00:00I am currently in Ireland, in Dublin.
00:03This is my second trip to Ireland and I'm really very happy to be here.
00:07The first one dates back to last year, it went by at a phenomenal speed.
00:11I spent five months with a language school to learn English.
00:16I started at A0 and frankly, it wasn't easy every day.
00:22Especially when the school doesn't warn you that you need at least an elementary level to be able to follow the
00:26course.
00:26For someone like me who had never studied English in my life, it was very, very difficult.
00:30Frankly, it's fine. They've put things in place.
00:33It allowed me to reach my current level.
00:36I think I'm around A2+, B1, probably B1.
00:41But there you have it, it was an incredible trip that my partner and I will never forget.
00:45We really wanted to come back here to continue practicing English.
00:50But this time, professionally, by working.
00:53And I'm starting to search actively because it's only been a day since we got here.
00:57I have the videos, I have my work as a creator.
00:59But I really want to go and speak English, to go and test that English.
01:03to become as fluent as possible, to enjoy this second trip much more than the first.
01:09And I'm not giving up.
01:10In fact, it's incredibly convenient because when you're European and you want to come and work in Dublin,
01:14We just need a PPS number which we can easily get when we arrive for our appointment.
01:19There are a few things you can do online, but frankly, it only takes a few clicks.
01:23And it's really, really simplistic.
01:25Next, you will receive your small card with your number.
01:27And then you can simply get to work.
01:29So, it's essential.
01:30Otherwise, quite simply, the Irish state takes 30% of it.
01:34So, it hurts.
01:35So, there you have it.
01:36And then, quite simply, you can work on any job you want.
01:39Right now, I'm looking in stores, I'm looking in coffee shops, I'm really looking in everything I can find.
01:47is possible to find.
01:48But I'd still like to find a job that involves interacting with people because if it's just to be stuck behind a desk and
01:52Never speaking, it's likely I won't prove anything more than that.
01:55So, I might as well just stick to making my videos, I'd say.
01:57In short, friends, if you need any advice, feel free to ask me in the comments.
01:59I'm starting to get to know Ireland a little bit.
02:01This country is truly incredible.
02:03Even though it's raining a lot, there's a lot of wind.
02:05It's really, really great here.
02:07And that's it.
02:09Have a good day.
02:10Ciao.
