00:02on escape to the country there's one word we can't hear enough oh wow was that a wow
00:08moment yes so when our houses prompt our escapees to make plans it's a moving tomorrow type space
00:16no not not tomorrow tonight we'd better get the moving vans at the ready
00:29and there's no hiding the happiness
00:31hang on the house has made you younger
00:56stepping into the Dorset scenery is always a pleasure whether you want to trek along the
01:02coastline clifftops or get lost in the countryside there are more than 3,000 miles of paths to
01:09explore offering a lifetime of roots centuries ago footpaths like these were vital lifelines for our
01:17rural ancestors taking farmers to market children to school families to church they carried pilgrims
01:25by day smugglers by moonlight nowadays however these great joys of the British countryside aren't just
01:32about getting from A to B they're about the pleasure of the journey itself Dorset lies near the middle
01:39of England's south coast and while it has verdant vistas stretching as far as the eye can see for
01:45many of its ardent fans it's the sea that draws them it's an ideal place to work and live you
01:51have these lovely beaches you've got the Jurassic Coast that way you've got the New Forest National
01:54Park on the border of Hampshire this is a great mix of rural villages market towns you know they
02:01say Dorset has 365 hours more sunshine than the rest of the country so you know we're taking that for
02:07definite technically it's that amount more than the UK average but let's not rain on the parade with
02:15details whatever the weather there are lesser-known areas to discover like Wareham a beautiful riverside
02:21town its key is a great spot for socializing and there's a range of independent shops and restaurants
02:28Chesil Beach is the UK's longest beach stretching for 18 miles with such a feast of treasures the
02:36Dorset coastline is bound to make a lasting impression after years of deliberation today's
02:44buyers have decided to make the much long-for move to the Dorset countryside and have called us to help
02:50get them on their way Norman and Linda met just before the pandemic they married soon after and live
03:01in Richmond upon Thames we both fully retired and so we want to get away from Greater London we want
03:08to get out into the country we want some country air and some sea air they share a love of
03:15dancing which
03:16has inspired their next location we visited Dorset a few times mostly for dance holidays in the Bournemouth
03:24area and what we've seen we like dancing is paradise we'll be able to dance more I think that's what
03:31I
03:31look forward to most Linda enjoys growing plants indoors this is the sweet ivy and this is one of my
03:39favorite but actually they're all my favorite plants but their garden is around five miles from Heathrow
03:45and under the flight path so can be noisy they want a bigger kitchen as squeezing into the current
03:51one when cooking can be frustrating or even dangerous for their maximum budget of seven hundred and twenty
04:07five thousand pounds Norman and Linda are chasing a detached home and will consider all styles but
04:14preferably with single-story living they want three bedrooms a large kitchen diner a conservatory for
04:20Linda's plants and a garden that has space for chickens ideally with a stream
04:33even though Norman and Linda have been together for a few years this is actually the first house that
04:39they're buying together but the bonus is they don't need to wait for a property sale for this move so
04:47if they
04:48like one of our houses that's it they're in a really great position to move quickly
04:59so I'm making my way to meet them at a leafy spot on the banks of the River Stour
05:08Linda and Norman it is so lovely to be here with you how do you think your house hunt together
05:12so
05:13far is not bad isn't it when you hear the magic words this kitchen is big enough you cracked it
05:21okay all right and
05:23who's deciding that about the kitchen me okay yeah all right good to know you see everything for him is
05:31microwave I don't like microwave all right okay starting to get a feel for this
05:39outside you you want a little bit of land don't you yeah I mean not interested in mowing masses of
05:48grass or anything like that but so this garden will not do actually this is nice no no this is
05:55small enough
05:56it has to come with the staff as far as I'm concerned because I won't be doing it but yes
06:01Linda's quite keen on plants I envisage a sort of small low maintenance place and maybe a lot of pots
06:09and edges but uh nothing too huge as far as the garden's concerned I think this is reasonable this
06:16first house is going to be interesting yeah yes we'll figure it out yeah let's go let's go you ready
06:26we're kicking off our search in the heart of the county in the market town of blandford forum it's
