and then have two of you in there, okay?
28:15Oh, what are you looking for him?
28:17He's down there somewhere.
28:19I know he is.
28:20I know he's in there.
28:21This person thinks that their loved one may have fallen into the water.
28:25I want to go look for him.
28:27So when I got down there, I could tell she had already been in the water and she was screaming,
28:31very hysterical.
28:33Can you stay on the shore for me?
28:34Yeah.
28:35Okay, that's all I ask.
28:36We've had several drownings at the lake this year.
28:39The most recent was a similar situation where a gentleman fell off a dock right near a boat.
28:44The lake being what it is, it's extremely murky, extremely hard to see, especially at night.
28:48The water can be up to 30, 40 feet deep on some of those docks.
28:51So we potentially have almost a repeat situation.
28:55I left his phone and it's somewhere on this, probably up by that tree.
29:00And I know that he is very drunk.
29:03So can you tell me where you physically last saw him at?
29:06I saw him coming off of that boat.
29:08We were walking up the ramp.
29:09Okay.
29:10And I had my purse with me.
29:12Okay.
29:13So I left my purse to go back for him.
29:17Okay.
29:17And when you turned around, did you see him on the dock?
29:20So he wasn't there at all?
29:21He was not there.
29:22That's when I jumped in to try to find him and I couldn't find him.
29:26At least to me, he's out there.
29:30Every two boards drop that treble down.
29:33The water's too deep to have a visual of the, if there's anybody down there.
29:37So they're going to start dragging the bottom of the lake right there and seeing if they can't come up
29:41with the body.
29:47I want to know where he's at.
29:49I'm freaking out.
29:51He's all that I have.
29:52And he's gone.
29:53I want to know where he's at.
30:03We can't go in the water.
30:05I want to go in there.
30:07The fiance told us she saw him at the dock.
30:09She left to make a phone call.
30:10She came back.
30:11He was gone.
30:11But she doesn't know for sure he's in the water.
30:14I believe we have that male subject on the line.
30:19He's calling 911 from the area of Deer Valley Marine.
30:24Where is the Deer Valley Marine shop at?
30:26It's right up the road.
30:27I can take you there.
30:27Can you take me there?
30:29Let's go now.
30:30We got to go now.
30:31Can you guys help me?
30:33No, listen to me.
30:34Listen to me.
30:34Somebody is calling from the marina that might be him.
30:38I need to know how to get there.
30:39Oh my gosh.
30:40I don't want to get your hopes up.
30:42Please let this be.
30:44It could be anybody calling 911.
30:46But there is somebody calling that says they've been separated.
30:49Right here.
30:52Thank you very much, ma'am.
30:54Can you tell me how to get there from here?
30:55Yes, ma'am.
30:58You'll take a right up here.
31:00And then at this street sign, you'll take a left.
31:02Okay.
31:03Oh my gosh.
31:11What?
31:12Okay.
31:19Oh, two Camden, you can advise other units on scene.
31:22She's identified this male subject as her fiance.
31:2621-12.
31:28Perfect.
31:29We'd love to do that.
31:32Why didn't you call her?
31:33Because I was worried about her.
31:35You called 911 on her and she called it on you.
31:38How did you get here?
31:40I was.
31:40So you just got off the boat and just started walking here?
31:42Yes.
31:44All right.
31:46She needs a blanket.
31:47She's been in the water.
31:47Yes, I see that.
31:48I've been in the water twice.
31:49I'm being proud of here.
31:51Okay.
31:51Well, we're going to leave you home.
31:53Thank you very much.
31:54This was best case scenario.
31:56We got them reunited.
31:57He kind of got her calmed down a little bit and we just let them have their happy reunion.
32:01But I would much rather it turn out like that than be dredging the lake for hours.
32:05He wouldn't, like I said, he wouldn't even miss him.
32:06We would have never found him had he not called dispatch looking for her because she was missing.
32:13They were both calling each other and missing.
32:39It's Labor Day weekend.
32:41I'm curious what tonight has in store for us.
32:44I have a brake light out on this one vehicle that I'm trying to get to.
