00:01Previously on Big Brother.
00:05With the four jurors battling to get back in the game.
00:08John, you're in.
00:10The dentist was crowned the victor.
00:12John has earned his way back into the Big Brother house.
00:15But he still had to fight it out for head of household.
00:18It's down to the final two, John versus Vanessa.
00:21And in the end, he fell to Vanessa.
00:24Vanessa is the new head of household.
00:27Looking to improve her odds in the game.
00:30I love working with Austin and the twins,
00:31but at the end of the day, I'm a fool if I don't realize
00:33that I'm at the bottom of their totem pole.
00:35The poker player formed a secret alliance with John and Steve.
00:39I think what's best is the title of us.
00:41Okay.
00:41After turning Aus twins against James and Meg.
00:45James said, I love the girls in Austin, but it's the game.
00:48I one million percent do not trust Meg and James.
00:52I want them out.
00:53Vanessa gave the friend-man one last chance to change their fate.
00:57If James and Meg have some information that indicates
01:00that maybe Austin doesn't totally have my back,
01:02I'm open-minded to hear it out right now.
01:04Is there any information you guys have that you'd like me to have?
01:06But when they wouldn't play ball.
01:08Everyone was under the assumption I was a target.
01:10Like this past week.
01:11Yes.
01:12I was never filled in on that.
01:13She set the stage for their demise.
01:16How do you guys, either of you guys feel about being pawns?
01:18The two of us have been on the block like a freaking lot.
01:22At the nomination ceremony...
01:24I've nominated you, Meg, and you, James.
01:27James and Meg quickly realized they were no pawns.
01:31I won't hesitate to put a king in check, and a king isn't worth much.
01:34That is queen.
01:35Tonight, it's do or die for the country boy and the city girl.
01:39Will one of them be saved by the power of veto?
01:42Find out right now on Big Brother.
01:46I'm going to go to bed soon.
02:24This nomination ceremony is adjourned.
02:32I decided to nominate Meg and James because they're a strong couple.
02:35Not on my side of the house.
02:36I'm not sure I can trust them.
02:37And at the end of the day, this option will allow me to get the least blood on my hands
02:41this week.
02:42Saw that one come in.
02:44Once again, I am sitting next to my best friend on the block.
02:49And it's a lose-lose situation.
02:52Every single person has been taken from me.
02:56And this is now the worst of the worst.
03:00Oof, it's been the hardest week so far.
03:03Oh, man.
03:04Oh, sorry, man.
03:05This game.
03:06It definitely sucks being on the block with your ally.
03:09But the power of veto is definitely important.
03:11It assures that one of us at least comes down off the block and gets some revenge.
03:17All right, buddy.
03:18Good luck, man.
03:19Thanks.
03:23If you want to talk, I'm happy to explain.
03:26Like, details.
03:27You understand?
03:28Yeah.
03:29It's my move now.
03:30You know what I'm saying?
03:31So that's, game-wise, what all it is.
03:33It's nothing personal.
03:33I don't have any particular target in mind.
03:35You're good.
03:36You're good.
03:37You're good.
03:39All right.
03:40You're good.
03:40Oh, my God.
03:41Awkward.
03:48You okay?
03:49Yeah.
03:51Man, Naked Clay and Shelly does.
03:55She said there's no clear target, but I'm pretty sure it's going to be me, though.
04:00One of us has to win veto, because I ain't sitting next to you on Thursday.
04:11Hey, it's okay.
04:18Ugh.
04:20One of us is going home.
04:21Oh, yeah.
04:22No doubt.
04:23Yeah.
04:23I either...
04:24I go home or, like, I have to stay here without you.
04:32I always wanted to see the jury house.
04:35We get the full Big Brother effect.
04:40Did you want to talk to Vanessa?
04:42Mm-hmm.
04:42Maybe y'all can hash everything out.
04:44Maybe there's something that we didn't know or something or Austin said or something, you know?
04:48Mm-hmm.
04:51It's funny that we kept her.
04:54I know.
05:00What's really frustrating is that four weeks ago, we decided to keep Vanessa over Shelly
05:06when they were on the block together, and now it is coming back to haunt us.
