02:38Well, we are going to put together our hopes and our spirit.
02:46Let's make a little bit of silence and let's pray for God to bless our homeland,
02:52to bless our homeland, to bless our homeland in a historical moment.
02:57It is historic for us, for you to accompany us on the cross of San Clemente.
03:04It speaks to us, to the cathedral and also San Francisco and where I live.
03:11That governor was present here and also Ernesto Nicol谩s.
03:15I hope that you can visit to us, pay a visit to San Gabriel.
03:19Let's ask to God to bless the civilian authority, pouring blessings on you.

03:31Holy Father, we pray under the guise of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
03:38Bless these authorities that always your heart is capable of on the service of your people.
03:45That is what we ask for you, to be protected in all of your meeting.
03:54God bless.
03:56Santified be your name, your holy name.

04:25We are having 17 and more universities that we have here in Miranda.
04:34We need your support in the Bolivarian University.
04:39Ever since I'm here, I'm right in the very front for the students to keep studying.
04:46Please, Governor, go ahead always.
04:49Amen.
04:52Those were statements from Citizen Victor Claro, Governor of the State of Falc贸n.
05:00Long live to Falc贸n, long live to Venezuela.
05:05Today, this land of faith, as Father Johnny said, is welcoming a woman that is touring Venezuela
05:13in a pilgrimage and receiving the blessings of these people that has faith in Jesus Christ
05:20and love in the Holy Mercy God that is calling its creative powers, its love, its union, its knowledge.
05:31And from here, from this historic center filled with strength and so much history,
05:36we want to welcome this fighter, brave woman that with her voice is calling for the pilgrimage
05:46of Venezuela for peace, for the end of economic sanctions, and for Venezuela to stay in the path
05:53of the just and the correct.
05:57The pilgrimage is handing over the work on behalf of the people to overcome the difficulties
06:04and may love and the union prevails.
06:07Here, in front of the Temple of San Francisco, we ask the prayer of San Francisco to be a tool
06:15for peace that wherever there's hate, we seed, love, we must unite Venezuela.
06:26And we have the honor of having our acting president, Delce Rodriguez, who was just a few moments
06:32going to go in the Maraca-Kaiba Lake.
06:34Now we have seen her passing through this and arriving to the sacred land to where, from
06:41where the flag was rise up.
06:44And with you, I leave you with our acting president, Delce Rodriguez, to keep raising the voice
06:51of the homeland and the defense of Venezuela.
06:54With you, with Venezuela, Delce Rodriguez.
06:57Welcome.
06:58Thank you, Victor.
06:59Long live to Falc贸n.
07:01Long live to Venezuela.
07:04We have been very emotional with this visit to Falc贸n State.
07:11And we couldn't end with a prayer.
07:14Thank you, Father, of protection, of blessings, in which we ask God to free Venezuela from all
07:23evils and this pilgrimage is for love, this pilgrimage is for peace, this pilgrimage is
07:32for brotherhood, for the encounter among families, with friends, for the encounter between Venezuelans,
07:39women and men, that we are looking for the well-being of our homeland.
07:43It is a meeting, this pilgrimage, for joining our prayers, for joining our singings, for us
07:53to work together in favor of a Venezuela free from sanctions.
07:57We have moved forward, but we must free Venezuela from the very last sanction that remains, that
08:05impedes the development of our nation.
08:09Sanctions have hampered generations, entire generations of grandfathers and grandmothers
08:16and children have been burned under the sanctions.
08:19We cannot err a country with restrictions, with economic restrictions and social restrictions.
08:27The country that we want is the country of the effort of Venezuelans, women and men.
08:33That may nothing impede us to breathe.
08:36It is the country of our youth, and we want to give to our youth a country in freedom, a
08:43country
08:44that can decide on her destiny without restrictions when it comes to decide the path of development.
08:53And that is why I ask for the national union, if we are going to reach something with this pilgrimage,
09:01it is the union of our people, and releasing it from sanctions.
09:08What a happiness to pray together, how happy it feels to dialogue with Venezuelans, among Venezuelans,
09:18for this blessed objective of freeing our nation from sanctions and from hatred,
09:26and for us to march in a national union, a united world.
09:33It is unbreakable, a united people will never be defeated, and that's what we want.
09:40That Venezuela overcomes its diversity, overcomes its differences, overcomes the separations
09:50when it comes to calling for an objective that is called Venezuela.
09:54There cannot be contradictions when we are called by our homeland.
09:58There must be no disputes when it is calling our homeland.
10:04There must be no fights when we are deciding the future of Venezuela.
10:11So, brothers and sisters from Falc贸n, we are happy to be installing this pilgrimage in this state,
10:19and we will keep walking hands in hands with the state of Zulia, state of Falc贸n, state of Bol铆var,
10:27state of Stashira.
10:28We will remain together, united, working, walking, and may Amazoners also join,
10:36and all of those states and those that are ahead in this pilgrimage.
10:40And in this pilgrimage, we are in prayer, because if there's something that cannot sanction,
10:47it's faith and hope.
10:48In this pilgrimage, in a single prayer, and may that prayer be heard in the United States,
10:56in the governments of Europe, and you must listen to the people of Venezuela
11:01that ask for free, for the liberation and the lifting of sanctions for the future of the nation.
11:07So, dear Falc贸n, state, we love you.
11:11We ask you to join this pilgrimage.
11:14May you give yourselves peace among all of you, and please hug a friend,
11:20and hug to those who we believe different, so we can battle for our country.
11:27Venezuela calls you.
11:29Venezuela needs you.
11:30And this is the land of liberators.
11:35Here, our tricolored flag arrived in the hands of Francisco de Miranda,
11:42and in pilgrimage, also independentist pilgrimage, Josefa Cammejo came.
11:49And let's keep moving together for the definitive emancipation of our homeland.
11:53Thank you very much.
11:54Those were the statements of Acting President Delcy Rodriguez in this pilgrimage
11:59through the Strait of Falc贸n, that is, and in this third day of pilgrimage,
12:05dedicated to faith, to hope, to praying, to understanding.
12:09We are in lands of liberators, she said.
12:12We are united in prayers.
12:14They cannot sanction religions and faith and hope as well.
12:19Those were the statements in this third day of the national pilgrimage in the nation
12:24that is going to be extending throughout the nation until May 1st,
12:29the day of International Workers' Day, May Day.
12:32This is a homage to Venezuela, to the Venezuelan people.
12:36This is a call as well for no more divisions, for working together for peace,
12:43and also for the lefting of all sanctions imposed on the country
12:47that is hampering so much the incomes of the working class of Venezuela
12:52and the capacities of Venezuela, which are huge,
12:56to continue developing their nation and continue moving forward for that common goal,
13:01which is seeing Venezuela free from sanctions,
13:04seeing Venezuela free from blockades,
13:06and also see Venezuela fully developed,
13:11flying high and free from sanctions
13:14and in a way in which they can be able to breathe.
13:17And with this information, we have come to the end of this news brief.
13:22For Telesur English, I'm Alejandra Garcia.
