00:15After this meeting we have done with the authorities and with which we have demonstrated
00:25that we have been ready to dialogue. On the 28th of the past month we gave a document
00:35that we were placed until today so that we could reach an agreement.
00:43The reality is that after all this time, the authorities have not brought any specific proposal
00:53about questions of tangible solutions to the problems that we have planned,
01:00but that what we have brought are things abstract, without precising,
01:07and that we understand that what they are doing is a diva torta.
01:12As we have said that today we have closed the possibilities of dialogue
01:18if there were no specific solutions to the solution, to the response, to the reaction
01:24to the demand, then we understand that a dialogue in these conditions is productive,
01:31and that we understand that the authorities have come to try to distract us
01:38precisely because we do not continue with the development of the popular vote.
01:43Therefore, we thank you that they have come and we can talk in the middle of the vote.
01:59We thank you that we are very grateful to the social and popular movement for this meeting,

02:54of some of the work that they have been doing.
