00:00Good teams win, Joe. Great teams cover is what we'd like to say.
00:04Number one tonight, who is it going to be?
00:06Connecticut cutting the nets down or the Michigan Wolverines?
00:10You take a look at the spreads in this game.
00:11Opened up, at least at the FanDuel Sportsbook, 7.5.
00:14DraftKings actually has this line currently, Joe.
00:17At 6.5, FanDuel still sitting at 7.5.
00:19It's a mixed sport. Call between 6.5 and 7.5.
00:22But the heavy favorite, Michigan Wolverines tonight,
00:25roughly with about 65% of the ticket count coming in on their side
00:28and a 144.5.
00:30So as I ask you, yeah, Michigan can win this game.
00:33But the question is, will Michigan cover Joe in this game?
00:36Well, and that's the big question, right?
00:39It is.
00:40That's a big ask here.
00:41And you also have recency bias being at play here with the public
00:45because they just watched them dismantle
00:48what everyone thought was the best team in the country in Arizona.
00:51So now, of course, UConn just is lucky to have gotten to where they are now.
00:58No, they don't.
00:59The bottom line, these are the two best teams in the country.
01:02The tournament has proven it.
01:03Asking one team to be that much better by seven points or eight points,
01:09that's a big ask here,
01:11especially for two teams that have never faced each other
01:14at this point in the history of the program, Donnie,
01:18which is kind of crazy when you think of it.
01:20But UConn and Michigan have never faced one another
01:23from the final four to the championship.
