00:23I think it's both in some ways, in that diplomacy without force backing up is sometimes meaningless.
00:32And so the Trump administration must show, in fact, that they are prepared to continue hostilities.
00:39And, in fact, the time is probably being well spent as far as making sure that the munitions are there,
00:45that troops, ships, planes are refit and ready to go for the next phase if necessary.
00:53But diplomacy and force go hand in hand.
00:59And ideally, Iran will understand that and come to the negotiating table.
