00:00all right what's up Amaya and today I will show you how to check your battery
00:03health on your smartphones first of all we will be starting with iPhones because
00:06that is the easy one so for this we need to go to the settings of your iPhone
00:10scroll down where you can find the battery settings just hit battery here
00:17you will see there is an option given known as battery health just open it up
00:22it will say that your battery health is definitely degraded if it is degraded
00:27enough you can replace the battery or you can see the maximum capacity maximum
00:32capacity is actually the battery health which your phone can store I recommend
00:36replacing the battery at 60% but my phone is now at 47% which means I have to
00:41replace my battery on the Android side there is no other way to check the
00:46battery so I will be using the Accu battery app I will provide the link in
00:50the description simply download that open that and you will see there is a lot of
00:55settings this app can tell you about well the main focus was on my Android
01:01phone but I still decided to show you how to check battery on iPhones let's wait
01:05for the Accu battery to calibrate the progress of my battery
01:14well Accu battery is actually recommended by Google itself I searched it on the web
01:19and also it is one of the highest rated battery checking app so calibration progress
01:25is done let's see this is the exactly my phone's model and battery capacity is
01:31exactly the same but if you want to change the battery capacity if you have a
01:34something else you can do that so if you see the red system here just open it up
01:41and you should open the power optimization settings or you can open the app
01:46settings as well first let me show you how you can do that simply go to all and
01:50turn off this so your this app has unlimited battery access so it can measure
01:56the battery correctly or you can use the go to app settings and then set this app
02:05to not optimized okay now battery usage is unrestricted which means now this app
02:12will be able to estimate the battery life correctly so for estimation we have to
02:18just make sure this app is mainly used for seven days but using one full charge
02:26can be enough so first here are some other information as well here which I
02:32will not be discussing we need to reduce the battery to about fifteen percent or
02:39less to than fifteen percent then we have to full charge the battery then it will
02:44show you the health of the battery so this is the charging tab right here and
02:49this is the discharging tab and this is the health tab in the health tab you see
02:53there is no full charge detected right here there is some other data in the
02:58history settings so now what I'm gonna do is just it is another charge control app that I
03:08have been using this gives me the exact data after my battery and also helps me
03:13to estimate the battery health and charge control I can limit the charging as
03:19well but that requires root access but this app does not require you any root
03:25access you know you can use it very easily on your phone so in the health tab it
03:30says we need to lower the charge to about fifteen percent then I'm gonna full charge
03:35the device so I have used the discharge my phone to load down fifteen percent and
03:41now I have full charge the phone and now you can see here the battery health is
03:46given battery health here shows about seventy four percent but to see if it is
03:52correct according to my discharge control app which requires root access so
03:57you won't have to know that so in the estimated battery we got twenty nine seventy
04:01mAh battery but the total battery capacity was 4000 so I will be dividing the
04:08current capacity with the total capacity to get the percentage of my battery you
04:15can see it says about seventy four point two five which means this is the
04:21correct result of my battery health so this is how you can use a Q battery app to
04:26estimate and check your battery health for your Android phones which do not
04:30require any root access anyway that's been it thanks for watching I will catch you
04:34in the next one take care bye bye and also please note that there is a lot of
04:39other information as well you need to do it for a few times bye
