00:00I don't see President Trump or the United States launching nuclear weapons against Iran unless there was a viable nuclear
00:08threat from Iran, which at this moment, I don't know if that exists.
00:12It could, though. It could.
00:13And I say that because the Iranians have continued to, after all these many weeks, continue to impress with surprises.
00:23The attack on Diego Garcia with the missiles that were used were previous intelligence assessments assessed 1,000 kilometers, 1
00:31,500 kilometers, 2,000 at the largest, and then they launched an attack 4,000 kilometers away, holding the whole
00:38region at risk.
00:39They continue to have a very effective drone and missile campaign against many targets in many countries in the Gulf
00:46region, even after all these many weeks.
00:49So they continue to impress. So I say that because it is possible, I think unlikely, but it is possible
00:55that the Iranians still have, are still driving towards a nuclear capability, and that we know it, and that if
01:02that is the case, then I think all options are on the table, and appropriately so.
01:06And a nuclear-armed Iran is unacceptable and intolerable, I think, for the region.
01:12But for that, I don't see any kind of nuclear response as a real thing.