05:11I want to give you what I didn't have in a similar situation.
05:14Which is the benefit of understanding why.
05:16I am so alone in the game.
05:18I have to make moves that allow me to move up on that totem pole.
05:21It's nothing but respect for the two of you as competitors.
05:23Beyond that, you're obviously a very tight alliance to whom your loyalties will always be to each other above anyone
05:28else.
05:29I'm at the bottom of everyone's...
05:33Sorry.
05:34I know it's probably really hard to sit up next to someone you've been relying on.
05:38I wouldn't even know what that's like because I've never had someone to rely on in this game.
05:42Vanessa, I've never, ever targeted you.
05:46We're going to put you up.
05:48Like, that was never anything that I was going to be a part of.
05:51If anything, the two of us fought to have you stay that week.
05:55I feel like I've been playing such a rule.
05:58Trust me, it's not easy.
05:59Like, I don't feel good about it at all.
06:01Like, I have a full body sweat going, alright?
06:03Vanessa, I know.
06:04It's not, it's not that.
06:05Alright.
06:07I feel like I said a wuss.
06:09No, I don't feel like a wuss.
06:10It's okay.
06:13Give me a hug.
06:14Come on.
06:16It's okay.
06:16It's okay.
06:23You have to win POV.
06:26It's the only chance that we have.
06:29The most important veto comp ever.
06:41Has Meg come out of having that room at all?
06:43They were in there a while ago, they moved my stuff.
06:46Have they talked to you at all?
06:48Very little.
06:49What do you think is the best move if James won the veto?
06:52If you're me.
06:54And you just want Meg to go?
06:57No, anything.
06:58I want to win the game.
07:01Take a shot somewhere else or still try to get Meg evicted even though it's like almost impossible.
07:05I mean, your choices would be me, John, or us wins.
07:13That's all that's left.
07:16James needs to not win veto.
07:18I can't risk, like, my positioning.
07:22I know what you mean.
07:24If I pissed off Ostwin, I pissed off every person in this house.
07:27I can't.
07:28It would be the most dumb move of all time.
07:30Like, you do realize how pivotal a role I've played with every single eviction.
07:43Like, I have so much blood on my hands.
07:45I'm in this game.
07:46Do you trust Ostwin's would take us to five?
07:48I do.
07:50I do.
07:51Okay.
07:54I really hope James isn't winning the veto.
07:57If he wins it, it's going to be terrible.
08:05Hey, everybody.
08:05It's time to pick Flair's for the veto competition.
08:15Only six people will participate in the veto competition.
08:19The head of household, the two nominees, and three other players selected by random draw.
08:23Will the nominees please join me up here?
08:29As HOH, I will pick first.
08:36Julia.
08:47I want to get picked to play in this veto, because even though I'm working close with Vanessa,
08:51I'm resurrected in this game, which puts another target on my back, and I'd like to ensure my safety this
08:56week.
08:58Liz.
08:59Yeah!
09:04It sucks that James and I are in this position.
09:08We're the only ones playing for ourselves.
09:10I'm pretty sure everyone else would keep the nominations the same.
09:13We need to win this.
09:17Austin!
09:22Picking players couldn't have gone better for me.
09:25Austin and the twins get picked.
09:26These are three people that I know I can count on to fight to win the veto and try to
09:29keep noms the same.
09:30Big Brother will inform us when the competition is to begin.
09:33Good luck!
09:46Well, that couldn't have played out any better.
09:49Yep, I know.
09:50I think Liz is going to try to win it.
09:52I think Buzz and Austin are trying to win it, because they don't want to be backdoored.
09:58They're not going to want to use it.
10:01And they're not going to want to use it with Vanessa.
10:05Yeah, I know.
10:09Man, whatever this comp is, if I don't win this comp, I deserve to go home.
10:15What do you think it's going to be?
10:17I hope it's something real physical, something you've got to get down and dirty.
10:20I don't.
10:21I was thinking about coming out to the veto comp with this blanket wrapped around me and the hood and
10:25the glasses.
10:26Scared out of Austin.
10:29Let me see if it'll work.
10:31Like that.
10:33We both should do that.
10:35Ready for the veto comp!
10:42I feel like the odds are our favorite to win a veto.
