00:00Slightly different circumstances for you this time, because this time you've come from having a front row seat of what's
00:08gone on in the last few months.
00:12So, in your mind, what's gone wrong and how are you going to fix that? How is this team actually
00:20going to look any different under you?
00:23Yeah, it's not my place to say what's gone wrong or what's gone wrong or what's gone right. My full
00:29focus is on Leeds. I've got a massive, massive game on Sunday, so all I am thinking about is Leeds
00:36as a team, weaknesses, strengths, our strengths, our weaknesses and how we're going to prepare for that game. It's literally
00:41my focus.
00:42You say that you don't want to dwell on what's gone wrong, but you're part of that coaching set-up
00:48where things have gone wrong and unless you know what they are, how do you put them right?
00:52I didn't say I don't know what they are. I said I'm not going to discuss them today and all
00:56our focus is on is improving the team performance for Leeds United.
01:00When you had the job last time, you talked about the respect you immediately got from those players having come
01:07up from working in other parts of Chelsea.
01:10This time you have been in and amongst them and there's clearly a disconnect between what's gone on with the
01:18players and the manager before.
01:19So have you had to have a clear the air meeting? Have you drawn a line under it? What have
01:25you said to them about the past, where you are now and what you hope for for the rest of
01:29the season?
01:30We haven't had a clear the air meeting. We have got the group focus for Sunday, spoken about the game
01:36plan and how we're going to approach the game both in and out of possession.
01:39It's really important that we have a real focus for the game on Sunday. We can't be thinking about anything
01:44else. What's gone on in the past doesn't need to be spoken about. It's just everything geared towards Sunday.