06:32anything but bland but notable for its georgian architecture having been largely rebuilt following
06:38an extensive fire in the 1730s the church recently won a prestigious architecture award for its restoration
06:46which included new roof insulation to make it more thermally efficient the town streets are stocked
06:53with essentials and luxuries and around a 10 minute walk from the marketplace is our first property
07:01well here we are oh well that's nice it's different sort of roof as well that part is quite unique
07:09isn't
07:10it electric vehicle point over there well maintained front nice color scheme gravel drive and the
07:19conservatory and the potted plants a really lovely sunny space my potted plants yes well this is it
07:26exactly everything can be outside in here yeah yeah and you're private here you know even though this
07:32is the front of the house you're not really looked upon all positive so far right absolutely
07:38in we go yes i think that wasn't a request was it this detached home dates back to 1950 and
07:50the original
07:50building is reminiscent of a dutch barn that's been extended to the left which is where we're heading
07:57we have this lovely hallway as you enter with the oak staircase oh yes lovely and downstairs lou right
08:07bathroom really nice right and then come into here oh that's nice wow lovely floor beautiful finish wrapping
08:24round round into the kitchen area i see yes that view through those doors into the garden and the
08:32the blossoms up there beautiful it's a garden there beautiful to look at and then beautiful to spend time
08:39in as well you don't you don't have to do much work there yeah we'll take him there later should
08:46we go
08:47through to the kitchen we see how it all connects round yes and then that's the pantry cupboard can we
08:55be a bit cheeky and open the door yeah go on i saw the door i thought a funny another
09:00entrance to the
09:00loop no no no no not at all go and poke your heads in oh yes that's a nice space
09:08it's neat isn't it really
09:09nice and it means everything's on display it means no you can find your things well it's cooking easier
09:14i love one of it i've got one of those yeah good space for everything yeah yes keep her in
09:19there
09:20and here we have nice two ovens eye level ovens yes not the sort of bending down cooker type approach
09:28yes you both said the kitchen was super important yeah because it's a large space we don't have to at
09:34home we have to go through this way and go through the other way you two have got space to
09:38do your
09:39ballroom dancing practice here the utility room means the supersized kitchen doesn't even have to
09:45house the bulky appliances while in the original parts there's still lots to see there really is a
09:52place for everything because you've got home office there a room being used as a bedroom there and you
09:59have a a second reception room very snug yeah and that's exactly it i think this is your little winter
10:05space your cozy space if you want to get away from the kitchen area your cinema space your tv room
10:10exactly
10:11quite soft compact isn't it you don't have to be sort of right through the other one as well yeah
10:19sometimes a different separate space is useful yeah because sometimes when you cook and the smells get
10:24through as well yeah upstairs a modern family bathroom is shared by a further three bedrooms
10:31the main one is almost as big as the other two combined and includes a dressing area
10:38nice large windows this looks out onto the garden yeah quite a good space yeah
10:47ah oh that's nicely done very nice your space here my space then oh wow space for me yeah
10:53is that what a novelty no look at here yes very well organized yeah it's really nice they've thought
11:00about everything i think with this house i think it's ready to move into yes it's a move in tomorrow
11:05type space no not not tomorrow tonight no i think you'll find out people living here
11:13they have found somewhere else though i will give that much away so this could be something that could
11:17definitely be quick okay to the front of the property is a large garage then the rear certainly
11:24has enough space for chickens and backs onto woodland i think we better talk about how much this property
11:31is on the market for i'd say um 715 000 pounds okay i would say 700 000 pounds on the
11:42nose you think
11:43700 000 pounds what would you say if i say it is now on the market for 625 000 pounds
11:52wow yeah you're
11:54well over well after a little reduction in price ah because they have found somewhere okay so they're keen
12:03to go exactly six to five that's a very good price 625 000 pounds for this extended dutch barn style
12:15home
12:15it has a spacious kitchen diner with additional pantry and utility plus four bedrooms the conservatory
