02:01And so the idea of a small house in St. Andrews
02:06has been the theme of what we're looking at.
02:08I always vowed when I was a youngster
02:11that I was going to live by the sea.
02:14And so when I came to St. Andrews, I was just mesmerized.
02:19I mean, it was like something I had dreamed about
02:22from the time I was quite young.
02:24Pat often calls St. Andrews a hallmark village
02:27because it's just so livable.
02:30We are looking for a property with water views,
02:35a kitchen, nice kitchen.
02:36Yeah, we do a lot of cooking together.

02:40Two bedrooms.
02:41Something downtown.
02:42At least within walking distance of downtown.
