06:59naked news was lucky enough recently to get a chance to talk to him about his experiences with the game
07:05industry the only experience i have is i did one game uh about four or five years ago a friend

07:21i was curious about the work process and i went and did it that's it so everything that made the
07:27first game great is still here but ubisoft has up the ante this time by adding a multiplayer aspect
07:34it's pretty inventive you play on teams as either a spy or a mercenary the spy has to sneak around
07:40just like sam fisher and try and secure vials of a deadly toxin the mercenary's job is to protect them
07:47both teams have different rules to play by and the result is one of the most brilliantly original
07:52multiplayer games in a while it's almost worth picking up the game just for that but the rest of
07:57the game is solid too the cinematics are especially good here the game features some of the best looking
08:02cut scenes you'll ever see splinter cell pandora tomorrow could turn out to be one of the best

12:31where he was being treated for an unrelated injury now there's no word on what the injury was but it
12:37was probably a byproduct of some other stupid stunts if there's one thing we like more than dumb crook

12:51after being found in the raw and covered in red ink now the ink was courtesy of one of those

14:38renard in flex appeal with some alternative back exercises hey there welcome to flex appeal we touched
14:49last week on the idea of skipping the gym out of boredom we touched on the idea of trying out
14:54alternate exercises to add a little zip to your workout and it was such a good idea that i thought
14:59i'd expand on it today we're focusing on alternate exercises for your back like i said last week there
15:06are many many ways to hit your target area some work better than others but one thing's for sure doing
15:10the same thing for months on end will surely make you hit a wall or plateau so for a week
15:16or two every
15:16six weeks or so you really should throw in something that you haven't done in a while an alternate
15:21exercise to hit the muscle from a different direction there are a few really good exercises for your
15:26back that rarely get used by most of us so use this alternate week to incorporate them you'll notice
15:31that they work judging by just how sore you are the next day you may not want to use them
15:35for long-term
15:36development but once every few weeks will definitely help in your progress we'll start with pullovers lie
15:43across the side of a bench placing your upper back on it hold onto the head of a dumbbell bring
15:48the
15:48dumbbell up towards the ceiling then lower it behind your head towards the floor with your arms outstretched
15:54and without bending your elbows if you bend your elbows you'll be targeting your tries rather than
15:59your lats as you lower the weight also lower your butt towards the floor bring the weight back up
16:08towards the ceiling and squeeze your lats on the way up pause and then repeat the next one is a
16:14dumbbell
16:15lat pullover this one is like the common pullover but you do it with two lighter dumbbells lie the length
16:20of the bench lowering the weights behind your head over the end of the bench same as before but raise
16:25them back up to your sides this puts a lot more emphasis on your lats some people can't do this
16:31one because their rotator cuffs aren't flexible enough so if you feel any pain in your shoulders
16:35don't do it but it really works well for those who can manage it this one is for your lower
16:41back it's
16:41called seated good mornings this one's tough too but i don't know of anything better for building that
16:46place where your glutes attach to your lower back sit on a bench so that you're facing along the
16:51length of the bench place a barbell across your shoulders now slowly lean forward until your face
16:57is almost touching the bench and your shoulders are almost touching your knees and come back up
17:02slowly you won't need a lot of weight for this one try to keep an arch in your back and
17:06keep from
17:07hunching over as you lean forward it helps to think of stretching out over your thighs like in a hamstring
17:14stretch now don't be surprised if you're a little sore tomorrow even if you were lifting more at
17:18your old routine doing something new will almost always let you feel it the next day but while you're
17:24groaning every time you move feeling like you've been hit by a truck just look on the bright side not
17:28only did you spice up your routine and actually make it to the gym even when you were bored you

17:33actually feel the progress and isn't that what you started doing this for in the first place

21:11talking about they're on the bar now when i tell you people were drunk i'm not just talking about
21:17when i get drunk i'm talking about bouncing off the walls hyper drunken people who don't know how to
21:25handle their alcohol but i thought i better stay sober keep my wits about me you know what i mean
