05:31Each of these lake houses have an entry, kitchen and dining, living room, three bedrooms,

13:25For our lake house, I want to blend the clean lines with the natural vibes of the surroundings,
13:29but we're going to add a touch of our West Coast style.
13:32So I'm thinking we do two-tone siding, a charred black mixed with a natural oak, black window trim,
13:38and a statement entry door, maybe black with glass panels.

14:17We are calling the lake house Moonlight Bay because I love how we have such a gorgeous waterfront.

14:28For siding, I'm envisioning two different wood tones.
14:31One's a rich blackened wood finish, almost like a charred look, and then we can pair it with a light
14:37oak accent.
14:38I want to wow the guests, so a modern sleek door is a must.
14:42Then we'll go in with the black roof on the top to tie it all together.

15:30And as a nod to my favorite place on earth, the Bahamas, we will paint the front door in an
15:36eye-catching color, and over the black windows, we should install, like, Bahama-inspired shutters painted the same color as
15:42the door.
15:43So you're taking island vibes and bringing them to renovation resort.

39:12One of the things I noticed right off the bat was just the cohesiveness across the board
39:17with how you move sort of, what I say, zone to zone.
39:20And every moment spoke to the neck.
39:23So you just very well executed.
39:25You took that old boat, the vintage boat.
39:28I think it's such a cool spot.
39:29That will be your social media picture, your chill out spot.
39:33Kids will love that.
39:34For me, I love the cabana.
39:36I love that there's shade.
39:38But in the boat, on the edges, there was a lot.
39:41Like I can go and get splinters on my hands.
39:43So just, you know, remembering the little fine details.
39:46But one of the things that I was most drawn to was the floating dock.

40:23And by creating that entire space with the camper and the outdoor barbecue space,
40:28you have so many different zones that it really became an additional, like, add-on.
40:33Like you just added value with an old camper.
40:37It's an incredible area.
40:39I think that it's going to be a big asset.
40:40What I kind of liked was your sitting area in the front.
40:44I love how it's so versatile.
40:46You can hang out during the day, but you also thought about, like, evening.
