00:18heels of Marcos' announcement of a significant rollback in fuel prices Sunday, April 12. He said
00:24diesel will rollback by at least 20 pesos per liter, gasoline by 4 pesos and 43 centavos per liter,
00:30and kerosene by 8 pesos and 50 centavos per liter. It will take effect Tuesday, April 14.