12:22and a large garage i mean the moment you enter that driveway and you look at the proportions of the
12:31house
12:31how it's laid out a conservatory it's very pleasing it's encouraging the lawn is pretty yeah and you
12:41don't have some weeds with some lawns you have a lot of weeds but this is clear of weeds which
12:46is really
12:46good i'm trying to look for a dandelion i can't see anyone in that kitchen we're dancing around the
12:53central aisle with no problem at all it seems a lot of house for that price
13:07with the spectacularly sunny weather it would be a shame not to visit the seaside so we're sending
13:13norman and linda to explore the market town of christ church which was founded in the 7th century
13:19at the confluence of two rivers the town was fortified in the 9th century and during the second world war
13:26to protect from invasion but today it welcomes visitors who enjoy its harbor beaches nature reserves
13:37and more
13:38the market happens in the town every monday there's a food festival that happens every year in the quay
13:45we've also got classic car meet that happens here whether it's a rainy day whether it's a sunny day
13:51there's plenty to do everything from paddle boarding to eating out from relaxed places to
13:58high-end places to eat out if you're younger and you want a nightlife there's a really good nightlife
14:03in bournemouth and southampton or salisbury's really cool it's 21 today and i don't think so
14:09i think no birthday yeah i think we've missed that one if you're older then you've got plenty of clubs
14:16you've got walking groups you've got nissanata groups and most of the people down here are pretty
14:22welcoming someone who knows a thing or two about local social groups is instructor
14:28suzanne hancock co-owner of a dance company we're joiners we uh if we come into the area we'll look
14:36for things to join it's walking through that door isn't it i'm a dance teacher so i i do ballroom
14:42latin
14:43sequence i've got a couple of places where we we do the dancing and actually we get quite a few
14:48people
14:49that have come from around the area we get people coming for us from weymouth dorchester they travel
14:54from quite afar and it's a community that will welcome you in so is that all ages and abilities
15:00absolutely i teach mainly older people we have tea dances social evenings uh teaching class if you
15:09want to to learn well come to your tea dances as long as there's cake oh there's always cake and
15:14biscuits i promise keep dancing and it'll be lovely to see you again why not oh i've just taken your
15:20partner oh i've taken norman sorry linda
15:26hopefully that's a quick step because i need them to hot foot it over to our house hunt
15:37for our next property we're traveling to the northeast of the county
15:41headed for the village of tarrant gunville
15:45it's full of quintessential country buildings with pretty flint and brick homes thatched cottages
15:51and a grade two star listed church on a site dating back to the 1100s there's a village hall
15:58that hosts regular yoga sessions and i'm sure they won't mind a bit of ballroom dancing too
16:04around a quarter of a mile from it next to the river tarrant is our second house that will be
16:09very
16:10familiar to older generations of the locals well here we are very impressive isn't it just very
16:19impressive it used to be a school dates back to 1874 the whole thing was a school building and then
16:27it
16:28was converted great right yes well i can say it's very very beautiful yes the stonework and the
16:40brickwork yes beautiful hey we can have dancing here as well quite so what a good idea you can have
16:48a
16:48little outside dance an inside one it's certainly the house for it let's head in yeah yeah although this
16:58victorian former school is complete with period features like the gothic arched window and bell
17:03tower it's not listed we're starting in the vaulted sitting room with original pine flooring
17:13well yes that is quite a huge space
17:16all in one place
17:20wow and that feature window at the end there people will always ask to come for dinner
17:27that's the only problem they have to cook themselves why don't you say bring a plate
17:31and a bottle of wine and you're in it's beautiful really beautiful and some of these features now
17:37these original features are so in vogue now people are paying a fortune for these kind of radiators and
17:44yeah these old-fashioned ones in it yeah it's beautiful there are plenty of rooms to see but first
17:50let's have a look at another part of this room look this way so you've got the double height ceiling
17:58but actually a mezzanine we can have a show up there you really could oh it's lovely
18:07i can't find the right word to say though it's fine you can be speechless the teachers like it when
18:13people
18:13are silent yeah from there you can take in more of the view because the windows are quite high they