10:46Yeah, yeah.
10:49Both our butts and our backs are against the wall.
10:52And this is the one time we absolutely need it.
11:10How did you find out that you were home, Bae?
11:13I just got back from the bar.
11:16I have my daughter, Bailey.
11:17You know, I love her very much.
11:19I'm a proud dad.
11:20But I got to say, Bailey came into this world in an unexpected way.
11:24One night, you know, I had too much fun.
11:26And I'm going to fast forward this nine months later.
11:29It was like four in the morning.
11:31And I looked at my phone and it said like 20 missed calls.
11:35Oh, my God.
11:36Six voice messages, 20 missed text messages.
11:39And I looked through and it says, Brianna, Brianna, Brianna, Brianna.
11:42And I'm like, what the hell?
11:44I threw my phone down and I was like, okay, whatever.
11:48And I called her and then she told me,
11:50you might want to come down to the hospital to meet your daughter.
11:54And then I was like, y'all stop playing, cut that out.
11:57Y'all are just messing with me.
11:59And they're like, no, we're not.
12:00The family members, once the little, the head popped out and it was like,
12:05oh, crap.
12:06This is James's baby.
12:08Yeah.
12:08So I went up to the hospital and I looked like, you know, I saw a ghost before I even
12:14got to the room.
12:14They're like, sir, are you okay?
12:16I said, I have, I have a little girl.
12:18They're like, oh, that's great.
12:19Congratulations.
12:20I said, I just found out two hours ago.
12:23They were like, oh, man.
12:28Oh, man.
12:30In all the chaos and madness, it was definitely a blessing in disguise.
12:34And I love my little girl dearly.
12:36I'm doing all this for her.
12:38And now a little bae's here.
12:40Now a little bae's here.
12:41But it was like, whoa.
12:43Yeah, it was a whoa.
12:44Yeah.
12:50Yeah.
12:50Hey, everyone.
12:52It's time for the Veto competition.
12:54Let's head to the backyard.
12:57Yeah.
12:57Oh.
13:02Yeah.
13:05Oh, my God.
13:07So we walk outside and it's a cool retro game show.
13:11And I love game shows.
13:13I'm a 90s kid.
13:14What's behind door number three?
13:17It's a Veto medallion.
13:19Why, thank you.
13:20I'll take that.
13:22Players, welcome to
13:24High and Go Veto!
13:31Hide and Seek probably seems like child's play to you.
13:34But today, it could mean the difference between leaving
13:37or staying inside the Big Brother house.
13:42Each of you will be separated, unable to speak or communicate with one another.
13:46One at a time, you'll enter the house and have three minutes to hide your Veto card.
13:52Once all the cards have been hidden, one at a time, you must search through the house to find your
13:58opponent's Veto cards.
13:59But keep in mind, all of the Veto cards look exactly the same, so you won't know which houseguest Veto
14:05card you're bringing back out.
14:07You'll need to search quickly because your turn only lasts two minutes.
14:12Whoa!
14:13Once a Veto card is found, it will be placed on the board.
14:17The houseguest who hides their Veto card the best will win the power of Veto!
14:23Are you ready to play High and Go Veto!
14:30Yeah!
14:32All right, Meg, you're up first!
14:35Woohoo!
14:36Grandma!
14:38Grandma!
14:40This is the first time that I've ever had a fight for myself.
14:44And it feels very personal to me because James and I have been put up as this best friend duo,
14:51so we need to make sure that this is the most badass game of hide and seek I've ever played.
14:57God, man, this house is gonna be destroyed.
15:02In this competition, the goal is to find the best hiding spot in the house for your Veto card.
15:09At the end of five rounds, whosoever Veto card hasn't been found wins.
15:14I decide to hide my Veto card in the front bedroom in between a little nook and cranny in our
15:21daybed.
15:21It is a perfect hiding spot. Not only is it in a nook and cranny, but it's under a mattress.
15:28I'm feeling good.
15:34I'm putting my Veto card in the duvet cover of the daybed. What I'm hoping for is that no one
15:39actually unbuttons this thing and finds it.
15:42We'll see.
