00:03Hello, welcome to South Africa on a show that's dominated by one thing, wind-ups.
00:08Yep, David's winding up Adam, Jimmy's winding up Ashley and Harry, Harry's winding up everyone.
00:15Can I just say, I can't stand wind-ups, lost form of way.
00:18Oh God, anyone who finds them funny is an imbecile.
00:22Really?
00:22Got you! Winding you up!
00:24Ha ha, got me! Now tell you what, that might be the funniest thing you've ever done on TV.
00:28Really? No, not really, I haven't got your back, I wasn't waiting you!
00:32Coming up on tonight's show, some juicy Gemma jibber-jabber.
00:36The celebs take on a balancing act, plus Sir Mo Farah faces the latest trial, termite terror.
00:41Just think, a couple of years ago, he was at Buckingham Palace, down on his knees, hearing the words,
00:46Arise Sir Mo, you're a knight of the realm.
00:48Yes, now he's down on his knees, listening to us two say,
00:51Arise Sir Mo, and crawl out of the filthy termite mound.
00:55Swings and roundabouts, isn't it? Ups and downs.
00:57Yeah, yeah, but we start tonight with former pussycat doll, Ashley Roberts, celebrating her birthday in South Africa.
01:04Don't you wish you could celebrate your birthday like her?
01:07Don't you?
01:21Happy birthday, Ashley.
01:24Aw, thanks, James.
01:27To be fair, not many people can say they spent the birthday like this. It's pretty unique.
01:32I won't forget this birthday, that's for sure.
01:41I saw a baby monkey, might have fell out the tree.
01:47I'm looking at it and I'm going round, looking.
01:51I looked at it for ten minutes.
01:53There's a little baby animal down here by the shower.
01:56Serious?
01:57Yeah, I didn't go too near it in case it was a baby baboon or something,
02:01and a big one would come, I don't know.
02:03Just sitting there all for a look, it looks like he can't move.
02:07Harry kept staring at this baboon, came over and he's pointing at the thing.
02:14Is that an animal?
02:16That's a log.
02:17What is it?
02:18A log.
02:18Oh, it's a log?
02:19Yeah, yeah.
02:19Oh, don't, Mo.
02:21I've been looking at it for 15 minutes.
02:23I must be cracking up.
02:24It was a log.
02:26Is it?
02:27Yeah, it's a log.
02:28Oh, my God, Mo.
02:29Let me leave my glasses.
02:31Maybe Harry should have gone to Specsavers.
02:33You know what?
02:35I think today is going to be our best day because it's Ashley's birthday, right?
02:39I agree.
02:41And today is going to be cue the music.
02:44Oh, my God!
02:48It's Ashley's birthday, my little bush sister, and what a way to start the morning.
02:52A little bit of Bill with us and us just all coming together and just having a boogie.
02:58A lovely day, lovely day, lovely day, lovely day.
03:03I actually got a little emotional, I'm not going to lie.
03:05But being away from home and being here with everybody, it just really felt like it lifted
03:11the spirit of today.
03:13And, oh, gosh.
03:16It's nice.
03:26It just changed the mood.
03:27Everybody was smiling and singing.
03:29They weren't even hiring random.
03:30He was, like, giving me the mood.
03:31I was like, oh, yeah!
03:33Lovely day.
03:34Lovely day.
03:36Happy birthday!
03:38Happy birthday!
03:40Happy birthday!
03:49Happy birthday!
03:50Oh, that's lovely, isn't it?
03:52Lovely for Ashley to hear some music on her birthday.
03:54What a treat.
03:55Lovely, real treat.
03:56Oh, I've got a song I always play on your birthday, haven't I?
03:58Yeah, we don't need to go into that here.
04:00Why don't we listen to it as an early birthday present for you?
04:04Don't need to do that.
04:04My birthday's in September.
04:06Great!
04:06Play the track!
04:07I wish I was a little bit taller.
04:09I wish I was a little bit taller.
04:10Every year, this.
04:11Every year.
04:12That's enough, thanks!
04:16Now, everyone down in camp has led a life full of ups and downs, and Scarlett's been reflecting
04:21on some of the toughest times that she's been through.
04:30So exciting that you get to raise a human.
04:33I know.
04:33It's crazy, right?
04:34I love it, Lauren.
04:36It's the best thing ever.
04:37And you've experienced so much, so you know you can just give him all the best of everything.
04:42Obviously, we tried for a long time and had some losses, and it's not nice, is it?
04:48And because no-one talks about it, you think there's something wrong with you.
04:51You're like, why is it not happening?
04:54No, you're not.
04:56Yeah, it's a hard one.
04:58When all you want is a family, it's really hard when that doesn't just come naturally and easily.
05:06You know, you question yourself, you question, why is it not happening?
05:11Is it ever going to happen?
05:12And it's just really hard.
05:15Like, it just makes life feel heavier.
05:18After Jude was born, we tried again and got quite far on and miscarried, and it was just...
05:25I remember Scott's mum and dad took Jude for the day, and me and Scott just laid in bed crying.
05:32Oh, baby.
05:33It was awful.
05:34It was just the worst thing.
