In this video, I'll show how to fix "ERR_SYS_SYSREQ_GPU" error in GTA V.  Go to the game folder Select "PlayGTAV" Right-click it Click on "Properties" Click on "Compatibility" Check the option to "Run this program as administrator" Click on "Apply" Click on "OK"  Go to the Internet Search for "DirectX runtime" Download the runtime installer Run the installer Click on "Agree" Click on "Next" Restart the computer  Keep in mind that GTA V Enhanced runs exclusively on DirectX 12. Even with all the DirectX runtime libraries installed, your video card must support DirectX 12 in order to run the game.