32:53705 Miller Traffic Stop right at the city limits.
32:57Occupy four times.
33:07Hey, how are you guys doing?
33:09Mind rolling down your window a little bit?
33:11Do you have your driver's license group of insurance, please?
33:21All right.
33:22The reason why I'm pulling you over is your brake light is out.
33:25Okay.
33:26Okay.
33:26All right.
33:27All right.
33:28Well, if you can...
33:29I can fix it immediately.
33:30Okay.
33:31Get it to a place.
33:32Okay.
33:34All right.
33:35And you said you can pull up a insurance card?
33:38Um, um, um, um, um, um...
33:40I hope, yeah.
33:41Sorry.
33:43Nervous?
33:44She's just...
33:45Well, yeah, no.
33:46Go ahead and look it up for me.
33:49I'll be right back with you guys.
33:52705 Miller Subject.
33:54Last name, first name, female, white, out of Missouri.
33:582005, the awake.
34:00Your first is coming back.
34:03Revoked.
34:04Limited driving privilege.
34:06Ignition interlock required.
34:1010-4.
34:14Do you have a valid driver's license?
34:16It's revoked, but I have a limited driving privilege.
34:19I've got to do it.
34:21I'm going to change the limited driving privilege.
34:32Where are you heading to?
34:33I was actually taking them home, and I'm heading home.
34:36You're taking them home?
34:37Yeah, yeah.
34:38Go ahead and step out for me real fast.
34:41Hey.
34:45Is there anything illegal in the vehicle that we should be aware of?
34:48Nothing?
34:49Okay.
34:50I asked you where you were coming from.
34:52You said you picked them up, and you're taking them home, and then going home.
34:55You can't do that.
34:56Okay, well, I didn't know that.
34:58Okay.
34:59It's pretty...
35:00But I took my son to his father's house, and he said that he needed a ride home because
35:06he was stuck working on his boat.
35:08So since I was going back in that direction, I didn't see a problem with giving him a ride.
35:13Let me ask you this.
35:15Yes.
35:16Is there anything illegal in that car?
35:19And be honest with me.
35:20I work on honesty.
35:21No.
35:22Seriously, I just dropped my son off at his father's house.
35:26No.
35:27Okay.
35:28Would you mind if I checked?
35:30I don't want you guys tearing up my car.
35:33Okay.
35:33I mean, why would you...
35:35Because you guys are reacting really nervous.
35:39I'm nervous because I'm a...
35:41I mean, I have 20-something years under me for...
35:45Hold on.
35:45This is my boss.
35:48Hi, .
35:49Okay.
35:50Go ahead.
35:51Should I give you insurance on the car?
35:53No.
35:53Hold them until they have insurance, and Caleb can run his dog real quick.
35:57He just showed up.
35:58Okay.
36:00Go ahead and hang out right here.
36:01Can you give me a favor?
36:02Step out here for me.
36:03You don't have any weapons on you, do you?
36:05No.
36:05Just give me a favor.
36:06Just leave your bag in the car for me.
36:07Okay.
36:10All right, man.
36:11Just come right back here.
36:12Okay.
36:36Donzie showed alert behavior to the presence of a narcotic odor
36:41due to the wet ground and everything.
36:42He did not want to get his butt wet, so therefore he did not give me a final.
36:46But we called it as an error.
36:47Search was not right.
36:53How many times have you been arrested for driving while revoked?
36:56Um, twice, maybe?
37:03There's three tubes, center console.
37:10What's in these tubes?
37:22What's in these tubes?
37:24I'm going to test it real quick.
37:26I'll be sure.
37:27Okay.
37:27I don't know where those tubes came from.
37:29I don't.
37:29I'm going to test it either way, just to be sure, okay?
37:31I don't know.
37:32I've never seen them.
37:34Go ahead and turn around.
37:35Put your hands behind your back.
37:36I'm going to take you up to the PD.
37:38Write you citation for driving while revoked.
37:41No, no, no.
37:42Don't do that.
37:43I want to lock my pillow.
37:44I just...
37:45Is it cool if you transport for me?