18:19didn't want the kids to be able to see out so you can see the way the building has been
18:23built
18:24okay really really nice and more and more into the what is now the kitchen
18:32it was the dining hall there were rows oh okay of kids here and then that's the serving hatch so
18:40that
18:40used to be the kitchen and then the food was served through the hatch right not a large window
18:47okay make a very light room i mean this is the kitchen window of dreams surely through the hatch is
18:54a utility room aside from the mezzanine the rest of the accommodation is on the ground floor and includes
19:01an orangery in an extended wing oh wow was that a wow norman yes i did say wow it's a
19:12very impressive
19:12room it is that sort of lantern effect of glass ceiling it's quite beautiful it's quite adjacent
19:20to the ballroom yeah is this not going to be your ballroom a big space down there
19:28alongside the sitting room a long hallway links the family bathroom plus a shower room
19:34as well as two single bedrooms and then in the numeric extension a two more larger bedrooms
19:43wow it's a nice big bedroom another one yeah yeah
19:48it's quite a space between double bed huge amount of window over there and space for wardrobes
19:58the former playground has a more mature vibe now and also includes a triple garage
20:06what do you make of the outside space again it feels manageable i think so yeah yeah
20:14because you haven't got a lot of straps and things like that yeah yeah you could add in some yeah
20:19but it's
20:19a lot of orders if you want to yeah i'd bring on grapevine yeah
20:24truly against the wall oh that's i don't know if uh uh the chickens would run riot i think
20:30they'd certainly have some fun just fence there and that's enough yeah well you're going to have to
20:36put a price on things now tricky you know the drill once you've seen a property
20:42a lot of property on a lot of space in a good location i'd say 700 000. okay
20:52thousand pounds if you say 700
20:57650. does she always go lower well i think it always goes contrary as the book you're looking for
21:04you're trying to bargain already it is on the market for 750 000 pounds so 100 000 shoot
21:14you two for hours bro not only me oh she's competitive yeah yeah 750 000 pounds for this
21:24victorian schoolhouse packed with original features like the gothic windows the star attraction is the
21:31vaulted hall but it also boasts four bedrooms in a sought-after village location
21:38it's a fascinating property not one we ourselves would probably have found or considered on our own
21:46i just love it full stop
21:49i fell in love with it straight away i think to myself is it a bit too big for us
21:55and then a voice in my eyes is nonsense so apparently i almost gave you a mystery house before the
22:05actual mystery house tonight well you wanted a surprise didn't you yes we got that we got a wow
22:15that's the main thing i know wow huh right let's head off part of the reason for norman and linda's
22:29move to dorset is their desire for sea air so i'm taking them to enjoy the golden sand and clear
22:35waters
22:35of sandbanks it's one of the most expensive regions in the country but you can't put a price on those
22:42views
22:45the one thing i love about sandbanks is just you get to see everything don't you the beach the coast
22:52and then the glorious countryside behind it almost is a picture of why you want to move
23:00absolutely yes especially with weather like this i can't guarantee that all year round but then you know
23:06that yes and there's just something about the fresh sea air isn't there oh yes it's very refreshing
23:11yeah i grew up with sea air and always thought i'd like to return to it at some time when
23:19you've got
23:19nothing to do you just want to sit and watch the waves and it's calming like it yes and can
23:25dreamland
23:27yeah you can sit out there and just watch the world go by sure has today made you really eager
23:34to move are you ready oh yes you've been talking about it for a long time haven't you
23:39years actually isn't it yeah at least a couple of years and then this year i said if we don't
23:46move
23:46we'll never move yeah so it started if not now when yeah you can wait for tomorrow every day is
23:54a
23:54tomorrow anyway yeah so how how many tomorrows can you wait forever waiting well tomorrow is the mystery
24:01house but i think let's just uh soak in today really what we saw and enjoy all this absolutely
24:08it's nice actually if i better go by the uv brolly put your hat back on go on by the
24:15uv brolly if
24:17you're going to move to the coast and we have summers like this you're going to need one of those
24:22there you go i forgot my hat but i'll put my sunnies on
24:43with its abundance of picturesque panoramas and pretty properties all within a stone's throw of
24:49the sea it's hardly surprising that house prices in dorset are higher than the uk average a detached
