Oil prices dropped sharply below USD100 a barrel after a U.S.-Iran ceasefire, easing supply fears despite lingering uncertainty over a lasting peace.

00:10with Brent crude futures dropped by $15 to around $94 per barrel,
00:15while WTI crude declined by more than $17 to about $95.
00:21European benchmark diesel prices also recorded a steep fall,
00:25dropping by more than $270 to approximately $1,256 per metric ton.
00:32Analysts say between 10 and 13 million barrels per day of oil supply
00:37could gradually return to the market as conditions begin to stabilise.
00:41However, a full recovery will depend on whether the temporary truce