15:44Me and Meg are the targets. At least if I can win the Veto, I can save myself and hopefully
15:49save Meg later in the process.
15:53I'm Captain Camo. This is the perfect competition for me, hands down.
15:58If I can hide myself in every nook and cranny to scare everybody in this house, I can definitely take
16:03a small Veto card and conceal it. It's gone.
16:09I decide to hide my Veto card in the parlor room. I'm going to unzip one of the cushions on
16:15the couch and place my Veto card in there.
16:17I think people are just going to be throwing cushions and not unzipping the cushions and looking inside of them.
16:22I got this one.
16:25My strategy is to put my Veto card in the place that I know best. The kitchen! I put my
16:32Veto card in what I know and love. Pizza!
16:36No one is going to look inside the actual pizza box. Steve isn't playing this competition. He's the only one
16:41that eats that pizza.
16:45I need nominations to stay the same, which means either myself, Austin, Liz or Julia needs to win this thing.
16:50I decide to hide my Veto card inside a sofa cushion. I thought that hiding it in the living room
16:56would be pretty good because I thought that would be one of the last rooms people would ransack.
17:02All right, Meg, you have two minutes to search for a Veto card.
17:12I'm trying to get into the twins' mind and thinking of where they would hide something.
17:16They spend a large majority of the time putting on makeup in the bathroom, so I hit there first.
17:31I am tearing apart this house because I know that my big brother life is at stake and I have
17:38to find these Veto cards or else I am going home and I am not letting that happen.
17:50Meg comes back empty handed.
17:57I'm going to flip everything upside down in this room so that people can't find my Veto card.
18:02The beds, they gotta go. The sheets, they're going. The mattresses, they're going.
18:09I'm flipping everything left and right. I fear no object.
18:17Austin has returned without a Veto card.
18:23This Veto competition is definitely a good excuse for me to tear up the house.
18:27If it can be messed up, I'm messing it up. I want to make it look like a tornado's come
18:33through there.
18:41If I'm going out, I'm going out with a bang. I'm going to destroy the whole Big Brother house and
18:46I'm going to love it.
18:51James did not return with a Veto card.
18:55The kitchen is a mess. I see cereal everywhere and who's going to clean that up because it's not going
19:01to be me.
19:02Oh, damn.
19:15Julia is back with nothing.
19:19It is so important for me or my twin or Austin to win this Veto because we want James out
19:26of this house.
19:27His pretty butt is going home.
19:29You guys are good.
19:31Liz, you did not find a Veto card. Better luck next time.
19:37I'm channeling my inner James here because James cannot win this thing.
19:41I'm searching high and low. I get down to the freezer. I see these big square-shaped pizza boxes and
19:46I'm like,
19:47that'd be a good spot for a Veto card.
19:50Yes!
19:51I open it up and we have a Veto card.
19:54Woo-hoo!
19:58Congratulations, Vanessa. You have found the first Veto card.
20:02There are four Veto cards left to be found.
20:13Oh, boy.
20:25Tim comes out.
20:25brainstorming and
20:27on.
20:27Ah!
20:29What was it?
20:29What was their individual do?
20:31Oh!
20:31Oh.
20:44I love this game.
20:47I know no one's going to place their veto cards in obvious spots, so I'm thinking similar
20:52to what I did, looking in clothes, looking in pillow cushions, just spots that I would
20:58hide something.
21:01Booyah, bitches.
21:03Yeah!
21:05Yeah!
21:07Congratulations, Trulia.
21:09You have found the second veto card.
21:11There are three veto cards left to be found.
21:14I finally find a veto card, and it better be Meg or James.
21:19I need to knock them out of this game.
21:25I don't want to play this anymore.
21:28I'm running around the house.
21:30It is absolutely trash.
21:32I can't.
21:33I can't.
21:34This is giving me anxiety.
21:36Oh, no.
21:37I have OCD, and I hate messes.
21:41My Muesli cereal.
21:44Oh, God.
21:51I ran out of time in the hammock room on my last run, but I am convinced there's a veto
21:56card in there, and I am ready to tear this place apart.
22:03Sure enough, I find a veto card in one of the cushions.
22:07Woo!
22:08Whoa!
22:09Whoa!
22:10Whoa!