24:56home here costs an average of 530 000 pounds more than 20 percent higher than the uk figure of 438
25:05000
25:06across the region it is possible to find homes for around half that amount though such as this two
25:13bedroom property within a former victorian manor house it has a modern kitchen spacious accommodation
25:20plus an allocated parking space on the edge of the new forest priced at 230 000 pounds or for half
25:30a
25:30million pounds this grade two listed 18th century cottage has a tiled roof to the front but is
25:37thatched at the back and is set in a third of an acre of mature gardens inside the living spaces
25:43are
25:43cozy and it boasts three bedrooms plus two bathrooms while on the rental market this grade two listed
25:51cottage has been expertly renovated to blend clean modern lines with original features it offers three
25:58bedrooms and a well-stocked garden and is available for 1900 pounds a month
26:08i was thinking about what linda said on the beach last night about taking that leap in your 70s and
26:14not
26:14waiting for tomorrow isn't there such a lovely lesson for us all in that i don't really have time to
26:22ponder
26:22though because tomorrow is today and we need to reveal the mystery house which really is a property
26:28that has everything they've asked for it has the quirkiness that linda will absolutely love with the
26:35practicalities that will appeal to norman too for our mystery house we're heading only a couple of miles
26:42inland from the beach to the village of portisham which was founded by king canute a thousand years ago
26:50this would be your village if you bought the mystery house
26:55ever thought about living in an anglo-saxon village provided there was no warring going on
27:00here no not at the moment but it's got all your amenities like a farm shop a gorgeous pub you've
27:07even got a library in a telephone box right there so i'm going to go ahead to the mystery house
27:13it's
27:13within walking distance explore the village where we have a browse at the books yeah excellent see you soon
27:24less than 100 meters from the village pub is our mystery house this property is going to be
27:30very tough for linda to say no to it comes with the chicken coop she's after the garden has a
27:36stream in
27:37it that was on her ideal wish list and all with this lovely backdrop as for the bricks and mortar
27:44itself
27:45well the mystery house was constructed about 20 years ago as a contemporary single-story property
27:51in the shape of a horseshoe it's so unusual that it was previously featured as a mystery house
27:57a decade ago and while the former escapees didn't snap it up then i'm hoping that this incredible
28:04horseshoe home will bring us luck the second time around hello hello welcome to the mystery house
28:12what a beautiful day what about the house though it's not revealing much of itself no it's this
28:20you're looking that way this is the house so it's a mystery already it is okay it's not giving much
28:29away at the moment well that's because it only is on one level it's a bungalow all right you can't
28:35quite see the shape of it but it's a horseshoe shape right i need to reveal more there's it's not
28:41giving
28:41much away here but let me take you through this courtyard which is going to be ideal for you
28:48with block work at the front to blend with surroundings much of this construction is timber
28:53clad elevations beneath a slate roof wrapped around a courtyard have a look wow wow wow this courtyard
29:02i know small and tidy beautifully arranged isn't this ideal for you yep water feature low maintenance
29:12low maintenance selection selection of different trees on plants all in pots beautiful just somewhere
29:22lovely lovely to come and save this is uh citrus i think it's a melon lemon because of its pointer
29:30oh yeah
29:31the appointment here lovely i don't think they've noticed the building yet but they will in the kitchen
29:44oh you really start to see the shape yeah what do you think it's a beautiful layout
29:54and the reason actually for the horseshoe shape is this used to be the old stable block to manor house
29:59here so there's a reason okay but i think it's nice that it's all on one level you have that
30:05yeah
30:07yeah vaulted ceiling beautiful yeah everything you're saying is great it's true it's so unique
30:14should we go and have a look at more yes yes please if we come through here so it's just
30:19around the
30:19corner to the living room it all flows actually i know wow and then look at the i'm just obsessed
30:27with
30:28the ridge that you're surrounded by here so it's my tendency wow it's beautiful what do you think of
30:34the spaces and how they work because these are the two main living spaces yeah i think it's large enough
30:40it's big enough it's not so squashed the high ceiling works really well as well yeah it gives them you