05:36Because in our head, we were like, oh, like, imagine them running downstairs at Christmas together.
05:41You, like, imagine it, do you know what I mean?
05:43Yeah.
05:44So it's hard.
05:45It is hard.
05:46It's awful.
05:48When you lose a baby in that way, you're sort of mourning a life that you imagined.
05:58It's just really sad.
06:00We have to just be so grateful that we've got ours, do you know what I mean?
06:04Yeah.
06:05Yeah.
06:06Yeah.
06:07Yeah.
06:07I feel like you're really open in camp.
06:10You're so far away from your normal world, you can almost talk about anything.
06:16We've all listened and spoken with such care to each other that I really believe that we've got friends.
06:24Friendships for life.
06:28I don't feel well.
06:30Do you want me to spoon-feed you?
06:33The spoon-feed him is not well.
06:35I know Adam.
06:37I think all the banter yesterday got a bit too much for him.
06:41He's soft.
06:42He's sensitive deep down.
06:43And I think today, Adam's exhausted.
06:46You know, we all are tired.
06:48Like, we had such a tiny portion last night for dinner.
06:52I can't.
06:52I can't.
06:53I can't.
06:57Choo-choo.
06:58I suppose my comfort blanket is Janna.
07:01She's like my best friend in here.
07:03I can talk to her about anything.
07:06I feel like I've just got that instant connection with Jemma.
07:10I feel like I had that from the beginning, and I feel like it's just got stronger.
07:17Celebrities!
07:18Yay!
07:20It's time for today's trial to win stars for your dinner tonight.
07:24Please choose one campmate to take on termite terror.
07:30Do you want to do it, Mum?
07:31I don't mind doing it.
07:32I'll do it.
07:32Give it a go.
07:33Yeah?
07:33Do you think you can?
07:34It's really important we get stars tonight, because we was lacking stars yesterday.
07:40And all of us feel a little bit low in energy today.
07:45Put your hand up if you think you can do it, huh?
07:47I think I can do it.
07:49Have you done one, Adam?
07:51Yeah, I'm all right, though.
07:53Can't do one today.
07:54Oh, you're not feeling well?
07:55Just dehydrated, bro.
07:57Oh!
07:59You guys can't do it.
08:00Yeah, feel well.
08:01If I did it, I'd win ten stars, I'm just saying.
08:04Oh, yes!
08:05I'm just saying.
08:06Then why do we do it?
08:07What?
08:07About what?
08:08But, seeing as though it's Ashley's birthday, I think Ashley wants to do it.
08:13Yeah, you that guy who palms onto a girl on her birthday.
08:16I'll do it.
08:17I just think it would be amazing if you came back with ten stars on your birthday.
08:20I'd be amazing if you got up your ass and did something,
08:22instead of just chatting shit the whole time.
08:24That's what I think would be good.
08:26Stop whining about dehydration.
08:28You ain't done shit since you've been here.
08:30You're sitting up there going, I'm dehydrated.
08:35Dehydrated.
08:35We've all got the same amount of water.
08:37Adam's doing it.
08:38That's it.
08:39No, you're not well, Adam.
08:40But not well.
08:41What's wrong with him?
08:42He's a grown-ass man.
08:44Adam's doing it.
08:44Give him a round of applause, guys.
08:47Adam's doing it for the first time.
08:49He's doing something.
08:50He's doing something.
08:52Finally.
08:52If I was on top form, I'd do it.
08:54I'm really not, though.
08:55Top form.
08:56When is your top form going to come?
08:58Leave Adam alone.
08:59I'm saying that now.
09:01Adam and David, they just don't stop.
09:04It's back and forth like a tennis match.
09:05Bop, bop, bop, bop, bop, bop.
09:08Hours later.
09:09Bop, bop, bop.
09:10Well, if you two want to do it...
09:13There's only one person, this.
09:14Adam's doing it.
09:16Why aren't we forcing this dude to go and do it?
09:19Stop it, David.
09:19He's not well.
09:20He's got the most stars.
09:22Coincidentally, every time he's starting to do, he's not feeling well.
09:25David needs to stop now with Adam.
09:27I love them both and I know it's just banter, but I'm just a little bit worried that here's the
09:34line and it's nearly getting crossed every now and then.
09:40We need agility for this.
09:43If it's agility, it's Mo, innit?
09:45I just, I've got a thing.
09:46Hang on, just one second, David.
09:48Mo, how are you feeling?
09:50Do you feel like you want to do it?
09:52Yeah, I do want to do it.
09:53Harry, who do you think would get the most stars?
09:56Probably Mo.
09:57What an athlete.
09:58Olympic champ and all that.
09:59You know...
10:00I think it's you, lad.
10:02Is that time?
10:03Are you OK, Ash?
10:05Yeah.
10:05Yeah.
10:06I'm a tough chica, so I feel like I could have done it.
10:11But now I'm just going to chill back and let Mo handle it, which he will.
10:15Come on, Mo!
10:16Let's go!
10:17Go, Mo!
10:18Way to go, Mo!
10:19Go, Mo, go!
10:21Go, Mo, go!