37:47Yeah.
37:48Let's go over here.
37:50All right.
37:50Have a seat for me.
37:54Now we're just testing the substance to verify whether or not it's a controlled substance
37:59or not.
38:01I'll start meth first and then I'll try opiate faster.
38:04All right.
38:05Thank you for all the veterans.
38:07She is arrested for driving while revoked.
38:10Since you're a valid driver and we don't find nothing on anybody here, you guys can take
38:15the car and go pick her up as long as she gets you guys permission to do it.
38:19Do you have a true narc?
38:21Or opiate?
38:22Yeah.
38:22Or an opiate, I guess.
38:30Ash.
38:33Nothing.
38:33We'll get them out of here.
38:35Officer Glasscock has tested them and they have not came back with anything after further
38:38examination.
38:40We believe that it might be just marijuana residue.
38:43We appreciate you guys' cooperation and then you can drive away from here.
38:47All right.
38:49At this point, we don't have any other charges on the offense of the vehicle, so we're going
38:53to work on getting them in the vehicle and getting out of here.
39:00So, simple taillight out turns into a female subject driving while her driver's license
39:07was revoked.
39:08I feel bad for her.
39:09I wish I didn't have to arrest her, but she's been arrested for her multiple times, at least
39:15twice that I know of.
39:17So, it's, she knew she wasn't allowed to drive.
39:21I mean, you don't get arrested twice and then say, I didn't know, I couldn't drive.
39:43It's a labor day, so we'll see what happens.
39:46It could be a smaller crowd, but it could be a wilder one.
39:50Those three, M.I.P.
39:54If something tells me that's in our future,
39:56I want to see if they go into .
40:00That's where they're going.
40:03We watched them for a while.
40:05They're on the porch and then decided to go in.
40:09Hey, buddy.
40:12Where's your other buddy at?
40:14Come on down here.
40:16This guy right here, he's under 20.
40:19I'm looking for him now.
40:22Where's your ID?
40:31Hey, man, get your ID.
40:34What's going on?
40:36What's your ID at, man?
40:37My ID?
40:38My what?
40:40See, I need it.
40:41For what?
40:41What do I do?
40:42I'm going to be expecting you.
40:44A minor in my spirit.
40:44Okay.
40:47Are you under 21?
40:49No, I'm 22.
40:50Okay.
40:50Cool.
40:51I'm just 20.
40:52That's my ID.
40:53No, I know.
40:54M.I.P.
40:54How much have you had before?
40:57Here's the problem.
40:58You're going into a bar.
40:59Sir.
41:00You've been drinking.
41:01Yes, sir.
41:02You see what I'm saying?
41:03You can't go into a bar under 21.
41:05It's the law.
41:05Give him a PBG real fast.
41:09There we go.
41:12Who?
41:14What does that mean?
41:150.198.
41:17Is that bad?
41:18Hold on.
41:18All right.
41:19All right, buddy.
41:20Go ahead.
41:20Go with this gentleman right here.
41:22Hi, man.
41:24One of the subjects that was under 21 blew extremely high at 0.198.
41:30Charge minor possession.
41:31I recommend going home.
41:33Yeah.
41:35Here you go, bud.
41:41Thank you, guys.
41:43The second subject that looked younger than the first subject was actually 22, so we let
41:48him go.
41:49I'm good?
41:50Yeah, you're good, bud.
41:52705, 702.
41:53I got him here in the vehicle.
41:55Have you been drinking?
41:58And then we were able to find the third subject in the car.
42:01Yeah, you have your idea.
42:06We got one more.
42:08Both did a preliminary breath test.
42:15All right, bud.
42:17Here's your ticket.
42:18Both subjects were issued a minor in possession and have court dates.
42:22All right, guys.
42:23Go home.
42:25All right.
42:26You need a sober driver?
42:28Okay.
42:29Yes, sir.
42:30So it's a wrap for Labor Day weekend.
42:33Actually, overall, not a bad night.
42:35It's not the size of the crowd.
42:36It's who's in it.
42:38So we'll see what happens tomorrow.
42:40There's the other friend.
