Crisp on the outside, creamy on the inside, this upgraded grilled cheese is as comforting as a sandwich can be. In this video, Chef Roscoe shows you how to make a frico grilled cheese recipe that features three different kinds of cheese. Using sour dough bread, the interior of the sandwich houses melty white cheddar and gruyere cheese while parmesan cheese is crisped onto the outside of the bread over the stove.

00:02A little cheese on the inside,
00:04a little cheese on the outside, you feel me?
00:06A little Parmesan crisp that you buy at the store.
00:08Those are Frico's.
00:09On the buttered sourdough, you put white cheddar and guillet.
00:12Top that with another piece of buttered sourdough.
00:14Lay that on top of your Frico.
00:16Grated Parmesan cheese, lay them to a hot surface.
00:18Let it hang out till it's G, B, C.
00:21Golden, brown, and crispy.
00:23Flip and continue on the other side.