30:47know underlines the the space the whole thing can you see yourself turning this into your home
30:57yes so far so good i think do like this one yes next to the kitchen is a handy study
31:05which could
31:06double up as a third bedroom and then there are two large bedrooms each with a spacious modern bathroom
31:12which lie to either ends of the footprint i do love this simple modern
31:18mm-hmm view of the beautiful courtyard butterflies yes how do you get how they open this next one
31:29this is door with our handles yeah pressure ones
31:36they're gonna screw the handle they'll have many happy years to figure that out
31:49oh wow another good size very modern yes yes and some uh inbuilt storage
31:58quick peep without being too nosy yes
32:03cupboard handles make life easier but i cannot wait any longer because although the house with
32:08its private front courtyard is amazing just wait until they see what's on offer at the back
32:15i've been looking forward to showing you this garden i know my challenge to you is i dare you not
32:22to
32:22love this garden oh stream oh an actual stream oh yeah that was put in by the current owners oh
32:32yeah
32:32it's my own stream okay honey i want to feel over there what is it called it might be a
32:43hen house
32:44chicken coop oh it's really nice but really yes oh gosh she's in disbelief are you crying so nice
32:53really i just love streams the garden's everything you've asked for yes and more
33:06yeah especially with you with me oh yeah oh so nice
33:13oh i love this hopefully you'll love the price too
33:19okay if it's at the right price what will you do i'm gonna move in tonight it's very difficult to
33:26give the price on it i would say 725 000. okay yeah i'll say 730 000 pounds okay it is
33:39now on the market for 625 000 pounds wow
33:48okay we're moving tonight yes
33:53someone recording that on camera they're moving in tonight we'll have to tell the present owner to
33:59make up the guest bedroom 100 000 pounds under budget at 625 000 pounds this horseshoe-shaped
34:08home offers single story living with an open plan kitchen diner the potential for three bedrooms and
34:14a pretty garden with a stream and hen house i'd say that's winner winner chicken dinner for the mystery
34:20house walking into the bathrooms they're sort of set up wet room style which is just how we like it
34:30two two two of those one in each wing and then we came out into the garden would you believe
34:38a stream
34:38and then there was a clucky noise and there was a the hens in the hen coop clack clack clack
34:45i love this dream i really love it i think they might be euphoric
34:53hang on the house has made you younger
34:56yeah yeah just sell you well that's what this age is about
35:09moving from property treasures on land to the spoils of the sea i'm heading to a seaweed spa
35:16founded by dan and jade scott the business harnesses the natural antioxidants and minerals
35:22found in seaweed but i won't get to put my feet up just yet first i have to collect some
35:30you're making me work for the seaweed i'm absolutely going to make you work for the
35:33seaweed because if you're going to have a seaweed bath which is such a luxurious relaxing experience
35:37you need to earn it okay so what i'm going to do is i'm going to give you a basket
35:40because if we give
35:41you a foraging basket you'll absolutely look like you know what you're talking about and there are a few
35:46key sort of safety messages around seaweed foraging so at the moment the tide's still going out so it's
35:52not going to be rising and cutting us off and we're also this area is incredibly shallow so if we
35:57fall
35:57over today we're not disappearing underwater we're literally just going to be standing up so it's a
36:02really low risk spot we're going to wade to the edge of the rock pools as carefully as possible because
36:07even though it is low risk i'm not sure i want to fall into the sea on national television
36:13well we may as well get started sonali so what we've got down here is we've got a seaweed called
36:20fucus serratus or sawtooth rack the way i know that it's called sawtooth rack it's really easy i'll
36:26give you a bit there you go take that and if you look you can see that it's got a
36:31serrated edge oh yeah
36:32you feel that slight oiliness to it yeah what it does is it secretes a substance over itself to protect
36:37it when it's um when the tide's gone out and that is key really to later on when we're in
36:43the bath
36:43so we need to get some of this now the way we get the sawtooth rack is we pull it
36:49up yes and then
36:50what i'm going to do is i'm just going to run my hands through it just to make sure there's
36:52nothing
36:52living on there because often we've got things like good point yeah so there's lots we don't
36:56any bycatch like any of the top shells uh any of the whelks or any of the periwinkles and then