22:11Congratulations, Meg.
22:12You have found the third veto card.
22:15Thank you, Steve.
22:16There are two veto cards left to be found.
22:20I'm feeling so good that I found a veto card.
22:24I know that I have just taken someone out of the game.
22:27I am just praying that it wasn't James.
22:33I'm doing everything I can to think of where these veto cards could possibly be.
22:37I have to ask myself, what do I know about these particular people?
22:40And James is one of the more sneaky people in the house.
22:42I have a hunch that James is probably under a giant decoy pile.
22:52At this point, I don't know if my veto card has been found or not, but I still want to
22:56continue to cover up this day room just in case it's in here.
23:04I'm back in the house and I notice my card has not been touched, so my thing is right
23:08now is to throw as much stuff as I can in front of the couch so if they try to
23:12flip it,
23:12and throw the rug up, the rug is not going that far.
23:15They would have to move all that stuff out of the way to literally lift that rug up halfway
23:19to see my card.
23:29Yeah, baby!
23:34Congratulations, James.
23:36You have brought back the fourth veto card.
23:39There is one more veto card left.
23:51More honestly, I am so over this.
23:56That horn sounds and I'm going to town.
24:00I'm running through this house, I'm going to toss and turn anything I need to find a veto card.
24:05Don't be mad.
24:05It's all for the game.
24:20There's only one veto card left to find and a few places left to look.
24:23I feel like I'm getting close here.
24:27I can't stress enough how much Mega James can win this thing.
24:30It's time for me to end it once and for all and I'm not leaving this house without the veto
24:33card in my hand.
24:46It's down to the last two cards and I know my butt is on the line for going to jury.
24:52Vanessa's in the house and I just know the simple fact that if she finds my veto card, I'm done.
25:04Congratulations, Vanessa. You have found the fifth veto card, which means that this game is over.
25:11Yay!
25:13Good work, Vanessa.
25:18Players, it is time for the big reveal.
25:21Big money, big money.
25:22Remember, the owner of the veto card that has not been found will win the power of veto.
25:28The first veto card was found by Vanessa. Let's see who she eliminated.
25:42Liz, I'm sorry, but you have been eliminated.
25:46All right, the second veto card was found by Julia.
25:55Vanessa!
25:57Sorry, Vanessa, but you have been eliminated.
26:01I'm really bummed I didn't win the veto and I'm crossing my fingers that neither Meg or James will be
26:06able to win this thing.
26:07Meg, you found the third veto card. Let's see who you have eliminated.
26:12Big money, big spin.
26:20Sorry, girl.
26:21Oh, well.
26:22Julia, I'm sorry, but you've been eliminated from the competition.
26:27James, you found the fourth veto card. Let's find out who you've taken out of the competition.
26:42I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
26:44I'm sorry.
26:44Of course, it had to be James who took me out.
26:50Meg, I'm sorry, but you have been eliminated.
26:53James, the only way that you can make this up to me is for you to win this veto.
26:58It all comes down to this. Either Austin or James will win the power of veto.
27:04It always comes down to me and Austin in competitions. Maybe it's a gag joke. Maybe it's just destiny or
27:10fate.
27:10But thing is, I'm tired of being next to Sasquatch in a competition every time.
27:16What the heck? It's pretty much like my best and worst case scenario, both right there on the table as
27:21a possibility.
27:21And I'm the one of all people who brought the card out.
27:26Of course, that's a cliffhanger.
27:28Come on, big money. Daddy needs a veto medallion as he needs to be safe this week.
27:40Austin, I'm sorry, but you have been eliminated. That means congratulations, James. You have won the golden power of veto.
27:48I just won the power of veto. Vanessa, you tried to take me out, but it's not going to happen.
27:53This country boy is here to stay. For you, Bailey.
27:58I didn't win the power of veto, and it's becoming very real that I might be going home this week.
28:05But I still have a chance knowing that James is still in the game.
28:12This was the worst case scenario, James being able to pull himself off the block.
28:15Now I have to find a replacement nominee, and I have no idea what I'm going to do.
28:36Are you ready, John? I don't think I'm ready.
28:39Who threw the cereal? That was not even relevant.
