00:07Power, one of the five powers that stipulates the constitution of the Bolivarian Republic

00:12of Venezuela. We want to inform the country and our people that in virtue of there are

00:23still lots of participants, lots of voters in the polling stations, the directors, we

00:34the directors, we decided to prolong an hour more or till the lines, the queues, ended.

00:43So the Venezuelan people that are still on queues become that we have this postponement

00:54and that in the polling stations when we finish the hour, if voters continue to appear, they

01:03will have the opportunity to vote. So this National Electoral Council again feels proud of the active

01:12participation of the brave people of Venezuela. Thank you very much to all Venezuelans, men
