04:57so where are Shawn's ladies so Shawn tell us about your farm my family's dream is always to
05:07have a farm in California we got our place about six years ago and just over a year ago we
05:13opened
05:13up my family's restaurant in the Santa Ynez Valley which has been super cool our whole ideology is
05:17farm-to-table and it's a really cool seeing exactly where the food comes from and then the
05:22same day eating that food for dinner on the plate and where are farmer Brett's ladies
05:31so you're from a small town right here in Tennessee yes ma'am we're home yeah we're home
05:39I'm really excited to have some of y'all come back and get to experience where I grew up so

05:46are our oldest farmer yeah you must have a lot of admirers so why hasn't anyone snapped you up so
05:56far if I'm gonna get into a marriage it's gonna be with somebody that I know without a doubt that's
06:02who it's supposed to be with so farmers you have nine women to choose from each which is the first
06:10time ever that we've done that on this show talk about tough decisions so here's how it's gonna work
06:16farmers you're gonna have the chance to meet with your ladies after you spend time with all nine
06:22you're gonna choose five to invite back with you to the farm so trust your gut and most importantly
06:30follow your heart I can feel the chemistry in the room already I'm just excited to like see where it
06:44goes imagine like the love story you can tell your kids someday if this actually works out just like
06:52filtering through like the questions I'm gonna ask kind of like playing it out I'm good if you are

07:18this land and the farm is so important to me because I grew up out here with my grandpa and
07:24dad I'm a fifth
07:27generation corn soybean farmer from Homer Illinois this farm is who I am you are pretty isolated out
07:36here our farm is in the middle of the corn belt you really gotta love it I'm lucky I do
07:42love it the
07:44dating pool and Homer is very slim it kind of comes down to you went to high school with him
07:50your buddy
07:51dated her you just know everybody that perfect relationship what it looks like for me is someone
07:59with a bubbly sweet personality I just haven't been able to find that person it's a long walk
08:09it is a long walk but I got a handsome drink of water soon at the end of it so

10:39I grew up on the family ranch in Savannah and this is exactly what I want for my future
10:45I love the lifestyle of farming growing up around horses and riding are super special to me
10:52I started bull riding when I was about 19 it was a lot of fun when you're young and bulletproof
11:00but when I was bull riding my friends and family found the people that they ended up marrying
11:04I'm definitely proud of them and proud of the families that they've raised it made me want to
11:10have kids of my own so I went from being a bull rider traveling around the rodeo circuit to being
11:17a
11:17self-made entrepreneur I've got two successful businesses and the next step for me is to buy
11:23my family ranch for myself and have a family on it all I want now is somebody that I can
11:30you know give
11:31my whole heart to somebody that is loving and caring I'm super ready to get hitched
11:46my hopes for today are to find a love that's honestly something that I've been looking for for a long
11:51time hi how are you I just want to run away to a farm and have cows and horses so
11:59this is definitely
11:59something that's like been a dream how are you feeling about everything I feel amazing how are you

12:20used to give me these little wishing stars growing up before a big moment and so she always said they
12:25carry a little extra luck and a whole lot of love I love that I'll hold it yeah your eyes

13:17it's pretty surreal with Hannah um I felt that immediate connection with her you're super sweet
13:23and you're super pretty oh thank you and I've really loved talking to you so I wanted to see

13:46expecting to do that it just came out I like her energy a lot it was so great talking to

13:52and that's what I was looking for was you know comfortability who I could speak with so I asked
13:57her to come back to the farm so she knew she didn't have anything to worry about Hannah was amazing

14:04was like butterflies yeah we're in Nashville with 27 women and three farmers all in want of a wife here

14:19are you are do I have to wear my hat like the whole time or can I take it off

14:30living here on the farm is just such a fulfilling lifestyle being a part of our farm that focuses
14:36on organic homegrown well-sourced food is an amazing experience working hand-in-hand with my dad has taught
14:43me to value the land and the hard work that goes into it I really hope to follow in his
14:48footsteps and
14:49build my own successful business coming from a privileged family living on a beautiful property
14:57like this I'm looking for a girl that sees exactly who I am in the hard work that goes into
15:01sustaining a
15:02lifestyle like this I would love a girl that's willing to walk that journey with me I'm really hoping
15:08for a best friend as well as a wife and I want to get started as soon as possible and
15:13spend my entire
15:14life with the love my life it's such a small town where I'm from so everybody knows everybody and I
15:26think the dating pool is only so big so I am here hopefully to find love find my forever person

15:44state oh my gosh yeah until I was like nine we lived on a hobby farm no way we had

15:51gosh we had a Shetland pony I think that's what they're called they're like tiny little yeah we
15:55got one of those um do you really okay so what do you do for work I own two different
16:02businesses I
16:03have a woodworking business oh my goodness and then a beauty business so it's like lashes and spray tans
16:08wow entrepreneur so if you need a tan or a table do you ever do like woodworking yourself like
16:15carpentry yeah all of it's myself do you really yeah oh my goodness so you know how to work like

16:19skill saw everything yeah wow do you do any woodworking stuff I do um I'm not as like skilled
16:26as you are making furniture and stuff it's mainly just like when a fence post breaks I'll cut a piece
16:30of wood and I'm handy that 10 minutes went by like that yeah I think there's a spark when you
16:40touch my
16:48hand okay thank you we really did get along me and from Sean so yeah definitely felt the chemistry on

17:06it's a day full of first dates be confident be cool and the ladies only have minutes to stand out

22:31I want water buffalo I want one too I want another thing about me is I'm a mom so I
22:38have a four-year-old
22:38son named crew okay so I'm just looking for my person my best friend I want a big family because
22:46I don't have a big family I do too it's important yeah that's huge for me the one of the
22:51most important
22:51things to me what I'm most excited about is especially becoming a father as well the same
22:55goals so we're good on it the date went so good better than I expected I feel like we were

23:03same wavelength about everything to you very soon in California so I have no reservations about
23:10anything it would be awesome if he picked me to go back to the farm I'll be very happy about