10:22Go, Mo, go!
10:22Mad Mo!
10:23I'm ready, man.
10:24I'm really up for it.
10:25It's like me getting ready for the Olympic final.
10:26Forget about it.
10:27I ain't coming back in that camp with nothing.
10:29So let's go.
10:32Are you going to say sorry to Adam?
10:34For what?
10:35He doesn't feel very well.
10:37Exactly.
10:37Who gives a shit?
10:39Come and give me a cuddle.
10:40David, come and give me a cuddle.
10:41David, you've just got to have a little bit of sympathy and empathy.
10:44He's a grown-ass man.
10:46I don't like guys when they're a bit useless.
10:49I hate them useless guys.
10:51Hoppy's not useless.
10:53He is.
11:04Welcome back to I'm Celebrity South Africa.
11:06Before the break, the celebs faced the tricky task of deciding who'd take on the next trial.
11:11After all, who in their right mind would want to face something called termite terror?
11:15Well, actually, Ashley was quite keen to...
11:17Adam didn't want to do it.
11:18So who would stand up and be counted?
11:21Ashley wanted to.
11:22She said she would...
11:22You think someone would just put their hand up and take one for the team?
11:26Ashley did put her hand up.
11:27Finally, Sir Mo Farah stepped up to the plate.
11:30Thank God.
11:31I'll tell you something.
11:32If Sir Mo brought home the stars, they'd be celebrating like it was someone's birthday.
11:36It's actually Ashley's birthday.
11:38Go on, Sir Mo!
11:41Yo, Mo.
11:43Hello.
11:43How are you?
11:44Hi, Mo.
11:46Why, aye?
11:46Why, aye?
11:47How are you?
11:48I'm great, thank you.
11:50Why is it you down here today at the trial?
11:51Honestly, I voluntarily say, I'm doing it.
11:53Let me do it.
11:54Let me do it.
11:54Because we need food.
11:55We need stars.
11:56Last night, we came back with seven stars.
11:59Got a couple taken away from us.
12:00Yes, you did.
12:01That's what you get for breaking them rules.
12:03How did that go down?
12:04David's been giving Adam quite a lot of grief.
12:07But it's all good.
12:07It's all good.
12:08You know, we're here for today to get the stars.
12:10Yes.
12:11We need to eat well.
12:11You need them, don't you?
12:13Is there anything you wouldn't like it to be?
12:15Steaks, ants, rats, the whole lot.
12:18Generally, I am scared of quite a lot of things.
12:20But you still do it?
12:21Yeah, I have to.
12:21Do you want to know what this is all about?
12:23Yeah, go on, tell me.
12:23So do I.
12:24I'll tell you.
12:25This is termite terror.
12:29You have to make your way into the termite mound and down into the nest below.
12:35Once you're down there, your mission is simple.
12:38You've got to dig, crawl and scramble your way through the tunnels, collecting stars as you go.
12:44There are 11 stars to collect, and you've got 11 minutes to do it.
12:49When you find a star, get it in your star bag.
12:52Only stars in your bag at the end of the trial will count.
12:55You can stop the trial at any time by saying, I'm a celebrity, get me out of here, we'll stop
12:59the trial, we'll get you out as quickly as we possibly can.
13:01And you don't have to do the trial.
13:03Now that you've heard it, you can go back to camp, but you will be going back empty handed and
13:08we don't want that.
13:09Can't do that.
13:10What do you think?
13:11I'm ready, I'm ready.
13:11You're going to give it a go?
13:12I'm ready, look at that.
13:13He's raring to go.
13:14He's raring to go.
13:15All right, let's get you ready.
13:20Okay, Mo.
13:20Yeah.
13:21You look the part.
13:22Got all the gear but no idea.
13:24I'm just saying.
13:25Should we do it?
13:26Yeah, let's go and do it.
13:27Come on.
13:27That's where you're going, that's your entrance.
13:29Come on, Mo, it's all down to you.
13:31All right, let's go.
13:32Your time will start on the sound of the Vuvuzela.
13:38Time's started.
13:39Whoa.
13:41It's fully pitch black.
13:43That's right, Mo, it's a tailback mound.
13:47There's a big snake here.
13:48Right, Mo, take your time.
13:50Be careful.
13:51Plenty of time.
13:53Have a look for the star in here.
13:55In here?
13:56Yep.
13:56There's 30 snakes in there with you, Mo, so be very careful.
13:59But there is a star.
14:03Look everywhere.
14:05High and low.
14:07Could be up high, could be on the ground.
14:10Ah!
14:11I can't breathe, man.
14:13I remember that from the castle.
14:15His little screams.
14:16Oh, we missed him.
14:22Is that a star?
14:23Yeah, that's a star.
14:24It's a star.
14:25OK, good lad.
14:26Get it untied and get it in your bag.
14:29One minute gone, Mo.
14:34Kissed me every time.
14:35It gets you that.
14:36Right, Mo, you need to pick up the pace a little.
14:41It's been said to you quite a lot over your career.
14:43Get through that.
14:44Break through it.
14:47That's it.
14:50Dig your way through.
14:53No!
