00:00They felt like they were numbers and they felt like they were expendable.
00:04And so check this out.
00:05We were talking earlier, you admire the jukebox and the candy machines, but there's, I've
00:09got tons of pinball machines and an air hockey table.
00:13There's so many treasures here I find in Costa Rica and I'm from the 80s, so I love
00:16arcades.
00:17But imagine your first day with me and you're supposed to show up at Monday morning at 7
00:22a.m. for a training class and everyone's half awake.
00:25My class starts at 7.30 because from 7 to 7.30, you're doing recess.
00:30You are in my game room.
00:31You're playing games.
00:33You're meeting the new people that you're going to be working with.
00:35You're meeting me.
00:35And so imagine how you start your class that way.
00:40Everyone's having a great time.
00:41We're friends and they're very relaxed.
00:42So instead of absorbing, now they're contributing and it just really adds to the momentum of
00:49the first day.
00:50And a lot of the agents, Christopher, will say that I'm the first boss that ever knew
00:55their name.
00:56First, that's a shame, but unfortunately, that's the reality.
00:59And I may be the last boss to ever know their name.
01:03But if they're with me and they're walking with me, I will 100% make sure that they are
01:10known.
01:10We obviously have five thoughts you've been on the channel, but then that's what you're
01:10doing.
01:10And then we've learned to dive and understand them down.
01:10I guess so.