28:42I knew that was James. No, heck no. I didn't do all that.
28:45Look at them white sleeves. Oh my God. Look at all, look at all that.
28:52Let me see how bad it is. Oh my God.
28:56Oh, no.
28:59For you, Bailey. You tried to take your daddy out. Daddy ain't built like that.
29:15Oh my God, I was right there. Oh my God, I was right there. Oh, sake sake.
29:21Great. Super, wonderful, perfect result.
29:25There is no doubt in my mind that James is officially gunning for me.
29:28So I'm terrified that he's the most likely to win the next HOH.
29:32And there's zero doubt in my mind that if he does, I'm going up on the block.
29:38Oh, well, there goes that land.
29:51Do you feel good? Hmm? Do you feel good?
29:53It doesn't feel good like, yeah, I want it, but it feels right, like, like caramel.
29:58Because we didn't deserve to go up on the block.
30:01I'm very curious to see what she puts up.
30:03James winning the power of veto was the best case scenario
30:07for the chance of both of us to stay in the house.
30:10I'm really hoping that Vanessa realizes I'm not her biggest threat in the house
30:15and she finds a new target who is a stronger competitor.
30:19I'm going to try to make a deal to save you.
30:22Vanessa's a sitting tuck next week.
30:24Now that I have the power of veto, Vanessa can't touch me this week,
30:27and I got to come up with a plan so I can keep Meg safe this week.
30:31I'll tell her I will go after her from my mouth in her face.
30:36No more playing Mr. Nice Guy.
30:45You shower?
30:47How terrible is it that I found Austin?
30:49I know.
30:50I want to cry.
30:51I teared up when I saw that he won.
30:53Like, you're so pissed.
30:56But if you want to send Meg home, like, we'll vote to evict Meg.
31:02So what do you, like, you have to put up John or would you put up, like, Steve?
31:08I don't know now.
31:09Finding a replacement nominee that'll ensure that Meg will have the votes to go to jury
31:13is going to be tough.
31:14Almost anyone who goes up next to her will be seen as a bigger threat
31:17and it will be a compelling reason to flip the vote on me.
31:20What do I have to confirm that you guys are going to vote that way,
31:23like, when it's in your interest to vote out John?
31:25Shh.
31:26I mean...
31:26John's coming for you guys.
31:27And Meg sucks.
31:29So you'd be stupid to vote on Meg just because I want you to.
31:32Like, do you see what I mean?
31:32That's my problem.
31:33I know what's going to happen.
31:34The vote's going to get close.
31:35So it's going to come out and the vote is going to flip.
31:38There's no right answer.
31:38Like, it's terrible.
31:39It's actually so bad.
31:41Like, what a terrible result.
32:14I'm just going to wear it around my neck.
32:16Let it soak in a little bit.
32:22Right there, baby.
32:24Let that soak in.
32:26Safe.
32:30You're going to wear that all day today?
32:31Damn right.
32:33Damn right.
32:33Someone tried to take me out.
32:35I've pretty much been walking on eggshells with Vanessa for 70-something days in this house.
32:39And it has done me no good.
32:41Vanessa, you know I like to make big moves.
32:44Now you better watch your back.
32:45The thing I wanted to tell you, like, man-to-man.
32:48Uh-huh.
32:48I'll tell Vanessa straight up to her face.
32:50If I win HOH, her ass is going up on the block.
32:54Right.
32:54Period.
32:55I don't care who tells her.
32:56Because she's going to put me up twice.
32:58And she targeted me and her over some bull this week.
33:00And I'm tired of it.
33:02I just want you guys to feel like I played you.
33:05No.
33:06Because...
33:07Listen, you've got to protect your girl.
33:08Yeah.
33:09And I'm trying to protect...
33:10Well, I mean, we're not showmates or nothing, but...
33:13Well...
33:13You know?
33:14I'm your queen, apparently.
33:16Yeah.
33:26Yeah.
33:34I thought I had it, I thought I had it.
33:35I thought I had it...
33:35Bro, you're so mad at myself.
33:37I'm not.
33:37I hope you know I try as hard as my hardest.
33:38I thought I had it.
33:39I thought I had it.
33:39I thought I had it.
