00:00:08only, and yours truly. And I welcome you to a new Limited Run Games unboxing video. It's most
00:00:16certainly been a long time since I unboxed anything from Limited Run. So I think as far
00:00:23as the collector's editions go, I'm kind of over those now. Even though there are some that were
00:00:28pretty cool. I just wasn't really happy with the Limited Run's decision to switch payment
00:00:36systems. So when they changed it to purple dot, I think the biggest flaw was having to
00:00:43pay in full. Like, full payment. Like, oh, bro. So I think I remember I did pre-order the
00:00:53Tomb Raider 1-2-3 Remastered Collector's Edition. And it looked really cool, man. I like all
00:00:58these cool, like, action figures of Laura. And, uh, it looks just like her model from the
00:01:08PS1 games, the 1-3. And then it had a cool, like, light box with, like, her pixelated guns
00:01:16with, like, light inside of it. I mean, it looked pretty cool, but the only thing was I wasn't
00:01:20really stoked about putting $200, what, $300, however much it was on my credit card.
00:01:31But, I mean, the only redeeming quality of that payment system was, uh, being able to cancel,
00:01:36like, any of your pre-orders, like, instantly. Not waiting for any, like, you know, authorization
00:01:42from Limiter Run, or whatever they need to do on their end. So. Oh, yeah. And then I found
00:01:49out, uh, if you buy anything from their Limiter Run vaults, you know, where they have the games
00:01:56and collector's editions, uh, in stock, you can actually use the PayPal. And I think, probably
00:02:04other payment methods, too, but it's kind of cool. So, I actually purchased this one from
00:02:11Amazon, because they have a Limiter Run store on there. So, yeah, thankfully. So, I only
00:02:17paid, like, what, $55 for this one? But I had to get this one, man. Gex Trilogy. Like,
00:02:25definitely one of my favorite, uh, platformers from back in the 90s. Not just the, you know,
00:02:30the mostly known ones, like the heavy hitters, like Banjo-Kazooie, Super Mario 64, so on and
00:02:38so forth. Well, yeah. Had to get this one, because it has all three games. The very first
00:02:45one that was, like, a 2D side-scroller, and the other two were the 3D platformers. But
00:02:51when this was announced, man, I was like, oh, hell yeah. The collector's edition didn't
00:02:55look too bad for this one. It was kind of cool, because it had, like, an inflatable
00:02:58Gex. But, again, I don't really do the collector's editions anymore. Unless I have it in stock,
00:03:06then possibly. But, for now, let's unbox, uh, Gex Trilogy, baby.
