42:39In all that time, they have done more harm than good,
42:42received the most complaints from civilians,
42:44countless unsolved cases,
42:46and have been accused of criminal activity at some point in their career.
42:49These officers do not deserve to wear the badge and protect our community.
42:54So as of right now, take a good look,
42:56because this is the last time you will see any of them.