33:41I saw.
33:41I saw.
33:46going to go put you up. Basically, he's like, I'm going to have to target her now. I have no
33:49problem. And the problem is, it's like, I am completely, this is, I'm because I have to get
33:58rid of Meg. Okay. She has to go. The fact that James is down there throwing my name out boils
34:03my blood. You think I'm going to keep Meg in the game now and make you stronger? No, I'm going
34:07to
34:07take a direct shot and take out your numero dos. So irritating. But don't kill yourself about it
34:13because it's over. Why do I find yours? It is the irony of it all. Make lemonade out of
34:19it. Find the best possible scenario.
34:33I'm sad as...
34:34Oh, piss. You have no idea. I can't even like function right now. So I just realized I'm
34:43all the way around. Yeah. He's the last person that should have won that.
34:49Oh. One doubt, drink. Yes.
34:52James winning the veto this week is an enormous problem for me. Now I have to find a replacement
34:56nominee and there are only five potential options, all of which are people that I'm working with in
35:00the house. So I'm going to have to put someone up as a pawn and we know in Big Brother,
35:04pawns go home.
35:05This is terrible. And so I'm just going to put it out there and this is like, honestly,
35:08this is the only options I have. And I respect you enough, all of you enough just to be very
35:13straight. These are my options. If I put up Liz or Austin, they're too big of targets. The only
35:18feasible option is you. Now here would be the logic, just so you know. You know they're never
35:22going to vote against you. So you know you would have the votes. Like, how would you feel about that?
35:30Um, I feel like I'm a huge trucker too because I feel like everyone wants to get me and Liz
35:33out
35:33because it's like, we're a threesome.
35:35Or they want to break up the threesome.
35:37Right. I just don't think, like, every time that Meg has gone on the block, she stays.
35:42No, but the problem is that Meg gives James, who's a very strong competitor, a vote.
35:46Rather than, he's so much more powerful with her.
35:49As a group, I want to decide, like, so I just want you to know that if the target is
35:53Meg,
35:54the only option that is smart is you as a pawn. Unfortunately, that's the only way I guarantee
36:00Meg goes. Your sister in Austin. We've won too many comps.
36:03I've won too many comps and Steve could get flipped. Whereas, um, Steve won't get flipped
36:08if it's you on the block. Okay, let me ask you this, Vanessa. Who are you more afraid of winning
36:11HOH next week? Johnny Mac or Meg?
36:14Obviously Johnny Mac. Okay. I'm not scared of Meg at all. I can be her in anything and
36:18everything. Johnny Mac, I cannot say the same.
36:21I'm really in a tough spot here. Austin and the twins are not letting up about Johnny
36:25Mac needing to be the replacement nominee and target this week. However, I have this side
36:30deal that they know nothing about with Johnny, and I can't let them realize I really want
36:35Johnny to stay in the game. Do you think you guys can guarantee you'll beat Meg in an intellectual
36:39type comp? 130%. Her performances in them up to this point have been less than stellar.
36:45But then when is Meg ever going to go home?
36:48She is going to float to the finals. But no, we're never going to be able to. How are
36:53we ever going to take her out? I have made it abundantly clear that Meg is my target and
36:57what's best for my game. But the pressure that Austin and the twins are putting on me
37:00is causing me to question my initial decision.
37:03I think the play is you put up Johnny Mac and we just play a real good social game with
37:07the people that remain this week.
37:17Well, here we go. The more I've been thinking about it, I'm going to have to talk to Vanessa
37:22for Meg's sake. I don't want to really do it, but I'm going to have to if I ever want
37:27to give
37:27Meg a fighting chance to pull herself off that block.
37:31Come in. What's up?
37:35Um, just wanted to hash things out with you.
37:37All righty. I will just warn you. I'm just letting you know I'm not in the best mood.
37:44I just wanted to know where me and you stand at right now. The thing I'm trying to wrap
37:51my head around is like...
37:52Do I have something personal with you?
37:54Right.
37:55Listen, we could have worked together, but for whatever reason it never happened, now
37:59there's just so few people. My options were very limited. I thought of all people, you
38:02understood that it was just a game.
38:04Right.