37:02what you
37:02do is you can take your scissors and you can cut there because if we cut about here we're leaving
37:07enough of the plant left or enough of the organism left to regrow yes and so we can take as
37:12long as
37:13we're doing on a small artist acid yeah about there and then we'll get that in your basket and as
37:17long
37:17as we're harvesting on a small artisanal scale and as long as i move around from place to place to
37:23do this
37:23then it's absolutely fine for anyone who fancies trying this it's not as simple as grabbing the
37:30scissors and heading to the sea dan has a commercial seaweed foraging license and knows where he
37:36is and isn't allowed to forage so having rummaged around the rock pools for long enough i'm off to
37:42the spa experience i've been promised well here she is hello jade i've been hearing about and here's the
37:52seaweed brilliant he's been working you hard you've done he said i had to fill the whole basket for a
37:57good
37:57bath yes you definitely have done well you've got enough there i think shall i put you to work would
38:02you are you tired go no no no i quite like this i feel like i really aren't this yeah
38:09you will feel
38:09like that by the end of it i thought hang on is this not going straight in the bath no
38:14oh so we we
38:16prefer to put the seaweed in these muslin bags so that when the hot water goes through the seaweed it
38:22releases like a natural serum and these bags catch that serum so it means you can apply it directly
38:27to your skin so then i open up the bag and then no the serum comes comes out because it's
38:32such a fine
38:33mesh the serum comes through it and then you can apply it to your body your face your hair directly
38:38rather than diluting it in the water fantastic so that's the top tip okay so yeah i need to fill
38:43these bags yeah and put quite a lot in because the more that's in there the more lovely serum you
38:49get
38:49out of it so really pack them in yeah okay squash it right down to the bottom i've been eating
38:55seaweed for
38:55you know years and we sort of know okay it's great the vitamins and minerals the iodine but
39:00really the skincare aspect of it how it makes you feel when it's applied on the skin is really
39:06have you used any seaweed skin products before i'm wondering i've had vegan collagen would that have
39:12had seaweed in it yes i would have thought so so you're taking that as a tablet for yes yeah
39:17okay well
39:18in skincare it also does the same thing so it promotes collagen and it promotes hyaluronic acid
39:24so racks like this 45 i probably need this right we all need it yeah so the the brown seaweed
39:29racks
39:30like this are perfect for skincare what's really hydrating um yeah that's just full of antioxidants
39:37just perfect for skin you couldn't get a better ingredient really yeah so if you go and get ready
39:43i'll get your bath ready for you thank you see you in a bit treat
39:49when soaking in the bath the seaweed is said to help draw out toxins and impurities from the body
39:55and the natural oils that are released soothe stiff joints and sore muscles as well as
40:01moisturizing the skin and hair and the view's not bad either
40:09oh my gosh i did not know how much i needed this
40:14oh my gosh the seaweed serum is just
40:18like the aloe vera serum you get what did jade say to put it all over me this is going
40:23to help my
40:24skin especially after the sun we've been in this is so good
40:30norman and linda were itching to get moving on the mystery house
40:33but i'm sure they'll allow me five more minutes especially as i'm working so hard
40:49we know that linda and norman love the mystery house i'm not even going to ask
40:53about the other properties all i want to know is how they're feeling after finding the one
41:08you've fallen in love with the mystery house definitely
41:12fall in love again oh and it looks like you may well do it yep
41:23yes we've got to uh contact the estate agent tell him we're interested get a second viewing maybe
41:32tomorrow yeah and proceed from there and it's so lovely the way it's all worked out you know in a
41:38way this house hunting it kind of represents you two you've kind of been up for this adventure later
41:43on in life you found each other and then you found the dream home i said to him we will

42:13i just want to wish you both the very best of luck and can't wait to hear that you've moved
42:18all your
42:19hard work
42:25i was actually quite taken aback at just how quickly linda and norman looked right at home in that
42:32mystery property as soon as they walked through that front gate and then their reaction to the garden
42:38the elation and the emotion that was absolutely priceless i'm so pleased that their dream of
42:45moving here to dorset is about to become a reality and how lovely that we could be part of their
