00:00We believe the actual evidence will show David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez,
00:07nor was he the cause of her death.
00:09And we would like to be able to have the evidence come into the light of day
00:15at the earliest opportunity in order to establish that.
00:19We're asking for April 23rd as a 3 of 10 year old,
00:25as did the robbery homicide unit to the press.
00:28So we would again reiterate, we believe that Mr. Burke is entitled to discovery.
00:35We have served the people with notice.
00:38They have 15 days to produce discovery in this case.
00:42We would ask that they do that in conscientious earnestness and as quickly as possible.
