00:43in 1988 with jackson's solo bad tour which is kind of like ending an oj simpson biopic with him winning
00:51the heisman trophy wow that's kind of how i felt like i felt like i was wanting more and that

00:56ended on a very strange note leroy it did end on a strange note but could that note continue with
01:03more movies then i would be happy question did they address because in 1988 he was still fully black but
01:10i just saw a story about how he wore a glove they they hide his vitiligo okay so they did

01:16they addressed yes so maybe maybe that'll be part two white michael we need some we need a completely
01:20different cast we need more we need a white woman i hate critics i really really do i think a
01:25majority not all but a majority of critics are people who wanted to be let's just take movies
01:32they wanted to be a part of movie making and they didn't succeed at it and so they just look
01:37at movies
01:38and they break it down and they're always angry always mad yeah i actually have some friends who
01:44they're very critical of other things all the time and i always tell them how do you enjoy
01:50it if you're always super critical of stuff if you're always analyzing things and breaking it down
01:55and it has to be so deep just enjoy it i thought the movie was great was it perfect no

02:02some things missing some some some people not being um janet not being it yeah but it didn't suck

02:39that but i i just i don't understand the criticism and then there are a lot of critics saying oh

02:54why they're giving it a negative review it's because they're not showing the whole story it's
02:58so funny because a lot of those same critics had nothing to say when the elvis pick came out

03:10have anything to say about elvis when he was dealing with a 14 year old young lady
03:16they might have how come they not focused on that they don't want the trauma of that and and all

03:50movie i did not feel i was like i want more yeah it wasn't like it was dragging like if

03:57theater and i'm looking at my watch to to find out when it's going to be over the movie's not

04:01i didn't look at my watch one time i was enjoying it it was fun entertaining and then when it

04:06ending i was like this is it no i want more that's my my thing's always what how does it

04:13and if i feel good and i'm smiling or i'm happy or even just emotional like any i i gauge

04:22their entertainment value by how they make me feel or make me think or something like that i i think
04:28if that's your gauge you would like it yeah because it's i think i have a review and an audience

04:34on my instagram and everybody that i talked to was like i'm talking young kids from like 13 up until
04:4184 years old was my oldest yeah person i talked to and they were all like i felt great watching

04:48it made me happy was an exact quote i love me a good conspiracy it feels like a lot of

04:54outlets are purposely trying to destroy the movie i have never in my life seen something a movie where
05:02the critics are this critical and the people who actually saw it a majority are like they loved it
05:08how is it yeah there's such a divide i think you know it's funny because me and my friend jamie

05:15he's a hardcore like into looking at reviews like he'll always look at rotten tomatoes before going
05:21to see any movie and i i think he has the same opinion too about critics they're always looking
05:27to nitpick at stuff yeah and he's like i can't wait to see the audience reviews because obviously
05:33the movie's not out yet so the average person that just can go see it when it comes out hasn't

05:37yet so there's no reviews yet from just the general audience so i'm very curious to see what the
05:42divide's going to be as far as critics and just the general public well you guys are also critics
05:48you just don't get paid to do it but i mean listen we all everybody is a food critic and

05:54at the end of the day melissa you can answer this too do you consider yourself to be honest when

05:59comes to giving your opinion about a movie like michael i can i'm very honest about it too and i

06:06it the night after the the moment after i saw it i gave it a 10 out of 10 and
06:11then i admit i said you
06:12know what no no no i said i'm emotional yes i'm being very emotional let me have a night or

06:17then the night yep the day after i gave it about an 8 8.5 yeah yeah yeah because no
06:23it's not perfect
06:24but at the end of the day it doesn't deserve to be one of the lowest rated movies like of
06:30all time
06:31one more thing too i know we're running late but one more thing it's funny because for there's so
06:36many negative reviews but then i've seen some that are like this is the best biopic of all time
06:41which i would not go that far but there i have seen quite a few of those which i'm like
06:46interesting so there's a very deep divide yeah michael jackson's so weird because like if you just
06:52went by the highlights of his life you're like oh my god that is the greatest most incredible life
06:57anybody could possibly have but then if you put in all the lowlights of his life you're like i
07:01wouldn't wish that on anybody one more thing his dad sucked he was a pedophile yes we don't need to
07:07see joseph beaten on them throughout the entire movie yeah we know this and it's not we don't know
07:13it no no the 13 year old doesn't know it but it's not like it was um ignored in the
07:18movie
07:18but we don't need it every 10 minutes in the movie like come on does he still beating him as
07:24an
07:24adult go see the movie that's all i'm gonna say