38:04I will say that I never had anything personal with you until people came up and told me
38:08that you're saying, oh, I'm definitely, like, I fully expect to be your target.
38:12Well, I would have expected you of all people to come tell me rather than tell everyone
38:15else.
38:16The thing is, I don't read into the game like you do. You literally, you remember every
38:21little piece and you just hold on to what it is and you're trying to play a game too
38:26hard. When I went to HOH, two people's got to go up. I don't sit there and say, okay,
38:30let me think.
38:31So are you, like, insulting me right now? Is that what you're actually literally insulting
38:34me?
38:35No, I'm not insulting you.
38:36All right, man. I think it's best you go downstairs. Like, I'm going to get mad.
38:39How was...
38:39Like, you're literally telling me I'm playing the game too hard. Like, oh my God.
38:42That's a respect thing. You're playing...
38:44Who's the expert? Did you win, like, last season or something? I don't know.
38:47Did you want me to say you're not playing the game, Vanessa?
38:49No, you said you're playing the game too hard. That's a criticism.
38:51That's a good thing.
38:51You said, I don't do it like that. So what you're doing is the right way and what I'm
38:54doing is the wrong way. We're both here last time I checked so we could both be right.
38:57I'm not trying to come up here and bash. I'm trying to get out what's going on.
39:00James, there isn't anything personal before this conversation. I don't know what else to tell you.
39:05You're safe this week. You want to make it clear how much of an enemy I am. All that
39:10does is incentivize me to send your number one home, which is Meg.
39:13So you're going to take it out on her for me?
39:15I just want you to know, so like, the more you piss me off, the more you're locking her
39:18up, the more you're paid up.
39:47Really, my fate right now is in the hands of Vanessa.
39:51I'm feeling really nervous.
39:53I have no idea what she's about to do.
39:55You never know with Vanessa.
40:00James winning the veto this week
40:01was the least favorable situation for me.
40:04It leaves Meg up on the block
40:05and me needing to find a replacement nominee
40:07that ensures that she goes home.
40:08And that's a tough thing to do.
40:12So there has to be a replacement nominee, that's a fact.
40:15And there's definitely people in this house that want me out.
40:18So if I go up as a replacement nominee,
40:20there's a good chance I'm going back out the door to jury.
40:31OK, everybody, it's time for the veto meeting.
40:47This is the veto meeting.
40:50Meg and I have been nominated for eviction,
40:53but I have the power to veto one of the nominations.
40:57Meg, I think you're an awesome girl.
41:00With that being said,
41:01I have decided to use the power of veto on myself.
41:09Vanessa, since I just vetoed one of your nominations for eviction,
41:13you will have to name a new house guest as a replacement nominee.
41:23First and foremost, I want to congratulate you, James.
41:25That was a really tough veto competition.
41:27Job well done.
41:29As far as finding a replacement nominee,
41:32guys, this is unbelievably difficult.
41:35There are only five other potential options for me,
41:38and I have to do the option that I feel is the best game move.
41:42And that's all this comes down to.
41:45So, unfortunately, Julia, please take a seat.
42:00This veto meeting is adjourned.
42:09I put Julia up as the replacement nominee
42:11because Meg has absolutely got to go.
42:13Her number one ally, James, made it extremely clear this week
42:16that I'm his number one target going into next week,
42:18and why would I leave his number one ally in the game
42:21if he's targeting me?
42:24It makes me extremely nervous being next to Meg on the block.
42:28Every time someone's been on the block with her,
42:30they've been sent packing.
42:31So, I really got to do what I got to do to stay in this house.
42:37This is the first time one of the twins
42:39has been up on the block for eviction night.
42:41If I could pull on the right strings in the house,
42:43we could finally break up the Austin twin trio.
42:46They're a huge threat in this game,
42:47and they need to be taken out.
42:50Who will be evicted from the Big Brother house?
42:52Julia or Meg?
42:54Plus, it's a special double eviction episode.
42:57It's a week's worth of Big Brother in one hour.
43:00It all happens live tomorrow at 9, 8 central on Big Brother.
43:06Mayer
43:06and hardwood,
43:07oh,
43:25I love
43:25you.
43:29Oh,
43:35that's gonna change.
