00:00At least four Iran-linked ships, including one tanker under a Chinese flag,
00:04passed through the Strait of Hormuz on Tuesday, nearly 24 hours into President Trump's blockade.
00:09U.S. Central Command insists the blockade has been successful in keeping ships out of Iranian ports
00:14and suggested those four ships that the tracking data showed traveling in the strait were doing so
00:18during a grace period with U.S. Navy permission. The aim of the blockade is to increase economic
00:24pressure on Iran by not allowing it to sell oil. While things remain very much in flux with the
00:29Iran peace negotiation process, the blockade does seem to be working. President Trump told
00:34the Post on Tuesday that backdoor talks were going, quote, a little bit slow and said his
00:38administration is looking for a new location to hold more in-person talks with Iran. The president
00:43confirmed the U.S. won't return to Pakistan, where the most recent talks fell apart. But then he called
00:49us back. The latest update? Another round of talks, quote, could be happening over the next two days
00:54in Pakistan. Make sure to check nypost.com for the latest on what is a very, very fluid situation.
