00:00My team and I served so many of these steak sandwiches for a competition on a sandbar in the middle
00:03of the Florida Keys.
00:04And Kevin from Midwest Fresh and I brought out some of the most talented chefs I know,
00:07which really paid off because we actually got second place for the sandbar cook.
00:10Now we started things off with Brad getting some jealous double charcoal lit so we could char some jalapenos for
00:14the popper cream cheese.
00:15And then Bobby went to work on the prep so we could get those pickled and charred jalapenos ready for
00:18the spread.
00:19And we also mixed in some Baron Burton's W sauce for a little more depth and a nice umami kick.
00:23Then Brad busted out some of his Sedona sand seasoning so we could finish it up and then set it
00:26aside.
00:26Then it was time for Kevin to grill up some of Bobby's Tuckaway Steak Tips, which we also seasoned with
00:30Sedona sand.
00:31And we covered our bread in some Baron Burton's Beef Tala before we grilled it, which came out absolutely perfect.
00:35Then after we got a batch of steak tips cooked to perfection, it was time to slice them up so
00:39we could build our sandwich.
00:39We covered the bottom piece of bread with a bunch of our popper cream cheese before we piled on a
00:43huge handful of the Tuckaway Steak Tips.
00:45Then we layered on some of the Midwest Fresh Spicy Bacon Jam, which is actually the ingredient we built this
00:48entire recipe around.
00:50And after we dust it with a little more Sedona sand, it's time to cap this thing off so we
00:53can feed the people.
00:53And I gotta give a huge shout out to Kevin from Midwest Fresh for bringing all of us together to
00:57represent his incredible brand during this event.
