00:38share it with you because sometimes I can imagine as you talk about depression or anxiety or
00:44the willingness or lack of appetite to even want to get out of bed or keep going, that this is

00:52quote that it says, and I think it's important that you remember it because I try to as well.
00:56My wish for you is that you continue. Continue to be who and how you are, to astonish a mean
01:05world
01:05with your acts of kindness, and to allow humor to lighten the burden of your tender heart.
01:14And that's my wish for all of you as well. And you can do it. You can do it together.
01:18I'm not going to say it's easy. I will personally tell you it's not easy. But you can do it.

01:45They need, that also leans into that stigma stuff that leads into the multi-generational
01:50things that the other group spoke about. And that process in itself is powerful,
