I still can't believe I am seeing a highly advanced humanoid robot that costs less than a decent car. When I was researching the new Unitree G1, seeing it take heavy punches, smash walnuts, and completely fold itself up into a tiny shape literally blew my mind. For around $16,000, this machine runs at 2 meters per second and uses 3D LiDAR sensors to see the world much clearer than I ever could. But I have to ask myself: is this incredible piece of technology the ultimate home assistant, or is it the beginning of something a little terrifying? Drop your thoughts in the comments!
