A tense moment unfolded on Capitol Hill as Rep. Ted Lieu confronted Attorney General Pam Bondi on Feb 12, 2026 with explosive questions about former President Donald Trump’s past interactions with Jeffrey Epstein. During the heated exchange, Lieu pressed Bondi over allegations linked to Epstein’s parties, asking whether any underage girls were present at events Trump attended. Bondi forcefully dismissed the line of questioning as “ridiculous” and insisted there is no evidence that Trump committed any crime. This comes as Melania Trump held a presser where she denied any links to Epstein.

00:00So why are Republicans so interested in Bill and Hillary Clinton?
00:06It's because they're trying to distract from the fact that Donald Trump is in the Epstein files thousands and thousands
00:12of times.
00:14In those files, there's highly disturbing allegations of Donald Trump raping children, of Donald Trump threatening to kill children.
00:25So I encourage the press to go look at these allegations, and I'm highly disturbed that Deputy Attorney General Ty
00:31Blanche just got the law wrong.
00:34Yesterday, he said, essentially, that it is not a crime to party with Jeffrey Epstein.
00:41Well, that's actually not correct.
00:42In fact, if Jeffrey Epstein was human trafficking minors for these sex parties and you show up and patronize the
00:53establishment at that party, yes, you're guilty because patronizing is part of the law, the federal sex trafficking law.
01:02So Deputy Attorney General Ty Blanche just got that wrong, which maybe explains why they aren't investigating all these folks,
01:08including Donald Trump.
01:09He needs to read the law and investigate these people.
01:12He also needs to resign, not only for not knowing the law, but a massive, not only screw-up, but
01:20the biggest privacy violation in history.
01:23They release a lot of pictures of minors unredacted, just violated the privacy of these girls.
01:31It is uncalled for what they did.
01:34The one thing that they could not do under this law was to invade the privacy of these women now
01:43who were girls at the time who were victims of sex trafficking.
01:49Also, he met with Ghislaine Maxwell, moved her to a minimum security prison, and then got a puppy for her.
01:56So for all those reasons, he's just got to leave the Department of Justice.
01:58I want to discuss another man, Donald Trump, who is all over the Epstein files, like former Prince Andrew.
02:06Here's a video.
02:20I'm going to show you two photos.
02:21I'm going to show you two photos of former Prince Andrew.
02:26Prince Andrew attended various parties with Jeffrey Epstein.
02:32Under the law Congress passed, you were allowed to redact photos to protect the victims of Epstein's sex trafficking operation.
02:41You redacted the photos of this victim's face because you were following the congressional law.
02:49Is that correct?
02:55I'm sorry, that we redacted the victim's face?
02:57Because you were following the congressional law, correct?
02:59Yes.
03:00Okay.
03:01You have now established that we, please put the photos back up, that we are looking at a sex trafficking
03:08victim.
03:09Under the Federal Victims Trafficking Protection Act, not only is Jeffrey Epstein guilty, but anyone who patronizes Epstein's sex operation
03:20is also guilty of a crime.
03:22That's why I find it absolutely despicable that you sought to protect Epstein's clients, like former Prince Andrew.
03:31Last July, you closed the case on Epstein's abusers.
03:36The July 2025 memo from your Department of Justice stated, quote,
03:41we did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.
03:48These two photos, please put the photos back up.
03:52These two photos staring you in the face are evidence of a crime and more than enough evidence to predicate
03:59an investigation
04:00against former Prince Andrew.
04:03So I ask you, Attorney General Pam Bondi, why did you shut down this investigation last July,
04:08and why have you not prosecuted former Prince Andrew?
04:12I don't believe you asked Merrick Garland these questions when he was Attorney General and set before...
04:18I agree with you.
04:19You twice.
04:20I agree with you.
04:22I agree with you.
04:23I agree with you.
04:23During the Biden administration, I called for people looking at Epstein files.
04:29Merrick Garland dropped the ball.
04:31As did Attorney General Bill Barr.
04:33As did Alex Acosta.
04:35A whole string of failures.
04:36But you are in charge.
04:38You have the power to change things, to hold these men accountable, and you're doing the opposite.
04:42You're protecting them.
04:43So I want to move on to another man.
04:45Donald Trump.
04:45Can I answer that, though?
04:46I want to move on to another question.
04:47Can I answer your question about protecting the future?
04:48You answered the question.
04:50You're saying no.
04:51I love this.
04:51I want to discuss another man, Donald Trump, who is all over the Epstein files.
04:56Like former Prince Andrew.
04:58Here's a video.
05:15Donald Trump attended various parties with Jeffrey Epstein.
05:19I want to know, were there any underage girls at that party or at any party that Trump attended
05:26with Jeffrey Epstein?
05:34This is so ridiculous.
05:36And that they are trying to deflect from all the great things Donald Trump has done.
05:43There is no evidence that Donald Trump has committed a crime.
05:47Everyone knows that.
05:48This has been the most transparent presidency.
05:51He's the one that asked that those files be released.
05:53I mean, claim my time.
05:54I got your answer.
05:55You said there's no evidence.
05:56President Trump asked him to sign the legislation.
06:00This is ridiculous.
06:02Time.
06:02Time belongs to the gentleman from California.
06:04Okay.
06:05I'm going to put up another document from a witness who called the FBI's National Threat
06:12Operation Center.
06:13Because I believe you just lied under oath.
06:15There is ample evidence in the Epstein files.
06:18Don't you ever accuse me of a crime.
06:20I believe you just lied under oath.
06:22And this is all on videotape.
06:24You said there's no evidence of a crime.
06:25I'm showing you.
06:26Here is a witness statement who called into the FBI's Threat Operation Center.
06:32He drove Donald Trump around in a limo.
06:35He overheard what Donald Trump said to Jeffrey on his cell phone.
06:38He was so angry he was going to stop a limo and hurt Donald Trump.
06:41And he met a girl who said she was raped by Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein.
06:46She later had her head blown off.
06:48And the officers at the scene said that could not have been suicide.
06:53No one, no one at the Department of Justice interviewed this witness.
07:00You need to interview this witness immediately.
07:04Epstein should rot in hell.
07:06So should the men who patronized his operation.
07:09And as we say here today, there are over 1,000 sex trafficking victims.
07:14And you have not held a single man accountable.
07:17Shame on you.
07:18If you had any decency, you would resign right after this hearing concludes.
07:22The time of the gentleman has expired.
07:25May I respond?
07:27Yeah, I don't know how you respond.
07:28No one can respond.
07:28I can respond.
07:29He doesn't want to talk about that you're worth a crime in California.
07:32He does not want to talk about crime in his state.
07:37I did not ask a question.
07:38I did not ask a question.
07:39I want to discuss another man, Donald Trump, who is all over the Epstein files.
07:44Like, former friends.
07:46Here's a video.
