As part of the Pakistan NextGen Hospitality Challenge (PNHC) 2026 – Season 2, students from the Culinary Innovation & Presentation category participated in an enriching industry exposure visit to three of the most renowned hospitality destinations: Spice Bazaar, Café Aylanto, and Avari Hotel. This experiential learning journey provided aspiring chefs with valuable insights into diverse culinary styles, fine dining concepts, and professional kitchen operations.

During the visit, students observed a wide range of culinary practices, including food preparation techniques, menu planning, plating artistry, restaurant ambiance design, and high-standard service delivery. Industry professionals at each venue shared their expertise on maintaining consistency, creativity, and excellence in a highly competitive hospitality environment.
