00:05I'm graduating with a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in
00:09Financial Planning. I had a mix of COVID and normal studies so I had to do quite a lot of
00:14it
00:14online which is an adjustment but I did find it pretty good to go back to campus and have
00:20campus life which is really nice. It was a bit challenging doing a double degree for sure but
00:25I really enjoyed it. I'm currently in a graduate position as a Financial Planning graduate so
00:30using my Commerce degree already. I'm currently doing a PhD looking into hormone aggregation and
00:37the structural biology of such. I'm looking into the way that hormones in the human body
00:42aggregate into amyloids which are a molecular superstructure that is often aligned with
00:48diseases such as Alzheimer's but also exist in a natural state as a life cycle of human peptide
00:57hormones. I've graduated with a Bachelor in Medical Biotechnology, Honours Dean Scholar. Medical
01:03research looking into ways to help people especially in the neurodegenerative space so
01:07looking into diseases of the brain. How was the experience studying at the university? I really
01:13enjoyed it, made a lot of lifelong friends, loved studying here and finding different spots on
01:20campus for little study groups and practicing all the practical components that come with
01:25exercise science and rehab. So at the moment I'm working two part-time positions working in clinical
01:32practice as an exercise physiologist. Loving it, planning to stay local and then just see where the
01:40career takes me maybe on the sporting field helping young athletes. Campus is beautiful like surrounded
01:47by so much nature and there were so many like different places to study and yeah had so much
01:54fun especially at the uni bar. So I'm gonna go work in I'm gonna go work in HR yeah.
01:59Anywhere in particular you're working in HR? Right now I'm working with the
02:03Ferrars Group the company I work for now so I'm doing an internship through them but yeah we'll see
02:09where it we'll see where it leads me.
