Watch as a cave explorer shares the intense experience of getting trapped deep underground while navigating one of Canada’s most challenging cave systems.
Aila Taylor, from Kendal, Cumbria, captured the gripping moment while exploring new sections of the cave.
The video shows the dark, rocky interior as explorers carefully move across uneven terrain using headlamps to light their way. At one point, the situation becomes tense as the route out becomes unclear, leaving them temporarily trapped inside the cave.
Viewers were quick to react with one saying "Not in 10 lifetimes would I voluntarily put myself here."
Another said: "I can do climbing in mountains, but caving, I don't think Im brave enough."
